Overall Stay was fine. Food was good. A special shoutout to the lad (I forgot the name) who looks after the breakfast buffet and Abdul Hashim for room service. They were very hospitable. Rooms doesn’t have windows, so would not recommend to any claustrophobic person. Location is close to BKC and Kurla station. But I’ll not recommend anyone travelling by train to stop at Kurla station, as transportation from Kurla station is not cheap- rickshaws will charge 80-100₹ or more. So I’ll suggest l to get off at Sion Station instead- rickshaws/bus are available. And if one’s into fitness, they can also walk for 15 mins on a straight road. Staff were kind but needed reminders. Eg. Ordered for a Fresh Lime in my room, which I never received. Only one feedback from my end would be to fix the WiFi. This was a real point of real concern as several routers/several Networks are available but none of them would work efficiently. As someone with Airtel in a Jio-dominated region, my cellphone network was not effective, thus had to rely on wifi. But unfortunately the WiFi was ineffective.

Rooms doesn’t have windows, so would not recommend to any claustrophobic person. Rooms are basic with TV, geyser (in washroom), AC. There’s a chair and table in every room for reading/eating purpose. Water is available free of cost in jugs, however bottled water is also available at a price.

The only good thing about this hotel are the staff. Everyone from the front desk to the bell boys will always be ready to help you out. Every request (extra glass, towels, and others) will be met promptly. However, the hotel does not do these staff members any justice. The food is bland. For the duration of my stay I resorted to ordering takeout from online apps. There are fungal patches on the roof panels of the bathroom which gives it a very dingy vibe and even the bathroom fittings were close to coming off. The beds were well made but it is evident that the sheets and spreads were stored in a musty closet somewhere as it has a lot of hair and dust on it. The worst issue was the smell. As soon as you pay and open the door from the reception to the corridor you will be hit with a strong smell which you might be able to escape a little bit once you enter the room. I have stayed at other Fab Hotel premises before and so i place a lot of trust in the brand name. This hotel does not stand up to those requirements but would still ask for a high price.

1. 12pm only u can check in, or else pay 30% of your booked amount, 2. No proper water maintenance planning, as soon we checked in no water for bathing it all most took 3hrs water to come back. 3. Booked this one through Treebo for an overnight stay. Situated in the underbelly of BKC, the place is apt for crashing and sleep over only. No nearby places or decent eating joints that can go to. The location is a bit outside the main points so no Ola or Uber was available, had to rely on autos. The rooms are not as bright and lit as shown in pictures but are decent enough if you do not come with very high expectations. No place for natural light in any room, and the amenities are also just to take care of basic needs. As I said, do not come with high expectations. The kit, hen is their last room in a long unending passage. My room was next to the kitchen and the late night disturbance and then early morning disturbance didn't help much in getting a decent sleep. Breakfast too is very basic with limited options served as 'buffet'. Only if you are cash starved and do not know where else to go, then head over. Not bad, but nothing great either!

DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL, IF YOU ARE COMING FOR US VISA!! " I don't recommend this hotel to any US visa candidates. I booked this hotel online for 2300₹,but they denied me entry and they demanded double the charge of my booking for my stay. " The room was just okay, there was water leaking inside the room, tv not working properly. Food they serve is also very expensive and there is no hotel nearby also. While checkout, all the service staff will come to your room demanding tip . NB: No autorickshaw will take you to consulate office from this location,if so they will demand more than usual charges. I went to consulate by booking Uber.

Terrible hotel, does not justify even 500 as daily room rate. Merely using lofty words in you name like Fab, embassy and suites to mislead customers. The room did not have a single window. The stink in the room, dirty linen, and MOSQUITOS! And the cherry on top was the bathroom. All faucets were loose and leaky. On turning on the taps, the water flow was dripping. Other rooms were of similar nature, and hence it would have made marginal difference anyway. In short, I would request the hotel to be delisted from here so that people are not misguided and fleeced of money.

