This museum is on the first floor of Founders Library. You can see several important documents related to Howard University's founding including the original charter from 1867, signed by President Andrew Johnson. There is also the desk used by the first black Representative Joseph Rainey of South Carolina. It's not a big exhibit but if you are a student it's worth dropping by!
