I have coeliac and lactose intolerance I use the iga daily in Brighton The selection of food that I can eat is limited Often they run out of lactose free milk so I have to waste petrol and time to go supermarket for a carton of milk One more complaint Some of the fresh vegetables are not fresh I have gotten tomatoes that are soft and almost starting to rot On a positive note the staff are good and polite I also have terminal brain cancer and on a pension what I am trying to convey is petrol money I have to use just to get milk I hope you understand what I am saying I have been a social worker most of my life so I understand that sometimes policies and procedures need to be reviewed for the increasing level of catering for people with food allergies Enough said Regards Michelle Reynolds

A great quick stop shop to go to when I need some things travelling home from work instead of bypassing to cove hill or somewhere, but the last few times I have bought things on special which I usually like to look for while I am there, the items have scanned as full priced items and I have had to tell the staff member that the item is on special which then they have do manually change it in the register. I thought when items go on special the items are changed in the system and then scanned to the specials price when at checkout, it makes me wonder how many people have been charged incorrectly with items being on special and are being charged the full price.

Lovely little supermarket. Plenty of staff all ready to help. They open another checkout or 2 as soon as they see someone waiting. They don't charge for bags and will happily get someone to carry them out to your car. But there is apparently a new store in the future of Brighton. It will be nice as long as the service doesn't change. Coles and Woolies should take a page out of IGA's book.

3 out of 4 BBQ chickens I have bought over the last 2 weeks had one or both wings missing. Funny how they just seem to fall off after roasting and don't make it into the bag with the rest of the chicken. Someone needs to look into why this happens. I think I will go back to Coles. Would be good to get what you pay for.

This little shop has almost everything. They stock mostly high quality produce so be prepared to pay a dollar or two more. Your one stop shop for supplies or even your whole evening meal on the way home as they do potato bake, every salad, cakes, Marion Bay roast chooks and much much more. …

Awesome staff will go out of their way to assist you and since it's had new people running it everything is beautifully set out the fruit and veg is always perfectly and precisely sat on display so as to see and I'm also loving the Facebook page where you can see their specials xx well done guys xx

Great shop and so helpful during the COVID-19 restrictions to keep essential items in stock while also looking after their local customers. They have definitely managed to cram a lot of great food into a small location and have fresh fruit and vegetables, meat, cakes, and a deli section.

Have lived in the area and shopped here all my life but noticed in the last 12 months or so the customer service has become very bland. Staff used to greet you and smile,just say hello. Now they dont even look at you when serving. Training

I've shopped here many times and always received good service except for today unfortunately. The young lady who served me EAS rude and unhelpful and needs customer service training.

Small one-stop shop to conveniently grab essentials and fuel close to home. Nice range of cakes, fresh produce and deli supplies, and you can always grab a fresh roast chook.

Prices are a little high and I’ve had some bad bad ham from the deli, it was off. BUT the staff are super friendly, which almost makes up for it.
