I’ve only ever been through their drive-through but my order has been wrong every time or the food tastes bad. Last visit the thick shake was full of chunks with no flavour at all - it didn’t even taste like vanilla somehow? and was supposed to be chocolate. Staff don’t seem to understand basic requests eg I’ve asked for a straw about four times in one interaction with the team member not understanding my request (I have a South Australian accent? Not sure what the communication issue was here), had to point at a straw. They need training - however it also seems to be a new staff member every single time. I’ve stopped going here.

it's quiet good here ideally located close to the sailsbury highway situated inside OTR opposite major trucking yards near the dry creek motive power centre which is great for train spotting there a grass reserve to the left you have to park on there

I had a whopper with cheese meal and the chips were hot, fresh and a perfect amount of salt and the whopper was unbelievably fresh and tasty and it even looked good. I wish I thought to take a pic of the burger it looked like the ones on the posters which is very un usual. Top job to theses guys even the front counter guy was friendly and helpful which is also un usual these days. Highly recommend this hjs, well done guys.

Cheap 2 for $12 deal on whoppers. You can ask how you want it and while they don't get it right all the time they do their best :) Lunch and Dinner on Days where you are tied up.

I visited this hungry jacks with my friend, we were just looking for a quick snack after uni. My friend bought a meal and everything from the burger to the chips were very low quality, the drink had no ice and the sundae that we bought was yellow, not creamy and had a very weird off milk vibe. This is not acceptable! Hungry jacks is by far the worst fast food chain in our opinion!

No coffee machine no frozen drinks or Coffees or soft serves what the he'll people it's fast food at it's worst. Ordered 4 super stunner meals and a large cappuccino yep was stunned when told no drinks available not even my coffee grrr yes got the 600ml iced coffee in cartons but not really what we wanted on a hot day they weren't even that cold bad bad won't go there again.

Walked in, dirty floors and dirty tables, disgusting ! Waited long time to be served, and when a staff member did acknowledge that they had a customer they ignored me even though I was at the front of the queue and served the customer behind me in the queue. When I complained to the staff member he replied I thought his order would be quicker so I served him first.

Burgers are fine. People who serve are fine. But the toilets are so disgusting, filthy, smelly, stained, putrid, awful. I am never going black there again. Awful health hazard. In a time when public health concerns are at an all time high. DISGUSTED at the high level of filth. Rottenness level

You got beef? Best Hungry Jack's around in OTR B best most comfortable lounge chairs available cubicles 70 m of windows at pleased to sit. Fuk the view of Elizabeth Munno Para Salisbury yeah right see hear the bin chickens in the freaking frogs

Big hype around bringing back the YUMBO for a limited time, would be a great idea to make sure you microwave them long enough to actually be warmed through, norhing like waiting 10mins for your order to bite into it and it to stiil be cold in the middle and the cheese soft but not melted! Huge disappointment and awful service

Never had a problem with waiting and as a meat eater I must say get the rebel whopper with angry onions on it, it does not have the meaty after taste but it's almost on par with a whopper I've actually not bought a normal whopper since this burger came out

Werent told that the Whopper Buns were replaced with half size Brioche Buns as they ran out. Sundae Icecreams were half full due to Machine fault! Worst service from this store.

Great restaurant, for those late night cravings. The sacrifice for waiting longer then usual is the quality of the food. There’s usually 2 or 1 staff working late night and some of them do an amazing job. This is definitely a new regular stop

Awesome venue, good and fresh burgers.it is a bit long way to get there it is situate at salisbury express way off port wakefield road at OTR service pump, just try their all year round 2 whoppers for $8.95 you will love it.

Went into hungry jacks for a meal. They were super busy crew didn't seem to be trained properly as the manager was running around trying to do everything. Also seemed to be understaffed. Only three people on.

I was served quickly & the food was hot & tasty. Unfortunately the staff member was not very friendly & appeared to be a supervisor. Maybe it was the end of her shift. I forgave it given the food was perfect.

By far the best hungry jacks revel whopper I have had. Staff and manager were also fantastic and friendly. I went there @ 2.40pm on 24/3 incase you want to know the staff working.

Lovely young lady served me with a smile but faulty equipment let them down when I wanted icecream.
