Really happy with the service, time taken (2 days with a lot of trailers there for work!), communication and patience (!) from the team. Not only was the repairs (including rust) and full service done at a reasonable cost, but Sue and the guys were understanding and flexible when I ran into some car troubles that meant I was frequently rescheduling with them. 10/10 recommend, this business does their best by their customers.

The owner verbally abused me (a young female) over the phone and hung up on me multiple times after trying to discus my issue. I was truely disgusted by their behaviour and would not recommend for anyone who is at risk of be taken advantage of. Regardless of any situation, the behaviour from their end was completely unprofessional.

I needed an urgent fix on a dog trailer. I was eight hours from home, and it was the week of Easter. I was in Sydfor the Royal, and they got me sorted in one day, and back on the road. The work is lovely, and you cannot fault their work ethic! I waited two years for this Royal, and they saved the day! Highly recommended!

Phil was a polite, down to Earth bloke. I went there to get a quote on rust removal and painting my trailer and after having a look at it he gave me some DIY advice and sent me on my way. You don't come across as many honest and helpful people like Phil as often as you used to.
