This is not one star review, this is a NEGATIVE 5 star review:- - The hospital's doctor is acceptable, but the nurses leave much to be desired. - Nurses mock patients who struggle to walk from their bed to the toilet and make fun of those perceived as weak. - Hospital equipment is subpar, nearly malfunctioning. - The patients receive inadequate care, evident when a simple request for a hot chocolate drink was met with a dismissive response from a nurse who said, "No drink for you!" before walking away without providing an alternative solution. It is strongly advised to steer clear of this hospital and consider Bukit Mertajam Hospital or Penang General Hospital, both of which offer a much better standard of care. Ini bukan review satu bintang, ini review5 bintang NEGATIF:- - Doktor hospital boleh diterima, tetapi jururawat je yang memang kurang ajar dan tak cukup pegalaman. - Jururawat mengejek pesakit yang sukar berjalan dari katil ke tandas dan mengejek mereka yang dianggap lemah. - Peralatan hospital banyak yang hampir tidak berfungsi atau rosak. - Permintaan mudah dari pesakit untuk Milo panas aje, tetapi dipenuhi dengan tindak balas yang mengecewakan daripada seorang jururawat yang berkata, "Tak ade Milo!" sebelum pergi tanpa memberikan penyelesaian alternatif. Adalah dinasihatkan untuk menjauhi hospital ini dan mempertimbangkan Hospital Bukit Mertajam atau Hospital Besar Pulau Pinang, yang kedua-duanya menawarkan standard penjagaan yang lebih baik.

serik dah nak berurusan dekag hospital ni bahagia unit radiologi. dokter dkt klinik pakar semua bagus2 layanan 100/100 dr pakar suruh xray, lepastu dr pompuan nak xray dia suruh buang semua baju salin baju separuh b0g3l walaupun nak xray kaki je. lepastu pintu utama yg nampak sampai luar tak reti nak tutup sumpah tak reti jaga privasi & aurat pesskit perempuan. pastu dah baring kat tempat nak xray, ada org masok bukak pintuuuuudr pompuan tu boleh ckp “ takpa dik staf saya mmg semua laki” nasib baik pompuan yg masok tapi dr tu ingat laki yg masok. dia boleh rilek cakap TAKPA kat aku. sungguh tak menjaga langsung privasi perempuan, ni xray je bukan sakit nak beranak. staf laki ka walaupun staf, depa ada nafsu jugak kak oi. buat keja biaq ikhlas & berkat☺️

the worst hospital dari dulu lagi.aku eksiden boleh tiggal macam tu ja dengan muka berdarah suruh jalan kaki pi x-ray. pastu tadi adik aku eksiden dia boleh buat tak tau kat adik aku dengan tunggu punya lama. hampa kalau orang mati kat situ mula la cakap dah ajal memang la ajal tapi hampa rawatan pun lambat. dari dulu lagi servis tak bagus tapi kenapa kerajaan tak buat tindakan?? itu ja dari dulu orang dok complain why there no action.orang dok pi hospital tu pun sebb dekat ja sbb kecemasan kalau depa ada pilihan memang takmau pun pi hospital tu.

Bawak anak sebab demam panas lebih 39°C. Tapi doktor tak thorough check pun. Tak peduli dan tak sensitif terhadap kanak-kanak. Just bagi ubat lepastu boleh balik. Tak puas hati, bawak anak pergi private pulak. Rupa-rupanya anak dah terkena jangkitan influenza B. Sel darah putih dah banyak. Anak admit ward dan on antibiotik melalui drip. Sangat terkilan dengan sikap sambil lewa doktor dekat kecemasan. Sangat tak prihatin dan tak bertanggungjawab. Hospital bertaraf ISO standard, tapi kelaut. Please improve! Else, next action will be taken.

To:- staff at emergency/trauma... Thanks a lot for staff/nurse on 20/11/2021 (maybe morning shift-evening:-12pm~3pm) for their service. Their kindness, make me feel comfortable during that's accident happen. From H.Sg Bakap to H.Seberang Jaya ( 2 staff from H.Sg Bakap) still wait me there until my parents there (although it's already late) Thanks in advance for your help and kindness. Ini first time i come across hospital kat malaysia yg triage away pesakit yg dtg ke hospital ini.. lagi2 guard yg triage away.. bukan staf situ... pesakit susah pyh dtg jauh ke hospital tetapi kena halau balik.. hrp2 polisi triage away hospital sg bakap akn dihapuskn kelak.. jgn cruel mcm nie kt pesakit.. byk hospital dh pi seluruh malaysia xpenah kena triage away ke tmpt lain.. apa punya hospital.. bikin malu la hospital ini.. tunggu masa je ramai2 pesakit buat aduan kt SISPAA KKM and kasi viral ini hospital

