It's amazing Although it doesn't have a wide range of non-academical books but when it comes to Finance, economics and Mathematics you can get most of the books you seek . The atmosphere is welcoming. Am not sure if people who ain't student at the institute are allowed but for students there you should always try to have your ID before entering
