First time here, clerk didn't even want to be there ha! Apparently you are supposed to guess that tokens are needed (see image) and the debit machines may or may not work (your mileage may vary). Time ran out mid soap, tap won't work, loonies won't work, had to keep going back for tokens as I was supposed to have a magical ability to know how long it would take. Here's the questionable part, tokens are non refundable, forcing you to return for a future car wash in case you over estimate. Odd way to treat customers by taking advantage of people who cannot guesstimate well. Not interested in playing these kind of games, I just wanted a car wash, not a commitment.

Poor service there in the wash bay every time I tried to clean my truck ! The wash bay Guy keeps telling me to hurry up !! I will never use a Hughes Car wash bay again! I'm a senior with diabetes!! And I'm not fast at it! I'm disappointed with this location in Edmonton !! Very disappointing!! And I used to spend Thousands of dollars Per Calendar Year!!! I will be looking for another Wash Bay provider and fuel provider!!

Wow, what a fantastic spot!! First time using their dog wash self-serve amenities. They did NOT disappoint. The equipment, space and price is top notch. Super clean and the blow dryer works amazing. My dogs both smell fresh, clean and super soft. $10 for 10 minutes. Highly recommend this location.

It's a simple old school carwash that shows its age. The equipment worked fine but again it is older and well used. My one issue with the equipment was no visible timer or audio warning your time is ending soon.

Fast diesel pumps. I run a fleet of 5 machines for snow. Give them the card they open all the pumps, we're all fill up in about 7 min and my loader takes about 200 liters. Super fast. Clerks are nice

Car wash is not very good. Tokens only. Water pressure sucks. Wash my vehicle including using the brush and rinsing. Got to the shop to wax. Couldn't. Vehicle was still dirty. Don't go there.

Spent $10 soaping , scrub brush , and rinse and my truck didn’t come clean at all. Management did nothing to resolve the issue. Won’t be coming back. Do not recommend.

Great customer service. If there is ever an issue they will correct it or refund it. One of the few self serve washes where you actually get your moneys worth!

Usually go to Hughes I try to get the biggest with the more heaters they don't seem to mind if there's no one behind you to stay in wipe down

Wish this was in every city. The token system seems old but it is actually fantastic, please do not get rid of this as it had me coming back.

As others have said, you get maybe 30 seconds per token, not very long compared to other car washs. Also not much pressure out of the wand.

Newly renovated. The only car wash with an outside rinse off wash area that is perfect for anyone pulling a trailer with quads or atvs.

Gas was 7 cents more then cheapest places even with the Hughes discount as we had looked on internet before having to stop there.

Cheap and easy to use car wash.... Plus I find their car wash actually keeps your car clean a little bit longer than most!
