We stayed here for three nights, and enjoyed our stay. But before, must say, getting there by car, not knowing the place, at least for us, was a disaster. The hotel is along a one way road, so if you miss it, like we did, you have go all around the block, through a heavily used roundabout. Not enough clear signs or where to hotel is. But the most annoying part, was the parking. We were first waived down by a "park guide". We pointed out a spot for the car, almost in front of the hotel, on the pavement. He told it would be 60MAD for our stay, which I thought was reasonable. He also told us that there is a parking place under ground just right next to us, but its more expensive (pointer here, this was a lie, it was the same price). I asked him if he was sure the car is ok here, and without any hotel staff member to be seen, I left the car where it was. No surprise, as I was checking in, I asked about the car, and they said that no, I could not leave it there, and should drive it to the under ground. Its right next to the hotel, but there are no markings, signs or anything. I drove the car down a very steep narrow corridor. Friendly staff at the parking place, but just too much of a hassle for a professional hotel. Leaving the under ground wasnt easy either, the slope being so steep, by rental car couldnt make it up. Eventually one staff member suggested he drives it up, which he did, but at the same time burning my clutch and screeching my tyres. But hat off, he got it up.. And no, the first "park guide" did not give me anything back, because I already paid. Avoid them around this hotel, since you have the other option available. If you must park on the road, just pay for max one hour or so first. The underground is paid to the reception. Okay, now onto the actual hotel. The good: Extremely friendly staff, only hotel during our trip where our luggage was carried up (I usually insist on carrying my own), but this guy, sorry dont recall his name, was just a real gentleman and sweetheart. Location itself was a bit far from the main attractions, around the hotel there was a couple very good cafes and a little market area just down the road with fresh foods and cakes etc. The room had good air conditioning. The breakfast was very nice, just for some reason the tea tasted horrible, but it could just be me. A very nice pizzeria/crepperia on the lower floor, open until 10pm if I recall correctly. The bad: The parking episode. That really annoyed me and I hope the hotel tries to fix this and approve it. Also the shower, typical in the hotels we'd stayed, this wasnt any different, no drain in the bathroom, only in the shower itself. So all the water dripping off the edge etc, just stayed on the floor, becoming very wet, and not going anywhere. Yes, the cleaner would dry the floor when they cleaning the room, but just for overall sake of the condition of the bathroom, a second drain would be a good idea. The view wasnt too great, but the hotel cant really help that. Overall: Very pleasent hotel, but be weary if coming by car.

When we entered the lobby was a very nice area sadly we were charged more than the original price by the reciptonist we then went on the elevator to our room to see that the elevator was very jumpy but it worked then we arrived to our room which was a 1 room 3 bed it had room to walk and it had nice decor with ac and free wifi but had stains on the chairs and a very creaky set of draws and closet when we left the hotel we noticed we were in a area with lots of corner shops and markets but not much else to offer other than that which i would say was a big let down then we had dinner at the restruant and the staff were very nice but had said we were late so they didnt have much options we still decided on a meal and it was amazing

the rooms were not ready, I asked for 2 rooms for 3 people, and they gave me only one for 2 people, and the other one had to wait until the afternoon, more than 2 hours waiting for the check in, and they gave me a room, dirty, without towels, no toilet paper, no air conditioning a disaster and I do not recognize anything, the rooms do not look like the photos, there are many other guests with the same problems

The staff here are friendly and accommodating. The room pictures were accurate, the beds were clean, and the a/c was cold. We had to ask for a TV remote and towels, but they were provided. It was difficult to find, but the GPS got us in the right area and with the help of locals and patience we were able find it. There is on site parking, but navigating the garage is not for the faint at heart.

The fees are affordable. The rooms are quite good in general. The hotel stuff are helpful and gentle. The breakfast buffet is diversified and may satisfy a range of tastes. One unbearable thing is the noise generated by the traffic jam that accurs from time to time.

Everything was as advertised. Communication with some staff members was not particularly easy but there were receptionists who spoke very good English and were happy to help. I found the breakfast disappointing as I am vegan and there were hardly any options for me.

Amazing hotel, really! I was visiting Morocco for 9 days, different locations everywhere, and this was my all-time-favourite stay! Cosy rooms, beautiful internal design, tasty dishes in the restaurant, very nice service, I couldn’t have wishes for anything more!

Beautiful rooms and very spacious. Nice hot water. Nice clean and soft towels everyday. However breakfast was disappointment because did not have a lot of varieties. Very simple breakfast. Overall good experience.

AC without remote, a dangerous parking that asked us to pay, and i wouldnt call that a breakfast

They are helpful... but the choice or room is very important, they differ a lot

For A$60 a night, it can't really be beat
