The most unprofessional and worst service ever. Nail technicians are not experienced. It took 3 hours to do a simple soak off and overlay. My nails are clumpy and my cuticles are flooded with gel. Poor customer service and no respect for

I requested a soak off which the lady filed my nails until it was sore. For the application of gelish she applied it all over my cuticle. She tried to scrape the gelish and injured my toe and then it bled.
