I received a Gift voucher that I tried to redeem online but had to get a new code to use online which made the process difficult. The ICE District Authentics Team was very accomodating in trying to correct the issues online. Took several days to sort out but received my product and am very happy with it.

Using my season ticket card and the Loilty app takes too much time and people wait, or you forget then have to redo the entire transaction. Staff should ask and Loilty should be attatched to your season ticket card. Also online Authentics prices are not the same as the store.

Ordered something for my husband for Christmas and unfortunately it came damaged. Sent them a photo of the item and they sent me a replacement straight away. Didn’t even ask for the damaged one back. Really appreciate the great service! Go Oilers!
