Mi perrita de ocho años y de un poco más de un kilo está ahora internada por mala práctica. Sé que no es de ninguna manera la intención de los veterinarios de PetMed enfermar a un perrito si no lo contrario pero en este caso la mala práctica de uno de sus doctores nos ha llevado a la angustia total durante las últimas semanas. Les anexo aquí la foto de todo el medicamento que le dio a una perrita de un poco más de un kilo y con un soplo en el corazón. Me siento muy mal por yo haber permitido y haberle dado y confiado en este tratamiento. La perrita no tenía ni siquiera calentura, la llevé por una cortada muy pequeña que ahora está totalmente curada, que se hubiera curado con simplemente limpiarla y ya. Le dio antibiótico cuando no lo necesitaba, le dio un calmante fuerte para el dolor cuando no lo necesitaba, cambió la dieta sin esperar haber cómo reaccionaba, le dio Bravecto una completa a una perrita de un kilo cuando solo debía haberle dado la mitad o menos. Todo esto fue una bomba para mi perrita desafortunadamente, hasta ahora lo sé. He tratado de comunicarme dos veces por teléfono, sin éxito. Es por eso que a través de aquí y pensando en que esto no les pase a otros perritos les expongo mi caso. Espero en Dios que mi perrita pueda salir de esto. De nuevo aquí les dejo la receta para que verifiquen ustedes mismos y tomen su decisión.

PET OWNERS BE CAREFUL‼️‼️In my discerning evaluation I wish to express my discontent through a negative review regarding a veterinarian establishment. Regrettably, I encountered a situation wherein the veterinary clinic failed to communicate when our feline companion was ready for retrieval. Astonishingly, they opted to contact me only when the facility was concluding its operational hours, rendering it impractical to promptly collect our pet. This untimely development resulted in the profound emotional distress of my SON, who, unfortunately, found himself in a state of sorrowful tears for an extended period. Upon arriving I attempted to contact them through various means, but unfortunately, my attempts went unanswered. I made several earnest attempts. It was only after I resorted to expressing my concerns through a Google review that the veterinarian's office responded to my review.

I only added a star to place a message! The admin at this place over charged me and after $350dlls consultation and all kinds of cuádruple over priced meds and labs exams and even talked about surgery if they couldn’t find a reason etc I was in shock with their lack of knowledge and the outside clerk was mega rude the entire time. When my pet had covid and they never guess it they are super unprofessional trying to pull up possibilities and never ever guessed the right issue after 13 dlls at another vet in downtown tj they told me it was covid and dehydration! Honesty PETMED Sucks do your self and your pet a favor and skip this place they are over priced thieves!

I am very impressed with the care that I received for my two mini schnauzers. They both developed an infection in their gums and their teeth were literally falling out. Petmed staff was super friendly and very thorough. The care was first class and they gave us detailed direction on how to care for them with the correct medications. I drove across the boarder and I would do it again for the type of care they provided. Thank you Petmed for helping my dogs get healed. They are both doing great!

Estoy verdaderamente satisfecha con su servicio y su honestidad verdaderamente se ve el amor. Hacia las mascotas . A mi perito lucky aquí en Estados Unidos los veterinarios me dijeron que necesitaba una cirugía porque tenía un hueso atorado y me cobraban demasiado caro . Y cuando fui con PETMET el doctor fue muy honesto mi perro no necesito cirugía y con el tratamiento que le dio se está recuperando rápidamente lo recomiendo

I had a great experience here. The staff was so helpful. Shrek our 15year old Pitt is feeling much better after his surgery. Thank you especially to Jennifer. You are our hero! Also Jennifer I did what you said and gave him his meds and fed him chicken and steak and played guitar to put him to sleep. He is so happy and peaceful.

Es gente con poca seriedad!! te dicen una hora y a tus mascota la enjaulan horas sin comer o beber arguyendo tienen otras mascotas antes que la tuya no obstante haber HECHO CITA!! ademas que te cambian el precio creyendose son las UNICOS y por una cantidad ridicula prefieren perder al cliente!! NO LOS RECOMIENDO PARA NADA!!!

This place is great. The Dr. Was knowledgeable and really cared about my pet. Sadly my dog couldn’t be saved but he tried everything he could do and was very empathetic. If I get another dog I will definitely bring him here again.

Really happy with the care and attention they gave both our puppy and us .. always willing to help with any questions or worry. Prices are fare and good. Accomodations are clean and ready. Our pet was treated with lot of care

Super friendly staff. They helped me and my partner with our cat, Gizmo. One Dr. spoke English very well. I believe X-Rays were $750. Overall a good experience.
