Phillip Narbrough at A Plan Insurance was a pleasure to deal with. He sorted my house insurance out on the same day that I called him, in a fuss free and efficient manner. The quote came back less than I thought it would cost, and insured the house and contents for more than I expected. If you’re thinking you can get a better deal online as I did, don’t. Give A Plan a call and see what they can do for you – this will save you hours of trawling through internet ‘deals’ with hidden clauses. You talk to a real person down the other line, and you can sort out a necessary ‘life admin’ task in less time than you thought it would, for less money. Can’t recommend them enough.

I have dealt with Richard and Toby, both of whom are very competent, and are also excellent explainers and listeners, and have made the whole process painless over many years. There is no convoluted recorded message procedure to get through to reach them. The company is preserving the 'old-fashioned' courtesies which are getting less common, sadly, but which win loyalty, as others have said on here.

I have used A Plan for my Professional Indemnity Insurance for the last 2 year for my Letting Agency. I have been impressed by not only the level of customer service, but the level of knowledge and the care taken with my policy. I would highly recommend them, and particularly Tobias Marshall, who took a lot of time to make sure I got the right policy at the right price.

Appalling, over-priced, a joke. Come back Computerquote. My buildings and contents insurance is due soon and received a quote from A-plan. £212.51!! I went online and found a far superior policy, get this, from the same insurer for £93.55. A whooping saving of £118.96 doing it myself and with a superior policy. I will never use them again

I have recently renewed my public liability insurance and Tobias was definitely able to get me the best policy that suited my business needs and finding options that I could add on rather than taking out a more expensive policy. Highly recommended and will definitely be using them again next year!

A. Plan insurance have looked after my insurance for a couple of years now. I find them helpful and efficient. However, it always pays to check other companies rather than just rely on their quotes.
