"A waste of time and energy with no remorse to the customer, I brought over bed storage, 4 units in total for a king size bed, I waited 2+ hours to finally get a decision from the guy responsable for taking returns without a receipt but as soon as he shows up, he gives me a dirty look, the so called manager is an Asian guy about 5’9 for reference in case you do come across him and his buddy is Indian with glasses also laughing and making fun of the situation as if dragging 4 big storage units is not enough just to hear that he’s not willing to take them in"

A waste of time and energy with no remorse to the customer, I brought over bed storage, 4 units in total for a king size bed, I waited 2+ hours to finally get a decision from the guy responsable for taking returns without a receipt but as soon as he shows up, he gives me a dirty look, the so called manager is an Asian guy about 5’9 for reference in case you do come across him and his buddy is Indian with glasses also laughing and making fun of the situation as if dragging 4 big storage units is not enough just to hear that he’s not willing to take them in. This all happened after multiple negotiation attempts of him asking me if I’ll give them for a lower price and I agreed, at that point I was infuriated by the wasted time that I was willing to give them for free… Lastly they sent me back home with the storage units and no one took accountability for anything especially the manager whom I believe should be fired including his department of clowns and scammers that waste time and give you empty promises. 4 days prior to this situation, I walk in and a lady at the same return desk helps me out and tells me in order to receive a gift card you can bring them in and I’ll help you get a gift card so you could get a different storage for your specific bed frame. It’s not her fault for not questioning the age of cabinets (whom which I didn’t know of either since I got them from a friend) but the managers should’ve at least found a way to compensate for the wasted time and energy of their customer and took them for free… I don’t want the money I just don’t want to carry them all the way back theyre all king size
I went to ikea to get a new kitchen. Almost everyone there was so helpful. They helped me design the kitchen completely, and told me that when I pick up the boxes at the Click and Collect Pick up and Collection points, I would get help with loading them, so I decided to pick them up alone assuming I would be helped. Surprisingly the lady in charge was not helpful at all and very rude. I had around 110 individual boxes to carry and when I asked for a hand, the lady mentioned that they only help with “big loads”. I asked her to define what a “big load” means and she said that they are items you can't carry alone.... On top of that, she was rushing me to carry the boxes outside the store because her shift was about to end and she wanted to leave. The only help she gave me was to advise me that I should return the items I bought simply because I expressed that it was impossible for me to load 110 boxes alone, although they explicitly told me that I would get help loading the items when I bought them! I doubt she would’ve gave me this advice if it was her own personal business. So not only was I left alone to carry 110 pieces, I was also rushed to do it within 10 minutes because of her unprofessional customer service. Only one nice worker named Chris offered to help me when he saw me struggling. Without him I couldn't have made it. So from my experience, If you have any back problems never order a kitchen from ikea unless you’re willing to carry 100s of boxes by yourself. I will rethink my decision a thousand times if I ever decide to buy from IKEA again..
Great selection of a wide variety of products BUT not very disability friendly. My wheelchair could not access any of the display rooms... just no room to move around in them like an able bodied person can. Even a walker wouldn't fit through most of them. I saw a few items in them that I would have loved the product number for but couldn't get into the "room." It's a different experience going through IKEA as a disabled person. We could have used a staff member a few times but couldn't find them. We did semi-enjoy our dinner at the cafeteria...which took two trips, two lines ups and a lot of waiting(cold meal for hubby,) as they didn't have any clean trays so it was all he could carry while I maneuvered my chair through the tight queue and then back again to carry and purchase the rest. We were in the market to buy some bigger pieces today, but without help, we ended up leaving without them. Lack of service and accessibility made shopping here more time consuming than it should have been. Staff were more interested in their own conversations today or avoiding the lady with cancer in the wheelchair. Really disappointing. We will be purchasing our large furniture pieces elsewhere.
Great. Good prices for what you get. The store could seriously improve on staffing and, how their management treats people when they close. I had just paid OVER $3000 in CASH for their PRODUCTS. Because of an understaffed store, I had to leave 40 minutes AFTER closing. As I was sitting waiting for my ride to warm up, a very Large, Intimidating Caucasian, Bald Man and Asian middle-aged woman hovered over me. They began drilling me with questions about why I was still in the store but not politely; they were asking me very rudely, in a very accusatory manner and, with a mannerism, as if I was a thief or some kind of vagrant, if I was leaving and, when. Not nice Not nice at all Pricing for goods - good The attitude of Management - Discriminatory Now I feel cold. Very cold indeed. Thank you, Ikea for the great experience - NOT. I guess you should start your Luxury car before entering. ISN'T THAT WHAT YOUR COMMERCIAL SAYS? START YOUR CAR? LITERALLY Ps Vicky in Bedroom Furniture, you rock. You were super awesome and Me and, da Ruben liked you a lot.