One of the worst experience I've ever had in my hotel stays. Pros: 1. You will learn the patience though you have spent enough money for good room. Cons: 1. Bad odour inside the room. No proper maintenance of pillows, mattresses and other things inside room. 2. No ventilation at all. High risk if any accidents happen. 3. Complementary breakfast is just a namesake. You have to wait inside a room (called dining room) where you will one dish with not at all worthy above 50 bucks 4. Location is not easily accessible to commute 5. If other state people comes, they simply ask more money for staying.

Such a worst experience. Never plan to book here. All the foul smell from dharavi dumping yard can be sensed even in the rooms. When you plan to go out, you should also plan to book a car as the entire area isn't that hygiene. Food served here in hotel doesn't taste good. Offer thats been offered by Oyo doesn't valid in this hotel. They ask you to either pay extra about or cancel the booking. Would face network issues, no proper wifi. Instead of all these they ask you to give positive feedback.

Rooms not clean, cockroaches in rooms. Only plus point was that hotel tried to help when complained. But overall no points for cleanliness and amneties. I have not expected from fabexpress for such hotel. But lots of people were coming to hotels so maybe common in mumbai.

Rooms are decent , but service is pathetic because stayed here for two days and asked them to clean the room more than 10 times . Always told within 30 min will do it but till my check out nobody came for room cleaning. Receptionists while booking they are very polite, once checkin if you are ask or complaint about service or rooms they will behave rude or no proper response. Rooms don’t have windows, AC and TV remote was not working. Good part is its near to US consulate. But better not to take any hotel in Kurla west.

Worst hotel I've ever visited. Please don't fall for their images on Google and Oyo they were taken when the property was new. Now the property is poorly maintained. Very unhygienic. Area where the hotel is located is not safe and hygienic. Rooms are dirty you will find insects and cockroaches roamin. Hotel doesn't provide towel soap and shampoo. So if you planning to stay here carry everything. Food that I ordered at the hotel didn't felt fresh, rice were cold. Hotel is not worth the price they charge. I paid 4000 per night. We have all ready booking makemytrip & when we have come hotel around 5:30 am. hotel manager sahidji tell all room are packed.and told wait for 2 hour becuse we are late check in time, and say .you should come check in time.when we fight against sold out room. After 1 hour get temporally room. And then proceed check in policy. But we fill this hotel is not safe for family so we leave at that time hotel.

Better stay!! Good food whatever we have ordered. Good hospitality. But breakfast could be even more better. The worst hotel to stay! Please dont fool people unhygenic and pathetic room, they dont even change the bedsheets. There were some kind of worm in my table and pillow. Extremely unprofessional. Booked 2 rooms for 2 days. Paid advance through online. Later they demanded additional amount of 4000. Had to shift my family to another hotel after hour long waiting. Rooms aren't nice either. In monsoon, water seapage through walls, sometimes AC doesn't work, taps are broken. Wouldn't recommend anyone.

Dirtiest hotel ever, we found a rat in the room as well , unmaintained and unhygienic. All taxi drivers tale commission and just trick us to take here . They charged 3000 for just half a day for those tiny dirty room . Worst and disgusting experience ever!

So much unprofessional. Staffs don't even know how to behave. I recently stayed at this hotel and it has the worst service ever.I have never seen such unprofessional behavior in my entire life.The people here are scammers.The staff is very rude and the management is fake here. They are running this business only for money.They scam you in every way possible. Please don't ever stay in this hotel ever even if this is the only place left on earth.

There is no ventilation in the room. If you going in monsoon then please don’t. Commute is not easily available, just 3-4 autos standing in front of hotel are there and they demand extra money. Breakfast was included in the price and for me it was good. Taste was nice and there was buffet system so no limitation on food.

SCAMMERS WARNING: This place is filled with Scammers, if you call via phone to book room, they will lure you to pay more by asking you to scan QR code by giving reason for verification and confirming booking. They asked my parent to verify by asking them to scan QR code and GPay additional amount of 8000 for one night stay.

Room is clean and hygienic however no signals for airtel network, though there is wifi provided by hotel it is always on and off. There is a restaurant / kitchen inside the hotel but better to avoid as the taste is pathetic

Bitter experience. OYO is far better. Staff are non responsive. For online booking, they are alloting shabby rooms. No control of Fab on hotel staff. Surprisingly, you don't find Fab anywhere in the hotel. Horrible experience.
