Very pathetic branch and horrible unprofessional service experience I still don't believe this is the ICICI bank branch..wish there is an option for negative google review..recently went to get some denomination changes (after confirming 3 days advance and on suggested time keeping all office work aside) Cashier L***v*a behavior very rude, arrogant, waited over 30 mins not at counter busy on phone chats, no person around. She denied service and even when she had denomination mentioned it's for privileged customer (A**kji)..very biased I am sure they are working only to support preferred customers (discrimination with some personal favors sorry to even mention how bureaucratic this is) least bothered even after raising formal complaint channel (surprisingly the complaint grievance officer said write on A4 paper, then after insisting formal complaint book gave, no response or care bank manager Ti**li, only got some support once escalated and deputed manager from other branch helped to understand situation). Interestingly after insisting action clarity rather than acknowledging manager Ti**li tried cover this as an exceptional incidence ..@ICICI authority if service quality and staff behavior remain like this better change name or shut down this branch ..Hoping you understand your customer needs and continue to provide quality service. Thanks loyal customer
Reached there and went to the savings account counter, where the lady sitting told me she is new to the office hence she doesn't know the process well, and asked me to wait at senior citizens counter. The lady there too was very slow at her work and was much distracted with her phone, branch manager and other staffs around. I carried all the documents needed for my request to be processed but she (Lavanya) denied for the need of certain documents which i knew was crucial, and somehow just asked me to leave signing few forms. I wanted to check few other important things with her, but she was busy. So i had to ask her phone number so that later i can connect with her and get the details. That evening i called her she was busy again and told me will call me back. But she didn't. The work didn't get complete even after one week passed. After one week she is calling me and asking me for that document which i had insisted her to check and take a Xerox as it was important, but she had denied. This branch staffs aren't efficient at their work and will simply make you wait, and still the work doesn't get done.
I would give them negative rating if Google would let me. I went to this branch multiple times to resolve a simple issue with my account but it was never resolved for over a month. It's not that the issue was difficult to resolve. It is just the way ICICI issue resolution is structured that the staff take advantage of it. Starting from the customer care to the branch personnel, nobody cares. I dealt with the deputy branch manager of this branch. All she had to do was upload the documents that she had collected from me to the issue that was created. But no, it is too much work. She would rather avoid my call rather than spending 2 mins to upload the documents. I even asked her if she was even working on my case so I could reach out to the right person. But no, that's not how ICICI works. They just avoid you. So much for long association with ICICI.
I wish I could give negative rating.. pathetic service.. The manager Titilmitra has no knowledge of anything just sits in her cabin. I went there to get an account certificate for my UK study visa. When asked to add a line which is needed as per for UK visa purpose, she upfront denied and told she cannot do it and she need 5-7 working days to find if this can be done. She even claims she has never done it and everyone has taken the basic letter and no one came back. I had to all the way go the main branch in phase 1 where they did it without a hitch in 10 Mins and handed me the certificate. When going back to she her the certificate she says she cannot comment on this. Close the branch or keep some one has knowledge. Pathetic will never recommend this bank to anyone and will close all the account which I have
Printer not working ..this is what staff told me while went to make DD ...lame reason . Look like Branch manager is sleeping in broad daylight and does not care for customer ,please train your staff to deceive give false reason properly dear branch manager ..one staff is giving lame reason printer not working and all other smiling in back in front of customer for making the customer fool ..ha ha ..any customer can understand . If any body planning to make DD here please carry your personal printer ... I am going to report this to icici bank grivenances ..one word ..please avoid this branch at any cost ..if you go your time will be lost ..they will make you feel unwelcome ...your work will not be done ..will give you false reason ...printer not working ...internet gone ...Manager is not there .
Pathetic service, they donot know the process or their work. I went with my senior citizen mother, had to wait for 2 hrs to complete all formalities. The next day I received SMS from ICICI that the Service Request is On Hold and please visit branch. Pathetic, because I went to bank only for the process, but they missed some process which put the SR on hold. ICICI Corporate team, please recruit competent staff or train them properly to attain the desired competency.
Worst experience from the staffs.I went for depositing the amount,the staff was not ready to accept the cash and was asking me to deposit in cash deposit machine. I waited for half an hour and the staff lied to me that only 10k can be deposited to a 3rd party account,which is a lie. I seriously don't know why these people are employed in that branch if they cannot do their duty properly. Very pathetic. WORST EXPERIENCE FROM THIS BRANCH(neeladri nagar).