I came to Ikea Edmonton for my planning meeting and was surprised to find that it has changed to a consult meeting. I had already had a consult, and was pretty distraught because we needed to finalize a lot of the plans so that my husband could put in the electrical. The staff saw that I was disheartened by just a consult, and sent Jane to help me on the floor. She sat with me and on the floor and did a planning meeting. She said it was her first one, but she was fabulous! They sure gave her a hard task - her first planning meeting with a grumpy person who was just told that there was an error in booking. She made the most of it and fully committed! My kitchen layout sucks so bad and nothing fits right so we both laboured over it for 2 hours to get it just right. She was patient, kind, funny, and I love that she met me with where I was at - hating my kitchen and mad at how dumb the layout of my house was haha it made the experience much more enjoyable, because I felt like I was seen! Finally! Thank you Jane for being so so lovely.
IKEA has $1 breakfast on Sunday Which is very cheap. Food court is the best part for me. Wide collection of ready to pick foods. However, there’s also long queue to pick food. Food court lights and area are very decorative. Kids friendly. Some playing tools are there. I love the way they display all furniture for bedroom, living room, dining and so on. It’s help to decorate own home! Kitchen items collection is great and reasonable price. Wide variety of kids games and tools. Easy to find gift items for kids with affordable price. This big store is neat and clean always. Staffs are very friendly and knowledgeable. Washrooms are clean. However I don’t like the way they set up “exit”. There’s no shortcut to exit from this store which prevents me to go there when I am in rush. Recommend others to try this store.
ikea has very lovely affordable home wares, appliances, furnitures, and fine decor flowers, got some flowers for bathroom and furniture for our small home office space. We found this lovely, affordable, portable home office table that fits perfectly into the space we have, the table fits so well 29inch in width, it came with a detached side drawer that we didn't pick cos of our space, we just picked only the table which was very portable and lovely . The table cost $69.99. It was fun shopping as we had alot of selections, though it made us walk the whole building, and that was tiring but fun, Ikea in south common is quite big so if you have the time and want to enjoy your shopping experience, make sure to check out everything in all the sections. .
They pretty well have everything one needs for their home, whether you are starting or just looking to purchase one-off items (shelving is very popular) or replace a whole kitchen etc. They have some great displays that give one ideas to capitalize on living spaces. Their restaurant on the upper floor gives customers am opportunity to take a break. They even offer vegan meatballs. (Hmm, I probably shouldn't use the word meat, ok, how about vegan meatless balls?) On the lower level when exiting, they have a tiny shop offering various swedish food products and a coffee bar offering hotdogs (yes, they also offer meatless hotdogs) and delicious icecream. Note, the play area parents can leave their little ones when shopping is still closed.
This is definitely a good place to go if you are looking for organizational ideas for your home. However I went there specifically for a couple of floating shelves and discovered that they don't carry the woodgrain light birch color or size anymore. But I did find some silver door handles for my laundry cupboards. The shelf price was $9.99 for 2 but when going through checkout they came up at $12.99 so had to ask for price check which took quite a bit of time. But in the end they honoured the shelf price. This was my first time shopping here in several years. But it definitely makes me aware to watch your prices at checkout more closely. I would recommend this store.
Aug/23-This has got to be the worst store to shop at these days. You feel like you’re going to be trampled by people in the tight isles. The tiny little showrooms only fit a few people or you’re tripping over furniture and always waiting for people to get out of the way to check something out. The lack of cycling the furniture in the showrooms has caused visible filth and dirty odor in the furniture areas which is very, very unpleasant. Found no stock, low quality and the furniture is getting smaller. Please build a Northside Edmonton store to deal with the increased population and customer traffic in your store and please keep it clean!
Pretty nice store. It’s really busy there and there was a line to get in, I’d put my money that they had no actual control of the amount of people in the store and wouldn’t be able to answer truthfully If they were asked that directly. The store didn’t have a shortage of staff but there was no one cleaning everything everyone touched. The bathrooms were cleaned but the store itself had a million things that’s couldn’t be touched because everyone else was touching them. I give them a failing grade for only supplying hand sanitizer but no instructions for the patrons to touch only the things were serious about buying.
We went to Ikea to research some components for a project my husband is making. They have a huge parking lot, which was very full when we arrived. Walking through the display part of the store was a little disorienting for me, as I have a limited sense of direction. And I couldn't always find the arrows that eventually lead you to the way out. The store was very busy, which is like every one of my visits here. We did not find what we were looking for, but I believe Ikea can be an excellent option for people looking for more inexpensive furniture and household items.
Great place to find all your furniture at cost effective prices. If you’re a novice they even have services that will build it for you, honestly it’s pretty easy though. The food courts sell amazing food , definitely try the Swedish meatballs they are to die for. Also once your done shopping looking for through thousands of items, the small cafe before the exit has some great food also. I always find my self spending so much time here , it just happens. Whether it’s a new apartment or looking to spruce up your current living space. This is the place to go
Save your time and don’t order online. Go into the store and grab what ever it is off the shelf, I prepaid and set up a scheduled time to pick up a loveseat from 12-1 we get here at 12:45 and it’s not ready at all so we say no problem and wait, 20 mins go by and it’s not even processed yet and apparently has 9 others in front of us, we wait a bit longer and notice our name isn’t on the screen so ask buddy and he forgot to put it in…. We have been waiting for 40 mins now for something that should have took maybe 10 mins.
