After the recent wind/storm that came through the area our American flag hanging out front was severely damaged. As finding a ladder high enough had been a major challenge, I stopped by Fire Station 103 a few streets away not sure if they could help. Firefighters Captain Gibbs, Desmond, Wong, and Mark did not hesitate to lend a much needed helping hand. They stopped by and quickly helped me get the old, damaged one down with their ladder and get the new one securely in place! My son, who is 8, was given a cool tour of the truck and a flash of lights as they headed back to the station down our street. Truly thankful and glad to know these guys are close by on watch. Thanks again!

Cannot get anyone to answer the phone without undue waiting listening to messages of no interest to me. Gave up reporting a firetruck speeding in a school zone. After 20 minutes trying to get through to the fire department of the city of Houston

I crashed my bicycle at East End Park. These guys were great enough to bandage me up so I could make it the rest of the way home. Thanks!