Hospital paling teruk..doktor, nurse, guard ward 1 semua biadap..nenek saya warded di situ. Almost 1 week but nothing! Bila tnya nurse and doktor tentang perkembangan nenek saya, diorang jawab “TAK TAHU”!! Macam mana jadi nurse dengan doktor tapi ubat and condition pesakit pun tak tahu! Terus discharge dri sungai bakap and transfer ke hospital bukit mertajam. Seriously, nurse dengan doktor dia memang biadap! Sangat2 biadap! Tolong la jangan dtg hospital ni

Not professional and useless doctor nurses. No respect patients and not friendly at all. Giving wrong result and not responsible with patient . From the beginning the doctor said need wait two hours for my blood test and I need come back to do X-ray to my kidney after 2days . but later she say I ady can go home , no need wait too long the reason why because I waiting outside the patient room . The doctor and nurses let me feel like I wasted their time !

Rude staff. Poor service. The attitude of the doctor and nurse are lousy. Can see most of the staff stand and chat while we are waiting the patient. During CMCO also, not all the staff wear their mask properly. 3 nos of hand sanitiser left empty and seems like already kept empty for a long time, even the bottom side of the bottle dirty. Finally just found out 1 hand sanitiser that still can be used was at the pharmacy side. Got a lot to improve.

very bad service. I have been to the hospital 3 times and sent my sister to the doctor who said she has a normal fever and there are only a few germs in her blood. My sister's eyes have blood clots, still can say normal eye pain. I went to the district clinic, my sister was told that she had blood cancer. very disappointing service itu kali terakhir saya jejak kaki di hospital sungai bakap .

I've been to many government hospitals in malaysia. This hospital is one of the worst. My mom had a fracture on her toe, we had to wait 2 hours to be attended and i dont even want to start with x-rays and after procedures. Id rather drive to ipoh hospital and come back. Under staff, very stuffy. If u come here healthy you will go back sick. Its a freaking government hospital it could be better.

Where to find night market in seberang perai selatan ..Along main road begin from junction hospital sg bakap and lot of choice, got everything food ,fruits ,drinks kebab ,poridge, Vege wholesale item, crispy to creamy , hot and spicy .....as long walked more then 1000 steps full crowd ....parking along side main road then take a long breath start walk ....

the best service hospital i have ever been. the nurse and Drs are the best especially the nurses at the men's ward. saw live how the patients gave a very very hard time for the nurses while the nurses with a smiling face and very soft voice just help the patients at the ward. 10q nurses that help when my dad were there. i salute them. 100% the best ever

5 star review specifically for the Pharmacy Department. Came here for my mother and my wife medication monthly for the past few years. None of any time I faced any issue. All pharmacists on duty were always professional and provide very good service. Waiting time was also acceptable.

Jika ada emergency jangan datang sini!! I fell down from height, half my body is under pain and cannot walk. I went there they asked me wait and wait. 1 hour no one attend. The emergency counter register & wait together with other cold,fever and diarrhea patient….

Friendly staff. Waiting time bit long but it's understandable with their limited capacity as district hospital. If need CT scan or surgery better straight go to hospital seberang jaya. If got money/ insurance, go private. Don't waste time over here

Nurse semua sombong nak mampus... Cakap kasar dengan pesakit... Suara kuat² ,gelak² kuat di WAD, mengganggu ketenangan pesakit... Bila di panggil pesakit pura² tak dengar... Emg tiada hati nurse² kat sana... Nurse kat sana tiada kemanusiaan nya...

Their service is very slow and staff with attitudes. Even my wife vomited out blood they still say not serious and was told to wait. And even went into the doctor room politely and ask how long is it going to be our turn and the doctor said … Lagi

Memang biadap nurse kat sini! Call mintak tolong tengokan pakcik admit di wad 5 sebab pakcik x tau guna fon...tapi nurse buat xtau ja..dah la dengan keadaan la x boleh p tgok..org kat rumah ni susah hati...mmg akan buat aduat kat pihak atasan..

Baik. Tetapi unit kecemasan harus pertingkatkan hal pesakit menungu untuk urusan kemasukan ke wad. Mengambil masa 4 - 5 jam. Bayangkanla warga EMAS duk menungu atas kerusi plastic selama ITU sedangkan datang sebab masalah jantung.

Small hospital.. no ct scan/or ultrasound.. if u need any surgical and specialist follow up.. can go to other hospital bm or seberang jaya.. dont waste your time here.
