At this ICICI Bank branch, Service is very good. I have met Viswa, all my bank pending works are completed. Viswa is very helpful and have answered every query that I have. He took responsibility and was there with me till my queries are resolved. I would recommend this branch and Customer service is exceptional. He has coordinated with other branches for my Son Aadhar Card, The process was smooth and his continuous follow up got all the work completed. Thanks a lot.

Worst Bank in India. No proper service and transperency, Full fraud. They take 2 week to do Re-Kyc for my account. Without my information they are giving me credit card and I am not able to cancel it also. If I ask for Home loan they are not providing me proper details also. Only North Indian staff. They don't know any thing about documents. Waste of my time. I had a very bad experience in this bank.

Worst service in this location the employees are using the mobile while customer is asking the query or regarding the issue the employee is chatting in mobile and for any questions employee is telling to reach customers care service. Try to atleast respect customer's queries when asked and not just try chasing them away giving an alternate for everything

I visited bank today. Ashita was really helpful with address changed using biometric..I was very worried as i didn't have proof of marriage and updated address but it could be done through biometric as my pan l, aadhar and bank name was matching Also got branch updated to this branch Really good service and organized. This is not only ATM, here ICICI BANK also operative, they are there to provide all type of banking facility. I visited for home loan related enquiry and processing. They assisted well. Because of this name confusion I went to whitefield main branch , but staffs are very polite they helped me a lot. Thanks

None of the Bank staff including Manager able to answer why they are deducting money from salary account. Just waste of time and staffs are getting paid without helping customers. Better to close ICICI bank account only
