I went into the Liverpool store Monday 24th April 2023 and Davina was absolutely amazing. She was such an attentive salesperson, really took the time to understand my needs and walk me through my options. I truthfully wasn’t going to purchase this day, I was sussing out pricing and my options but Davinas service was first class and took care of me and all the other customers who came through. It was one of those rare and awesome retail experiences and would highly recommend Davina and the store . Thank you Davina!

Davina the manager is an absolute angel!!! My partner and I are getting married next Saturday and we love sneakers!! Im wearing custom airforce 1s and we needed 6 pairs of airmaxs and the sizing was difficult. Davina could see how stressed we both were and spent well over an hour calling in all favours to find the sizes we needed. We just got home from picking them up, Davina you are amazing thank you for taking your time to help us out today I really appreciate it you are amazing!!!

Went into this store to waste some time, ended up buying three pairs of shoes! Best music, best shoe knowledge & the person who served me went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable! I’m usually an online person but if the service that I got from the young man (sekope) is standard for all stores then I would definitely just buy my shoes purely for the service!

Davina the manager did us a big solid me and my finance were looking for 6 pair of shoes. She called around to all the stores and ensured we got what we needed for our wedding. She went above and beyond. I'm sorry if I spelt your name wrong. Again I wanted to say thank you so much you spent over an hour looking for us and came through. You are the best!!!

Went to liverpool store and the manager there was very arrogant and didn't like that we were trying shoes so we left and bought the same shoes for 20% less from foot locker .. don't go there very bad service and really expensive.. a complaint was filed with westfield management.

Efficient and Warm service from Davina. Made the process feel very comfortable. Gave me options, time alone to browse and help organise a delivery all in a quick visit into the store. Very well done and a valued asset to the business for sure ☺️ …

genuinely impressed by the service & friendly people here. The only problem was the store lighting seem dim. it was hard telling if the colours on the shoe would look different outside. Didn’t find shoes for myself but overall good experience

Very Poor organisation for sneaker releases. Some individuals who line up overnight in advance to be the first are not given priority, but are simply ignored by the store. Very disappointed and will not be visiting again.

The team here always goes above and beyond to get the shoes I want, if it’s in store or ordering it for me. Always a friendly service but never pushy with a sale! Thank you for the good vibes every time I’m in store
