She answered all questions and was genuine enough to take our queries to the Landlady. Hannah promised us contact regarding our questions and at times when my partner & I became impatient and rang for the answers we would always find Hannah was waiting herself. When Hannah was given feedback or additional information she would communicate it with my partner consistently. When it came to referencing there were worrying moments yet Hannah didn't feel like a distant professional who disapproved - instead she supported us by informing us what we needed to make the process easier and as quick as possible. I knew I wanted this to be our family home to rent long term and I think Hannah personally invested her professionalism in order to cater to us the best she could. A great experience from initial enquiry through to completed let within 2 months! When we first decided to let our property, we did as most would and invited 3 local agents around. Dave from House & Co was the 2nd Agent that we met with, but we decided to appoint them on the spot. Dave was extremely knowledgeable and professional, he explained everything very clearly which was really helpful considering we were first time landlords. it was clear that House & Co understood the local market and had the size and expertise to fully manage our property, as well as getting it let within a reasonable time. I was confident that they would deliver on their promises and within a day or so the house was on the market. We had 4 viewings immediately and from those initial viewing a tenant was agreed. Throughout the referencing process we were kept informed and up-to-date. The house has now been let and is being fully managed by the team at House & Co. I would fully recommend Dave and the team at House & Co if you are in the Bristol/Bath area.

So far, I've had a really good experience with House and Co. I've been dealing with Dave House, who has been very supportive about my concerns regarding employing an agent, following poor experiences in the past. I have found the rate of response to queries has been excellent, and the flexibility he and his team have been able to provide regarding some unusual conditions on the let has also been super. Dave has been super quick at organising contractors to come in and do necessary testing, which has resulted in extra work being needed. This has all been handled with clear explanations and minimum fuss. The tenants moved in over the weekend, and whilst there are a couple of teething problems outside of House & Co's responsibility, I know I can rely on their advice and support to come up with the best solution for both the tenants and myself. So far so good!

My experience of houseandco has been absolutely amazing. Everyone that I came across that worked there would always do everything they could to help, and often went above and beyond expectations. This was particularly the case where all solicitors involved seemed to be fairly clueless, and I felt houseandco did a lot more to help the process move along than the solicitors did. Particular thanks to Ria and Jess who did a lot of work around trying to smooth over complications along the way with both selling and buying and were constantly available to offer support and advice. I would without a doubt use houseandco again in future!

Great Service - no hassle. I have 3 properties managed by House & Co since 2007. The properties are always occupied with happy tenants who look after the property well. Any repairs needed are identified and quickly sorted out through their own local contractors which I find to be good value for money and very responsive. I get regular reports supported by photos so that I can be assured that the property is in good condition and they ensure that I comply with all relevant landlord legislation House & Co take the strain out of being a landlord - particularly as I don't live in the area. Highly recommend.

We have been using House & Co as letting agents for over 10 years. I would never look elsewhere, they provide a first class service and sort everything for us from finding and vetting tenants, arranging the tenancy agreements to collecting rent promptly and passing it on each month with a detailed statement. I agree with all the good reviews here. House & Co are great, best agent I've ever rented from, and there's been a few over the years! I have fairly recently managed to buy my own house now, thankfully, but if I needed to rent again in the future, they would be the first agent I'd contact for that part of town. I vaguely know the guy who set this company up (through a joint friend, been out for drinks a few times way back), and he's one of the nicest blokes you could hope to meet!

House + Co Property have made letting our house easy and stress-free. We've had a few maintenance issues arise with the house as we've gone along (leaking taps etc.), but the friendly team have always helped to get things sorted for the tenants as soon as possible. The online account system is easy to use and makes things simpler at the end of the tax-year! We've liaised with Dave House who always gets back to us quickly when we've needed advice. We would highly recommend them.

Honestly impressed. They found me tenants in less than a week and have managed to expedite doing necessary work to the house to make it ready for occupancy in a very short time. They also managed all of the paperwork and kept me fully in the loop. It's early days, but so far very good - and their rate is good at 10% including VAT. By the way I have previously let a property through another agent in another city so I have some basis for comparison.

I bought and sold my property through House and Co. and they were then responsible for letting and managing the property. They have reliable and reasonably priced contractors whom they used to organise any necessary repairs. They were always professional and efficient. Dave House has been very supportive and helpful when I had to deal with a very difficult tenant. I thoroughly recommend this estate agent for both sales and letting.

Whilst I was initially nervous about someone else managing my properties, these quickly disappeared and made me realise just how much of my time it was taking. Plus, when things go wrong you need a network of trades/people on stand by who can help quickly so that your tenants are looked after. Dave and the guys have been brilliant and I feel very comfortable with them managing my properties and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Dave was so helpful and amazing. I had an unexpected death in my family and had to back out of my letting agreement. Devastated I needed the money I had set for my new home to get back to Canada for the wake. Dave took care of it and got me my full refund promptly and offered to help me find a new home when I get back. I am ever so thankful to his kindness and understanding and help in this dark and stressful time for me.
