A great refurb and fitout post the hotel being a Holiday Inn! The style, vibe and room decor is all fab! Love it! The room service menu needs some more options, VERY limited in what you can order from the downstairs menu. I ended up using Uber to get food, which isn't as convenient as room service, but for a full service hotel, the menu needs some work. The beds are comfortable, clean rooms, shower and bathroom all great! Furniture excellent and useable, although there isn't really a "work desk" so to speak, but there was a small table and chair in my room. I do find that Indigo hotels don't really cater to business people to do work in their room so much, so maybe its just the style and vibe they are going for? USB Ports in the room and International power points so thats always good ! The downstairs restaurant is great for breakfast, friendly staff, good coffee, and plenty of options and eggs cooked fresh upon request. The dinner is a little over priced and trying to be fancy, but i ate their once, great wagyu dish, but pricey and small portions. Plenty of places to eat and drink in walking distance, with the tram around the corner, you can get anywhere in 5-10mins in the CBD. The Gym was closed when i visited, but hopefully this is open next time i stop by. They do have a funky selfie booth, where you can get a picture with your friends and it sends to your email or prints it out as a polaroid! Great idea, and we did this with a bunch of friends and created some memories. Great refurb, in room menu needs work, but its a great spot if priced around $200-300 dollar mark.

Hotel Indigo had only been open about 4 months when we visited in December 2023. The property was completely refurbished from previously being a Holiday Inn. This is the fourth IHG property we’ve stayed in this year, and we’ve found them all to be well priced, quite new, modern, clean, with great amenities, restaurants, and very friendly staff. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay for a special occasion, somewhere different and more intermit, and doesn’t look like all the other big chain hotels, and where you are made to feel special, then I can’t recommend this hotel (and other IHG properties) more highly.

I stayed 4 nights in this hotel. This hotel has been renovated recently from holiday inn hotel. Most of amenities are new, and this gave me good feeling when I stepped in the hotel at first. All the staffs were kind and very supportive. The hotel location was perfect to me. I brought my car for to visit the tourist site around the Melbourne. The hotel is located in the entry of Melbourne CBD. So when I went out from the hotel with my car, it’s easily access to motor way. Also, it’s easy to access the CBD area by walking or free trams. But, still some of amenities like as fitness gym are under being preparing. Also, you need to pay extra money for car park. The hotel does not have own car park. So, I should park my car the secure parking which is opposite of the hotel.

Love, love, LOVE this hotel. I had searching and searching for the hotel at Mel. As most of the hotel were old. And finally 3 days before my travel, on the Google map I saw this Indigo. Is one of the IHG. Is a 2 months old hotel (I was here on 30 Oct 2023) and the location is just superb. Not so crowded but you can get around and about very easily. Main train/MRT station is just 50m walk. Their breakfast is very good and their staff are very friendly. Especially one of the Asian girl at the front desk. Just love her smile and friendliness!! Since this hotel is so new. Lots of new things. You don't even need to bring your phone cable (they have a type c in the room for the JBL speaker and I just use that the entire time) and if you have the iPad both type C end charger.. gear no more. They have the port and you don't even need to bring the head. So convenient for those who are not from Aussie. My next trip to Melbourne - see you Indigo! A most pleasant time at this brand new property. Excellent location right near Southern Cross station with easy access to the CBD, Crown, Skybus, trains and trams. The staff were wonderful, with a warm welcome from the moment I walked in the door. The hotel itself is beautifully turned out with striking artwork everywhere. Every little detail has had a great deal of thought put into it, down to the hydration station in the lobby. Rooms are spotless, comfortable, and technologically state-of-the-art. There's a photo booth to the left of reception where you can snapshot a fond memory with your loved ones... mine is on my desk! I'm genuinely looking forward to my next stay at this hotel.

I was here at Melbourne for a week and opted hotel Indigo for my stay. My experience was awesome, the staff is very professional and helpful. Room service is best and if you are coming from outside Australia trust me u don't need to struggle with the charging sockets, they have USB ports you just need to plug in cable and it works.. no need of charging head.. Tram station is just 50m away from the hotel and all the cafes are at walkable distance. Next time I'm gonna come for cisco live, hotel Indigo will be my spot

What a great find!!!! Only opened under hotel indigo a month and a half ago! This is our new place to stay when in Melbourne! Gorgeous room, great location, best bed ever plus floor to near ceiling window for amazing views! The aromas are amazing from the moment you walk in. It’s the perfect location. Only a few blocks walk from the skybus terminal on same road and so close to Crowne. The exhibition centre etc. Flinders lane is my favourite location for food laneways and random bars etc WHAT A FIND! Hope it stays this way..

Recently stayed at the newly opened Hotel Indigo Melbourne on Flinders for a weekend staycation. The property has just opened after being refurbished. Loved the design elements of the entire property. Don’t miss taking a little memory of the hotel with you from the Photo Booth - another cute feature which ties in well with the theme of the hotel. The rooms are a good size with great amenities. The location is very convenient with its proximity to Southern Cross Station and the Aquarium for the kids. Will definitely be back again soon. We couldn’t recommend indigo more the staff from the moment we arrived till we left were so helpful and friendly the room and fit out was next level and cool. So if your heading to Melbourne and need to stay somewhere central indigo is the go. You can get off at central station with a short walk to the hotel. Joe the general manager and the team made our stay a wonderful weekend away with the family.

Stayed recently for a few nights at the recently opened Hotel Indigo Melbourne. Can’t beat the location, walking distance to everything. Rooms are perfect sized and very nicely fitted. I can’t recommend this property enough. Huge shoutout though to the team members that made the stay absolutely amazing. Bar, restaurant and front of house all were amazing. Tarusha especially made sure my stay was the best possible experience - nothing was ever too much effort. He always exceeds expectations and always goes above and beyond.

Had the most amazing stay in Melbourne in November in this fabulous hotel! The art and decor is stunning and even the scent of the hotel is divine! Stayed a few nights and the room was always immaculate. Toiletries are the best quality and location is so handy to everything. We recently stayed at the renovated Hotel Indigo and the service was great! Hannah at reception was super helpful and went above and beyond to help us with a number of requests. Our original room was a bit loud (we think we were next to some air con units?) And we were able to move with no fuss, plus they moved all of our things while we were out! The room we ended up in was very comfortable and felt bigger than average. Would highly recommend!

A trendy boutique hotel capturing the essence of urban chic, aligning perfectly with the Indigo series. The plush teddy bathrobes are incredibly comfortable. While the rooms aren't overly spacious, my favorite aspect is the shower drain part in the bathroom. The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly, especially the young Asian lady. Came for a one night stay, reception team was friendly and well groomed. However did not advise that in room amenities could be requested , so had to call once I got to the room to find no amenities aside from soap. Gym is good with enough equipment although the room could do with ventilation (smells like sweat) and better labelling. Rooms were clean and floor to ceiling windows are excellent

Outstanding and upbeat attitude from the staff at the front desk. The room was spacious and modern. We found the room to be superior to 2 Crown Plazas we stayed at the previous week. Well situated for the walking tourist. Photo opportunities galore. The hotel's breakfast was superior, however as an alternative there are a dozen outstanding coffee shops within 5 minutes walk.

Fabulous accommodation! Close to trams and trains, easy to walk around the city. Beautiful room. Actual milk in the fridge (not those tiny pods that are never enough). Friendly staff. And the food at Beso is impeccable.

Everything was top notch there from the room to the staff. The breakfast was delicious too. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
