It's always been the first place for a family get together . After a long wait for renovation the place is open again and we thought of celebrating our family birthday here . So what's with the new Hotel Shilpa . The wait is worth it . They took time but the comeback was great . Super architecture. The ambience was good . Management is on toes now . The movement we entered the manager Mr Subodh Jadhav himself greeted us and got us table . Since it was a huge group we asked for some suggestions and it turned out to be the best advice ever . Service was great .they managed well to keep huge group alive with timely service none of us had to look around for anything . This family dinning has something for everyone ..Veg platter the dish was to die for .it was a generous portion and all of us just loved it ..Great Chinese sizller the kids just couldn't stop themselves.mushroom risotto was great choice .panner chilly was excellent. It didn't end here .the taste was so great we couldn't resist to go for main course even though we had no appetite left but we al agreed and ordered . Veg Tiranga and panner kokiwada .. normal dishes avilable every other hotel but I can bet the taste was unbeatable ..we tried it with garlic and butter nan . Finally we went for some sweets .Gulab jamun, rasmali sandwich . If you are one those people who been struggling for a veggie taste get urself here and taste the best of veg. & If you are foodie and haven't been here u are missing a lot . Mulund has got the best of restaurant in last few years but this place has its own benchmark . It's a must try

This place is very kid friendly.

We went for lunch on Diwali afternoon and we ordered masala papad it was so tasty and good and later tried in main course maharaja kofta and it was excellent and delicious and bhindi fry was ok same as made at home a little oily and not crunchy. Tandoori roti was made of wheat flour so it was really good and the butter was so soft. Later I ordered Jeera Rice with Dal Tadka amazing quality and quantity I loved it. And in the end I ordered chaas it was good and could be better. I really liked their gestures They gave 10% off on the bill on the occasion of Diwali. Food: 5/5 Ambience: 5/5 Service: 5/5

Hotel Shilpa Veg Restaurant place is nice, ambience is also pleasent. Interior and decor is superb. Banquet also very nice. Staff is helpful and polite. Lift, staircase, banquet everything is very clean. Food is very good except Naan, please don't take naan it's very very hard you can't even bite. Other food dishes are very tasty and good quality. On the 5th floor banquet hall there's piller which is very disturbing. But you can definitely visit the place. Love the ambience.

Worst experience at all... We first checked reviews on social networks & then decided to visit for dinner. We ordered starter for 10 members, later main course Veg meal & then ended with icecreams. But it was nightmare for my family We all got food poison that night. Few members got vomiting & others had loose motions. We are not sure due to which item we had this. But I will never visit this restaurant till I am alive. also I will never recommend any one reading this review to visit this restaurant. It's your choice at all, but think twice- thrice. Also staff is not polite with elderly people. We already booked big table for family but when visited there was already other family having dinner. 0 stars or -100 stars

I stayed 5days and changed 3rooms Rooms not maintained properly No clean washrooms. People’s are not interested to serve . We had order 2 sandwiches and it took 1and a half hour to bring it. Food is very expensive not worth it.the floor of the restaurant is always dirty . During breakfast if an item is over then they say 2mins but bring after half an hour The parking area was smelling like the sewage area

This is my favourite place to hangout with friends and family..the food is just delicious and reasonable rate..the ambience is too good and spacious..must try food - Tandoori Chicken, Chilly chicken, chicken fried rice and prawns fried rice. They also give home delivery on orders above 500.. it is in the main mulund check naka..also serve veg food in the ground floor and non veg in the 1st floor.. they have a bar session too in the 1st floor.

The food taste was quite good. i visited for team lunch but the price for food are overpriced as per the location and service costly indian breads and bhaji. They should focus on pricing of their nan kulchas and regular indian bhaji overall service is not bad.

Had my birthday party with 70 guests. From following day for 3-4 days 20 of these guests suffered from diarrhoea, stomach ache, fever. Some went through severe. On raising complaint with the management on the food served they acted arrogant. Asking us to do whatever we want and go complain wherever we wan to. To all there don’t ever try this hotel or party hall. Avoid falling sick. Worst management

The worst staff and service i have ever seen a pre agreed price was decided the same day when we showed up they told us a higher price then pre decided after talked we agreed to it and left to come back in a few hours after few hours the room we agreed on is not available cause ac is not working after saying the room is perfect. I decided not to give our business to this place. As all this left a very bad taste in our mouth and was a horrible time and ruined what was a last minute urgent stay

I visited this restaurant post its renovation work and I must say they have really worked on their interiors and now has a very vibrant ambience. Plus I don't know but I feel the quantity of food has increased, I ordered 1 plate misal paav and look at the size of it plus the taste was good. Lastly the staff is also very responsive and quick with their service. Loved the experience.

This is our family get-together place. Nothing can compare the service and the food of Shilpa. The location is perfect just 2mins waking from Mulund Check Naka.. They have veg restaurant in the ground floor and nonveg in the 1st floor.. Ac and Non ac both are available for Veg but for Non veg AC is available. Horrible service Booked venue for party. The hall is spacious but I had to interact with confused and forgetful party decorator and awful manager. The Hotel has a very good ambience and the service is also good. The place is well maintained. The menu has a lot of variety and it is best for eating out as a group. Very bad food was provided. They provide stale food. Green chutney of kabab was chilled and onions in salad were too cold. We got throat pain after 2 hours. Charged Rs.50 for normal water bottle. It’s expensive and food quality is poor and unhygienic. Don’t eat anything from this hotel.
