Sales experience was good, service experience TERRIBLE STAY AWAY IF YOU PLAN ON HAVING YOUR WARRENTY FULLFILLED AT THE SHERBROOKE DEALERSHIP THEY WILL FIND A WAY TO CHARGE YOU FOR SOMETHING, IF THEY EVEN FIX AT ALL I'm editing this review, not only about the dealership, but Hyundai as a whole. My suspension in my car clunks during the winter months and it makes sound as though the car is going to break apart even over relatively small bumps in the road. The garage and services department were noticeably upset and condescending when I dropped off my car to be looked at without an appointment, as I was uncomfortable driving it. I even told them "when you get a chance, no rush" because I live nearby the dealership so I walked home. I brought this to the attention of the dealership in February 2022, and it is now September 2022. I have called and asked the person sold me the vehicle, the garage, the head of garage and even Hyundai Canada for options with this. I totally understand that things are back ordered but they are still receiving new Hyundai Elantra's all the time and yet can't fix my 2021 Elantra's problem. 8 months, and I haven't even had another option presented to me to fix the suspension. Hyundai Canada was appalled when I mentioned that I'm still driving the car with a broken suspension and they haven't offered even a courtesy car. YOU KNOW WHAT"S EVEN MORE FUN!? I purchased the more expensive warranty. They one that covers more for longer? If I knew it wasn't going to fulfilled I would have kept my money and paid for a new suspension myself. Run from this dealership. Run as far you can. Go to another Hyundai. If you can, avoid Hyundai all together.

I am completely disappointment buy how Hyundai Sherbrooke handle costumers. I text and called an agent his name is "Anl". He told me the vehicle is available and tomorrow first at am some one will call me. The morning I waited and waited three hours, then called the secretary. She told me all are bust, give us half and will call you. I waited two hours no one called. I called again and she transfer me. Some one picked my phone and told me we have costumer testing the same vehicle and will call you back. I waited another two hours no one called Me!!!. I called third time and asked for the G.M., he told me that the vehicle is not available any more it has been sold!!! Is this fear treatment from people who should respect costumer and show fairness to all costumer!!!

From the moment I stepped into their dealership I felt welcomed. All my questions were answered, even after a few phone calls and emails. I felt like a valued client which meant a lot after having been to a few others in town where I did not get the same service. I highly recommend this dealership & Alexandre B. as your sales associate. *He is bilingual as well!!

The service provided here is really great. My advisor Mr Brandon was really accommodating and listened to all my queries and requests.The pickup and drop off facility is truly out of the world and I am thankful to Mr John-Pierre to agreeing to all my requests. Really satisfied and will fully recommend this place.
