De ligging van het hotel met de parking in het centrum van Brugge. Superior kamer was schoon en zeer ruim. Badkamer en apart toilet ook keurig in orde. Bed, een boxspring was zeer goed. Voor mij iets te zacht maar dat is persoonlijk. Een heel mooi en prima verblijf. Toch wel een minpunt was de klimaatbeheersing. De kamer was heel warm. De airco werkte niet. Wij hebben dit meteen aangegeven bij de receptie. Via een smartphone werd er gekeken en ook gezien dat het inderdaad veel te warm was. Het zou nu moeten zijn opgelost was de boodschap. Helaas was dat niet zo. Wij hebben de balkondeuren open gezet en dat was goed te doen. Je had dan wel wat herrie van buiten. Ook nog eens aangegeven bij vertrek. Wellicht is het gemakkelijk op te lossen door de airco na te laten kijken. Ontbijtruimte was binnen en men kon met mooi weer ook gezellig buiten op het binnen terras zitten. Het ontbijt was zeer goed verzorgd. Alles was er. En ruim voldoende. Bediening restaurant zeer behulpzaam. De bar was een goede plaats om nog een afzakkertje te nemen. Dus kort samen gevat, een echte aanrader. Wij hebben genoten.

The only thing 4* here was the location. The Reception and bar area of the hotel look nice. But, as we entered our room I was really disappointed. There is mould in the bathroom and in the bedroom (window area), and there is a funny smell of mouldy place. The bed was the best thing of the room, as it was quite comfortable. The location is really good as you are within a couple minutes of most points of interest in Brugge. Cannot say much about the staff as you don't see anyone apart from time to time there is someone at the reception when someone is about to check in or check out. The rooms were not properly cleaned and the carpet in the room in a really bad condition. Besides, anything that was used on the first day (coffee, tea or shower gel) was not replaced on the 2nd day. This is my experience staying in a room on the 1st floor and based on this I wouldn't stay here again.

We recently stayed there for three nights as a couple. The location is ideal - close to major attractions and restaurants, but tucked into a side street where you can escape the bustle and noise. The facilities are clean and well cared for. The design is modern, with a certain degree of quality. Rooms have AC! We opted for the included breakfast. This self-service option provides coffee drinks via a machine, juices, scrambled and cooked eggs, bacon, sausage, breads, cheeses, cold cuts, yogurt, cereals and pastries. The breakfast area is rather large (we never had to fight for a spot), and there is a little enclosed patio for eating breakfast or just sitting outside. (Due to weather, we didn't have an opportunity to experience it first hand). All in all, a super experience!

I stayed here for a weekend. The staff is less than helpful. They don't allow early check-in. The guy is especially rude and firm. I left some shoes in the room and they never got back to me. I am guessing they helped themselves to them. Gross . The beds are comfy. Not the cleanest as there were black hairs in the bathroom (I have short blonde hair) and the toliet hadn't been flushed. It's a great location to easily access everything, and it was relatively cheap. I did a waffle and beer experience, belfry, the lake, chocolate museum, and then rented a bicycle to go to Sluis (it was a lovely ride) while there.

Mooi hotel gelegen in hartje van Brugge.Parkeerplaats dichtbij (parking 't Zand) op 7 min lopen en eventueel parkeren bij het hotel zelf. Mooie schone kamers met bad en/of douche. Ook hadden wij een balkon met zitje bij de kamer (fijn voor de rokers onder ons). Nette minibar en tv . De matrassen zijn perfect en ook fatsoenlijke kussens.(niet geheel onbelangrijk). Airco en kachel zijn ook aanwezig. Hotel is s'nachts stil en je hoort ook geen auto's of ander verkeer .Ook de gordijnen zijn goed verduisterend. Ontbijt (vanaf 7:30 tot 11:00) ook zeer goed verzorgd.Uitgebreide keuze zowel warm als koud. Personeel ook erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kortom een aanrader!!!

Fantastic location, spacious room and very clean. The location is by far the best thing about the hotel and the staff were quite friendly too so overall it's 5 stars from me. Because it is literally in the centre of the town, it does get quite noisy so maybe not great if you are a light sleeper as you can hear everything going on outside, but that's what you get for the amazing location. Perfect for me!

Very cold rooms. They did not offer extra blankets. Staff impolite in general and did not try to help in any way when one of our group members fell ill after checkout due to a food poisoning at a breakfast restaurant. On the first day, the electricity was cut for more than two hours. Instead of coming to the spot to sort things out and to show his commitment, the owner just chilled at home. The reception's comment: "I am just an employee." This describes the mentality well.

The Hotel is in a great location. However, I did find the room to be very clean. There was no fitted sheet on the bed, there was a flat sheet that laid on top of a stained mattress with no mattress cover. The bathroom had extremely poor lighting with both limited counter space and hooks for hanging towels. The carpet, drapes and furniture was old and dated. I would not stay here again and recommend staying elsewhere.

Nice hotel, excellent location and within walking ‍♀️distance of the Grote markt, the museum, restaurants, and shops. The rooms are very big with comfortable beds, a mini bar, and a bathroom with toileteries. The hotel also has a private parking garage that can be booked in advance for a reasonable fee of €22 per day. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only negatives are the small sleeping pillows and limited tv channels.

We recently, had the pleasure of staying for 2 nights, at the Hotel Acacia, prior to departing on a bike/barge trip. We so enjoyed the warm welcome by Thomas & Sophie, and so appreciated all their wonderful knowledge & experience - in our chats & in kindly giving us a map & many helpful directions! The service was wonderful. They couldn't be more accommodating. It was my birthday, and we took a getaway to Bruges for the day. My husband was disappointed with the room as he felt that he had booked something on the higher end. It was clean and served it's purpose in my opinion. The breakfast is a must! Just wish the bar would have been open. We love to sit and meet people and discuss our travels.

I had the pleasure to stay at hotel Acacia in Bruges a few weeks ago. I would not hesitate to recommend a stay at this hotel. Friendly service, a nice clean room, quiet street, and located very near to the Grand Place. My hotel favs are the location, nice outdoor courtyard, and the excellent buffet breakfast.

I have tried to arrange to stay in this hotel - booking 2 rooms for later in November, and I reached out over WhatsApp as there is no online booking available. The communication was quite terse, and, when I asked to receive a confirmation of the reservation/invoice via email before paying, I was told to "try another hotel". Very strange and very poor customer service.

No ac, linens are rough, tP is sandpaper, everyone smoked under our window (employees), basic amenities, location is good. As I checked in, the desk clerk noticed my last name differed from another document I had. I married recently and changed my last name so he had to get a dig in and say "typical American thing to do". Hmmm ok.

Great hotel, lovely rooms. The one-way roads made it hard to find though. Bruges restaurants are so-so. They all offer the same food. There doesn't seem to be a lit if different tastes in the city center.

Wonderful place. Only hitch was that I asked for an early morning taxi, and it did not show. I had to get to the train station, so the lone teenage kid working in the lobby gave me a ride on his scooter at 4:45 AM. This kid went above and beyond.

Stylish hotel to enjoy beautiful Brugge. I was very comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Terrific parking. Good location. To be clear; bath or shower. A handheld in a bath is useful but requires a lot of concentration or you make a big mess. Maybe it's just me.

A massive 10 out of 10 to this hotel. Absolutely amazing location , very clean and staff are great. Rooms are very comfortable. Highly recommend and will be returning
