Fraud bank never take od overdraft loan they will make your balance zero ,mangers are basted ,n employees they don't know nothing about flexiloan simply thy give loan n make you bakra, never use ipal app of icici bank ,thy track your outstanding n then try to give you loan do you cn get trapped in there,plan .motherfuker icici sud get closed.manger in Koramangala branch 1st block is waste ,they don't know to close loan ,of flexiaacount.full my saving account was hacked by these basterds .,none of the employee know wt is flexiloan and how it works when you don't know .y make customer bakra employeescalled Vani over there she tried to raise her voice just I told to close my loan account,everyday my account has deduction without knowing any reason.basterds don't open bank when you try to do fraud with customers account

I agree with negative reviews here, I visited this branch on a working Saturday. The executive manning the "May I Help You" desk refused to accept my application siting the reason that the branch manager is not available and asked me to revisit on Monday I went straight to neighboring HSR branch and got the job done in 5 minutes Irony is that this expensive real estate houses insensitive staff They should understand that if a customer has made it to the branch by dodging COVID-19, he must have had some urgency, he is investing fuel, time and effort for a trivial piece of work that cannot be done online, they should make all efforts to ensure it's done!

Branch manager Rahul Roshan is Very Worst Person . He had dinner with his team in Barbeque nation . which is located beside icici bank koramangala 1 at block.That day he said i will pay by tomorrow when my boss come . after that day he not pay any money . he said give me the bill i will pay when my boss coming. I have visited his branch every week but he said give me 1 week time and he saud give me 1 month time. He maje drama with me . Rahul Roshan is fraud person . Still he not pay. its more than 4 months. Im going to complaint police .

Itna ghatiya service hai & the CEO gets leadership awards! He needs to go & check at the branches what mess it is! A simple address change & their system isn’t working, also they don’t make an attempt to check with IT why it isn’t working! Guess Kochhar has looted the bank & the poor employees don’t get their salaries! Bakshi stop taking awards & check what is happening in your bank branches. All they want is to sell you something that’s it!

It’s one of the worst branch. Manager Rahul and Medhavi are so irresponsible they don’t respond to customer grievances. We have been holding current accounts and are loyal and esteemed customer of this bank. Request ICICI officials to take serious action against these staff. They have caused lot of losses to us due to their negligence behaviour.

Visited to bank for gold Loan at 12pm on 25/01/2021 waited till 2:30pm but still it's not processed. And the employe in that Bank says 15 mints then again 10 mints. Waited alot time because I have need of money. Really felt so irritating and sitting for 3 hours nearly. Had a bad experience

One of the Worst branch, here sales people are too worst, I submitted application 2 months back for loan top up, they are not responding on my application status. horrible experience. So I decided to transfer my original loan also to some other branch which can give better service.

Very bad staff's are here. Behave like a nonsense. For deposit I wait 1 hr and then they told me you r not our branch costumer go to your branch. I'm from Pune. I request them I have iMobile app please deposit my amount. But they behave with me like a dog. All staff go to hell

Can’t get through to a human in this branch. Phone is not reachable. Branch is closed saying there is covid in the surrounding area so it’s shut and that too until further notice!!! Surely they have no important work to do and can afford to shut bank.

sub-par services in a good location which is a shame. absolute waste of time. there are better ICICI branches than this one. give it a wide miss even if you find it convenient to visit here.

Such a irritating peoples. Went for debit card collection made me crazy to go 4th block and when I asked 4th block asking me to go to 1st block. Worst service for a salary account holder.

the location of this icici bank 1st block koramangala is wrong i have changed the location next to kotak mahindra bank 1st block instead of venkatapura 1st cross, bangalore

Really Bad service. I think, I need to go to RBI to get their frauds listed there. They pain you so much in address verification that you will get frustrated.

It's a nightmare to be in the bank. Inexperienced staff make you to move from one desk to the other. Not at all helpful to solve customers issues.
