They have a lady roght now that seems to be new and extrealy rude... she keeps letting people keep the carts even tjo there is a huse sign that says they can not keep them. I always return them bavk amd when i need one i adk the employee to let me borrow one if none are available. Well this lady working right now that did not want give her name is aguing with me because she says that yhe person tgat kept the cart which they should not be doing, did me a favor and letting me borrow the cart!!! No!!! Theres a huge sogn that says carts are for everyone and not keep for your kids to play. This employee was arguing with me because i returned the cart where its supposed to go, not to the people that is not using it. Horrible employee attuned she needs to enforced their rules not to argue because she thinks ots okay for people to not use the carts but to keep them with a bottle od detergent. People is very disrespectful. They had the nerve to remove my stuff from the cart and just left it there and that worker gave my cart to someone else. It's absolutely not okay to be touching people stuff and clothes. I felt violated like why would you be touching and moving my stuff around it's absolutely not okay. Never going back. Horrible people working here. And no managers available. Just horrible.

Higher prices here.. but u pay for better service and a clean facility. No facility sinks though in case you are wondering. The best washers are the $4.85 ones.. Now I'm not sure if it pertains only to the large $9.90- $10.00 giant washers but, avoid using the "Blankets cold" option as it washed my laundry extremely poorly. Seemed like half a turn for the agitation then it holds for 15 seconds before doing another single spin (almost seems like a half spin) and waits all over again over and over again. When I looked to my left I see other washer on the regular cold, warm, or hot option and it's agitating the laundry continuously very very well. I have to wash my laundry again because the "blankets cold" option did a poor job at agitating to scrub the laundry clean. So avoid that option unless you have very very very delicate cloth that needs to be washed. Then you can use that option so consider it another extremely delicate option. My recommendation is just use the hot, warm, or cold options for regular cleaning and they do a fantastic job. At the end the attendant did provide excellent service to rewash my laundry at a different washer to rectify the situation at no cost. Couldn't have asked for more. Kudos!

5/19/22 update so I replied to the email that was provided in the comments from the laundry mat and no response at all unsure why you would ask for me to email you if you weren't planning on answering it. It's been 22 day no call back and no fixing the issue that happened on April 21 I spoke to the employee working that day after my clothes got ruined by one of their drys and I ask to speak to the boss sense the manager of this location wouldn't help and he wouldn't even call back I think it's rude and they should have more respect for their coustomer they tried to what looks like scrap what they could but didn't get it all and reopened the dryer for coustomer use even though there still was a decent amount of melted crayon in the dryer... wouldn't be surprised if it happens to another coustomer

It be nice if the staff actually took care of their customers...it's a wash and fold place too, they obviously charge customers to do their laundry and I know not all customers pay with a card...all I asked was to exchange my quarters for dollars so I could finish my laundry and now I can't even do that because they wouldn't do me a simple exchange. Telling me they don't carry cash. Seems more like the big lady with curly hair and glasses cared more about talking with some random girl than actually helping a customer out

First off let me say I have two laundromats near my apartment but I choose to drive to this place because it has newer machines and I could just buy a laundry card with my debit card or cash. Great place, nice and clean, well lit. They have several large machines to help get your loads done quicker. Place also has free wifi along with drink and food vending machines that work. Restroom was very clean. An they have plenty of tables to sit at and fold clothes.

Absolutely terrible staff and customers. Two fat Mexican women and one skinny Mexican guy block the handicapped parking space and then after slowly unloading park their car with no handicapped plates or tag in the space and then laugh and don't leave the space until I left and the staff does not care and there's no punishment or enforcement of any kind. I will never return and encourage others to also avoid this place and the awful people within.

Great experience today at laundromat. Went to wash my elderly mother’s rugs, and pet bed & blankies. The manager, sorry forgot his name (1-12-22 @ 930 am), approached me to advise me of Wednesday special. I told him I wasn’t 60 (I’m 56). But my mom is elderly and she can’t wash so I do it for her. He graciously gave me credit for the free wash. Excellent customer service. I wish more people had this guy’s attitude & dedication.

Reliable, trusting place to do your laundry and it's even good for your kids, they have a kid section of where your kid can go sit down and go play on a little tablet, tables to folder laundry and looked always clean and neat, customer service pretty fast nice people, really helpful! Soap may be a little pricey but understandable especially nowadays. But besides that love it here 10/10.

It's open 24hrs. Has womens/mens restrooms. Always clean & has games for kids to stay busy. Area to sit down & wait. Plenty of tables to fold on/at. Plenty of huge washers & dryers available. Friendly staff. Snack/drink vending machine. Fruteria snack place in same plaza. I never have any issues with washing or drying my laundry. Great establishment & the only laundromat worth going to.

Hardly ever see a broken machine. Most of the staff is friendly except for one woman who usually works the graveyard shift. I have yet to see this place dirty and it’s way more affordable and reliable than the machines at my apartment. They offer great prices for next day wash service if you rather not do your own laundry or don’t have the time.

For me laundry is such a chore especially since I’ve been sick for the last two years which makes me weak but this laundromat is always well kept the attendants are very kind. Up until today, service has been great. I came to drop off for wash and fold and stood at the counter for over ten minutes. No sign of the attendant. Called and the phone just rang on the counter in front of me until it went to voicemail. Now I’m going to try another place nearby. Might not be back if their service is good.

Establishment is very clean and staff is very helpful and friendly. Between the hours of 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. they have what are called late night specials for the washers and dryers. There's a kids section with tablets and a TV to keep the children entertained while parents do the laundry.
