The hotel is perfectly fine, affordable prices, and not far from the center. Taxi approx. 15 minutes, with bus is 25 min. and bus station which is very close. The room is big enough, the cleanliness is ok. Of the dishes, we had 3 cups, 3 saucers, 1 knife and only 1 teaspoon (we missed that). Breakfast in the neighboring building - 2 types of bread for toast, apples, 3 types of marmalade, butter (salted), 3 types of cereals, honey, 2 types of juice and 2 types of milk. You put the dishes in a big box yourself. It's bad that rarely anyone comes, the milk was only in the fridge, and we needed it warm for the child, so we had to go to the room to heat the milk. 2 mornings before us, the guests used up a full milk, only a light milk was left, they also picked up all the apples, so we had no choice. There are no people to refill it when it is used up, and it was already used up around 8:00 a.m., breakfast lasts until 9:30 a.m.

Lovely staff who make your stay very comfortable. Very large rooms with all the mod cons including Netflix etc. Rooms serviced daily & rooms are immaculate when returning after a long day at work. Location is wonderful for the Hospitals both public & private. Only thing that is an issue is the parking if you have a larger vehicle / no elevator to get to third level, it makes it hard to carry larger bags to the top floor. It also has a little kitchen for continental breakfast right out the front sort of next door & you can also use it for cooking meals just ensuring you clean up after yourself. There is only one washing machine & 1 dryer which are outside & require $1 coins only. No clothes line if you want to air dry things. But the best thing is the refurbished rooms & the very efficient staff

At first, the signages are clear but misleading as they are right next to the Greenwich Inn sign so you feel like you're making a mistake driving in. I stayed on 3rd floor, and while they claim to have upgraded to quiet windows I could still feel and feel the hum and throb of the traffic outside. This wasn't too much of an issue compared to the heater/air conditioner from the 1980s, which sounded like a fire truck engine was turned on inside the same room that periodically wakes you on the auto setting, like a gunshot being fired. The rooms are otherwise clean and tidy but the air conditioner detracts from your sleep, which is probably one of the most important aspects in a hotel you're staying at overnight. Breakfast options were limited to cereal and toast. It would've been good to have one hot option of the day (eg eggs). I won't be coming back anytime soon as long as I'm kept awake!

Avoid if possible. The location was handy to where we had to go, but not worth the trouble. Very limited parking, and what was available was cramped. The rooms are basic to the point of Spartan. Weird steps and uneven heights on the floor, no power points in the bathroom, a TV which was old and tiny, and no soap etc. Hot water took 10 minutes to warm up, nowhere to hang towels. Apparently it's recently been renovated. Can't imagine what it must have been like before.

Room was a disgrace. Uneven steps to walk down into the room, bathroom was in a space more like a cupboard, picture above bed fell on us through the night, noise from other rooms terrible, no parking, breakfast limited to toast and cereal, licenced cafe not a licenced cafe. Got changed to another room however it was not much better. Signs saying fully renovated very misleading. Light switch was behind another painting, no globes in some lights. Only good part is location as being close to the hospital was important to us. Will never stay again.

I stay there for 2nights with my family.. Nice bathroom and clean bedroom.. Served continental breakfast cereals and breads with juice and tea/ coffee.. But they don't have much car parking space and service was not good enough..i asked someone for towel but nobody give us fresh towel even there's no hotel booklet in our room , So i can use wifi password..Tv was not working .. But location is not far from sydney train station is on 13mins walking dist.

If you are looking for a budget friendly, hotel with a breakfast buffet option. This is the right option. This is a location close to the heart of the center. Close to public and private hospital, bus stand and metro stand as well. You won't find fancy rooms, daily room service is also not available big disappointment and no lift available :( But the lady at reception is very sweet and helpful.

Our room was $259 for Superior Queen. It was tiny, shower was just wide enough to stand sideways without hitting the wall and screen, the air conditioner turned on sounded like a helicopter. The floor squeaked, you could fill the room kettle under the tap, you had to fill in the shower. For that price I could of stayed and have stayed in better hotel rooms in Nth Sydney.

Room that was booked was dirty and had past guest belongings in it still. Staff gave us another room where the bathroom was dirty, holes were in the sheets. Aircon wouldn’t work. Staff gave us anointed room aircon was broken in that room too and was not clean as well. All three rooms staff offered us was not up to standards. Do not recommend

De kamer was heel klein zodat je er je spullen niet fatsoenlijk kwijt kon, er lag een oude nagel op de grond, er stond gratis parkeren maar er was geen plek toen we aankwamen, tevens is het zeer krap om met je auto langs te moeten, ontbijt is heel karig, de voorkant van de airco viel spontaan op de grond, ze schenken melk over de datum, de douche is veel te laag en je kan er niet fatsoenlijk onderstaan en ik ben niet lang. Al met al een afrader!

I would not recommend this place. We asked for a quiet room and upon checking in were told we had an upgrade which can only be called a downgrade !! The room was above the garage ,very dingy and in a bad state of repair. The shower did not work, the beds were uncomfortable and in the morning there was a leech on the shower cubicle. It was like a nasty hotel in a horrible movie.

The girl who was head of housekeeping and help run reception etc was so friendly and helpful Ravi the Manager is friendly,forthright and honest and will give you the best for your budget.. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. I was also offered a free breakfast. It's in a very convenient location. Not too far to walk from st leonards station (if you haven't got luggage on you) and the bus stop was pretty much on the doorstep

Absolutely disgusted doesn't even have enough parking you have to pay an extra $20 on top of the room so you can park in the motel next door I know I won't be coming back to this place

We have given 4 stars because for a budget accommodation it was excellent. The room basic needs. Clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was included at restaurant next door. Five minute walk to the R N S HOSPITAL private and public. Highly recommend.

For a single traveller wanting to be in a convenient spot for Manly area it is fine and reasonable value. Parking is available most of the time. Rooms were adequate but not properly cleaned, particularly bathroom. Reception was efficient and helpful.

Not happy with my room very cold had air con that did nothing there was a little heater that was noisy bedroom at the front so could hear busy traffic all night ...it was a convenient walk to RNSH.

A BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO STAY. The bed is very comfortable, pillows are great, everything is beautifully clean, and the gentleman at reception is extremely helpful and is a pleasure to do business with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
