Doctors did a commendable job on treatment apart from that the best experience was with Sister Priya patil, she was like an angel sent to fix me she was always there to take care of me and assured me that i will get well soon when i was having sleepless nights i have never seen commitment like what she has for a patient Thank you very much for all the care you gave!!! I have admitted my dad here for angiography and subsequently for angioplasty. The overall experience was really good. They have explained the protocol, its pros and cons in detail and guided us at each steps.Dr. Anuj Bhasin did the procedure.He is really excellent and yet down to earth. Pos. The Hospital is nice. The services are excellent. The Nursing and other staff is very co-opetative. The hospital has food facility for patients which is rarely found in other hospitals in Dombivli. The medical facilities are also excellent. Prompt response and utmost care given from hospital. The doctors on board are excellent who give all evaluation for best well being of patient. All the nursing staff and support staff of ward boys, canteen, security and pharmacy are also good. Cleanliness and maintenance needs to be taken care of.

Good management to be very honest except one lady at the insurance billing. Nurse, wardboy and Dr.Dixit are very helpful but process is slow. Lift is very slow whenever required in emergency. Thank you for your support in our tough times.

Doctors are good but facilities are only on paper. Poor adminstration . On admission they provide kit but only on paper if you insist then only you will get. There's no co ordination bet admin and diet dept . N3

I had admitted my mom for hypertension. The staff and RMO at the emergency room were very prompt to help us and handled the situation very well. Doctors are good and our overall experience was good at hospital.

Good treatment, ineffecient management. Discharge goahead given at 9:30AM, Billing happened at 2PM, made to wait till 4PM because they wanted photocopy of 1 report. Finally discharge happened at 5PM.

Icon Hospital Dombivli Manpada Road operates medical cards of different types of insurance companies.But if you pay in cash, I think you may be charged more. You should decide carefully about it.
