Firstly it takes a VERY lot for me to write a bad review. My theory is if you can’t say anything nice say nothing …. But in this instance I feel compelled to speak up What a rude & obnoxious driver we just had We were excited to be picked up from our hotel to be taken to the train station as part of the ticket we booked I noticed the driver just left me to open/close my door he looked at me & huffed & got into his seat - (not that that I cared but after the trip - it is relevant ) The blind next to my seat was up so I used the button to open it I was promptly & aggressively told not to touch any buttons in the car He told me if I wanted anything changed I was to ask him and not to touch anything because I might break it and that the car was expensive He proceeded to sarcastically ask me in a derogatory manner what sort of car I drove - after I told him he told me that they were rubbish cars and he didn’t like them. Gee I don’t know what this guys problem was I’m a happy person - happy to go on this trip & potentially our last holiday together as my hubby has stage 4 cancer I’m so hurt & upset I can’t stop crying - I have no comprehension as to why this guy had to be so horribly rude to me I was happy & friendly from when I got in - I’d find another transport business if this is how they treat people

Overall great customer service! We initially had to wait almost 30mins for the driver at the International Airport which was frustrating following some miscommunication. However, that has been resolved by Levi from customer service who was very genuine and offered a sincere apology as well as compensation for the incident. This company has excellent customer service and I would trust them again for this service.

Hughes was the limousine company providing the Chauffeur-drive service to Sydney Airport on behalf of Emirates. I received emails and text messages from Hughes ahead of time keeping me updated on the progress of my booking. My driver, Alejandro, arrived ahead of time and my journey was smooth and punctuated with unexpectedly insightful conversation. I would use this service again given the opportunity.

Terrible service - advised driver that we were at the baggage claim area at Sydney airport picking up bags and so driver drove off. Rang customer service sat on hold for 30 minutes before we were disconnected. Rang back to be told no driver is available and would not commit to a refund. Will never use again. Sydney Airport standard Taxi service was 5 star and saved the day!

Todays driver was amazing. Thank you for waiting almost 2hrs. Very professional and highly competent driver got me home after a terribly long flight with lost luggage my greeting on arrival. Your driver should be commended. I can not say the same for Emirates and their lack of honest communication with Hughes or their passengers today.

I have used this service to travel from Sydney airport to my student accommodation Darling House. Overall experience was awesome. I was picked by a professional named Sid and really appreciate him for driving me safely and having small talk with me. He really made me feel comfortable in this new place. Bob was very accommodating as we only had 1/2 a day and wanted to get up to the Blue Mountains and see The Three Sisters. He did a great job getting all our luggage packed into the vehicle out of our way. He also manoeuvred the vehicle to make it easier for me to get in and out of the vehicle as I have mobility issues.

Chauffeur (Raju) was very kind to my mum. He escorted her to check in and was very kind and caring. I felt bad I couldn’t go with my mum to the airport, but hearing how nice the chauffeur was made me feel happy. He arrived punctually, and just was an all round nice guy.

The most efficient, courteous, safe and relaxing way to start and finish your holiday to and from SYD. All chauffeurs and vehicles of exceptional standard. The service is excellent value for money. (Just added) Particularly when living in the outer west of Sydney.
