I can see the Australian Justice System got problem. They are like hiring someone from the fishmarket as magistrates. Came late, doesn't listen, has his own way of interpreting the whole thing when I tell him he needs to have a valid bus logo or sign to charge me as it doesn't have. And it is in the RMS handbook. He asked the police representative, is it? and seems ask the police representative to check? She didn't. He just doesn't listen despite I told him the logo has missing parts. People also told me he doesn't listen. Useless to talk to him. If you don't know the law that a bus stop must have a valid logo or sign, why bother be in the role you are in and forcefully put a verdict down without backup.

A nice place with very clean toilets. I normally don't review these sorts of places but this place is exceptionally hard to find because of the Pacific Highway being redirected a few years ago. Note the cops around Sydney still (as of now 2019) incorrectly refer to this Hornsby Court House address as 294 pacific highway. According to articles in Google, the street has reverted to 294 Peats Ferry Road, named after some ancient dude who ferry ppl around. This courthouse is next to police station opposite the swimming centre (it said 50m pool repair till August). Note it is on the other side of the train station from Westfield ie it is on bus stop side. To avoid being late, u should allow more time lol

OMG what a sham. The Australian justice system should be ashamed of this place. Badly ran, no proper organisation. Documents get posted to the wrong address. They will put notices up pertaining to Court 1, directly outside Court 2. The staff are rude and one woman in particular at the front counter, can’t even speak proper English. I came here for a hearing and waited all day, just to have it postponed to another day, no explanations, no reason given. If this place wasn’t so tragic, it would be hilarious. Monty Python should produce a comedy television show based on the Hornsby Court House. It will rival Fawlty Towers.

Waited for 6 hours, was told to go get a coffee. Came back and was sent away for another 2 hours. This place should be ashamed of its self, Incredibly unorganised and unprofessional.

Great service, our wedding was magical, all the guests were real characters, and the whole thing went off without a hitch.

Excellent customer service. Free coffee and biscuits. I'm sure I will be back soon.