One of the most un knowledged.. Un trained... Ir appropriate staffs.... Mainly "The manager sajeev" Un knowledged person....he don't know what is i mobile instant checkless cash withdrawl....and don't know about it.. And don't know how to speak with the customers...he didn't provide my money... Which is lyeing in my account...... Even after mentioning it's a medical emergency.....Damn it.... Even useless after calling to customer service center..
Useless Branch. They are least bothered about customers. Had to deposit a cheque with name mismatch and my relationship manager asked to meet branch manager. I was made to wait for more than 1 hour and still after that wasn't allowed to meet the branch manager. This is not the way to treat someone who has been a customer for 12 plus years. Went to idbi Bank soon after and deposited the money there instead. Please DO NOT go to this branch.
So far I was under under impression that ICICI bank is really a brand, but today its a limit of frustration. I have given my papers to open a current ac for more than 3weeks and they are unable to open a current AC. The branch at electronics city neeladari nagar is ruining the ICICI brand image. Bank Manager and the guy who collected documents is not responding to any phone. I have visited bank many times but tired now.
Worst staff.. especially the cashier who is in cash counter.. she is very very rude.. i went to withdraw cash from my account for emergency at 2.30... she denied literally not evn gave a proper response saying I should come only before 1.30pm nd after that she will not give cash. I requested but she responded sarcastically.. asked if i don't understand her timings (not bank timings).
It is a very convenient branch for people in Neeladri Nagar. It is next to the Genesis Ecosphere apartment. The ATM here is very convenient for the IT people who stays nearby. There are two machines here with security. All cards are accepted here. The only drawback is that the road that it is situated at is very dusty and overcrowded
Pathetic branch. Visited Branch today for KYC and to my shock staff told me that printer is not working. They mailed me KYC form and asked me to get it printed from outside. Can you expect this from a national bank that they cannot keep multiple printers. Strict action required for this branch for carelessness.
Service to bad , manager not responding properly i gave check ICICI same bank THEY DIDN'T DONE WORK ON TIME i cal bank manager he is not responding and more over we have LLP account also same bank any issue is there we ask them they are not providing proper data previous staff and manager very good .
Excellent service from this branch. They always greet you with a smile and employees come to you and ask your requirements, which I have not seen in any of the banks. The response is good and waiting time is also less. A special mention and Hats off to madam Kavya, who is exceptional in her service.
I came for preparing a DD (19-Dec-2017), the person at the teller took the DD slip and asked me to come after 15 minutes to collect the DD as the person responsible for printing the DD went out for some work. I went back to the branch after 30 minutes, waited another 25 minutes to collect the DD.
It's high time ICICI shuts this branch down. the manager is never available to customer complaints. She just looks at the customer fighting for help through the glass cabin and goes about. Government banks like SBI which is 100mtrs away are more customer centric.
Very worst service by an employee.... I do not want to mention his name. Purposefully the guy convinced me for Debit card twice without knowing the fees. Finally they debited around 1000 rupees. I made lots of calls and text.... but not useful....
One of the most inefficient staff (the lady who use to seat on teller counter). They are just unwilling to do their work. A simple cheque book took more than a month which is barely a 2 days minute thing. Just bringing the brand name down
Worst response from staff, I dont know who given the jobs to that branch staff, they don't how to resolve the issue when we ask anything they will tell just talk with customer care , and they will the contacy number which doesn works
I had very bad experience today. When I went to deposit the money they told atm server had overload & not working & suggested to visit other branch & they don't accept cash deposits then what's the point of opening the bank.
Worest and under rated bank... no knowladge about there process atall... especially the branch manager sanjay has Zero knowledge about the i mobile app... really waste of time to visit this branch poor maintainance.
Branch is small. In this de-monetisation period, when rush is high they close at 4.30PM even when ICICI sends mails and messages that its branches will be open till 6 PM and some even till 8PM.
check encashed and old currency exchanged quickly, even during their tea time. Its observed that their tea is getting cold but they are not bothered, and busy in customerclearance … ज़्यादा
The junior staffs don't have clear idea about the process and policy and very unprofessional behavior. Bank is always keen about banking products and not about bank credit card support.
Never visit this branch.. They don't even have biometric device for kyc. Employees sitting their not aware of icici products. Please go to other nearby icici branch.
Pathetic services as on 17th OCT 2022. There is no person at teller counter none of them had basic curtesy to update even if teller is on leave or moved out.
If you’re thinking about going here to do something important, take a knife and stab yourself in your eye. Still a better option than visiting this branch.
