The Lady who is at reception is very rude. She don't know how to speak. Firstly she never pick calls and if she will pick she answers rudely and she never transfer calls and bang phone on your face. Never expected this from the receptionist of such a good organisation Once I have spoken a man at the reception he was a nice person. He answered very politely.