People be CAREFUL , I just was in Ikea and saw this tray for 5$ , when I went to pay (self Payment ) I noticed that the price is 22,99 $ , I called the manager and she was trying to fool me and said that maybe someone changed the label on display, I have attached photos of the label on display where clearly mentioned the price is 5$ with the barcode on it , Please People make sure that you double check the invoice total before purchasing, I would not recommend ikea and will never buy something from them .
Edmonton Ikea sold a damaged and used product as "new". We are from Saskatchewan so we live hours away. Our product camed damaged, missing wooden pegs... Wooden pegs snapped off inside the holes of the unit, and no instruction manual. I called Ikea and they said unless it was reported and returned to the store in person within 7 days there is nothing they can do and we would just have to buy another unit. So long story short. Don't buy unless you live in the same city as an Ikea or you are screwed.
This is the best place to buy furniture and any other home needs, the variety is so much and the price is simply great to buy at. The best of this store that I love is they set up the whole space so well and it really gives you so many ideas to set up your own space much creatively at a very affordable price, each time I visit I pick up so many great ideas. Also, the restaurant is awesome, you'll enjoy eating after having walked so much all through the store. A must visit store
I called IKEA because I had lost the screws to my bunk bed and the employee that I talked to told me to bring in my screws that I had and they could give me more. However, when I came into the store the customer service representative told me that she couldn't replace my screws because it was a bunk bed. The entire experience was very frustrating as I had drove 30 min to get screws and it all could have been avoided if IKEA's employees simply communicated with each other.
Always love going to IKEA especially this location in South Common. There's always an ever changing incredible selection of products of which most, I think, are good value for your money. Where I think this location could use some improvement is the customer service experience provided by some of their staff. If I could rate this separately, it would be a 2 at best. If you're looking for a great selection of products at good value, this is a great recommendation!
My daughter decided it was a good day to go to IKEA September 23rd 2023 about 10:00 in the morning. After wonderful breakfast she wanted to hit Smalland. Was denied entry, staff stated their closing, but the three kids ahead of us got in then the kids after us got in. 30 minutes in Smalland would have been suffice, Instead wondering why she was the one not allowed in. Me being the father of a child with ADHD ODD is also wondering the same thing So what gives.
I recently visited the IKEA Swedish restaurant and had a great experience. The overall dining experience was excellent. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My favorite dish at the IKEA Swedish restaurant is the Swedish meatballs. They were perfectly seasoned and had a delicious creamy sauce. The portion size was generous and the meatballs were tender and flavourful. Thank u for Finay for her cheerfull greetings.
They have to do something about the self serve job stealing check outs. So many people are aware of the damage of the self serve checkout so the line up at the 2 line only tills gets ridiculous. It's enough to discourage a person from shopping there. I went there though for the artificial plants which some of were on sale. I got a great value on those. It was not busy but I did take well over 10 minutes to get to till..
IKEA is a unique and fascinating European furniture store in the entire North America (and especially, here in Canada). It has wide variety of decent and elegant enough furniture items (large and small) and selections with the very cool showrooms. And all of it comes at affordable prices. IKEA is not like yet another downright ugly and cheap American-minded mediocre giant furniture warehouses!
Summer 2022- it needs to be more straightforward to cut through the maze. I understand the hope is that potential customers will stumble on something they weren’t actually coming here for. Thats business & I get it. But also I’ve been here plenty of times with people who get overwhelmed easily & we end up leaving with absolutely nothing, (including the item we came to check out or buy).
Amazing place for home furniture and lots of stuff that you can bring home with you.. we love the showrooms for home design.i made a video for that check “SHOWROOM TOUR AT IKEA”|#ADAEAGLE.. most of our furnitures in our dinning, living room, washrooms to bedrooms are from ikea.. easy to assemble. Before covid we love to vist ikea resturant their salmon is the best and very affordable.
A wonderful place for a trip with the family. My daughter really loves this store and cafe, although she gets upset because they often don't have the dairy-free ice cream cone she loves. And I’m upset that the palm tree I bought in this store was infected with fungus and spider mites and has almost completely died despite treating it with an anti-mite product and replacing the soil.
I always dread going into this store. There's no such thing as an in-and-out experience as customers are forced to traverse the wynding rat maze every time they walk through the door. I avoid ikea at all costs for this reason. The products are also cheap and extremely cheap and low quality, especially anything that requires user comfort, such as couches, chairs and beds.
Great experience every time and they usually have everything I’m looking for in stock. Just want to thank Lisa in the kitchen department for her help yesterday to find an item for me and let me know when it was back in stock, our cashier was also very helpful in letting us know the delivery setup process when the system wasn’t working upstairs for a mattress.
The best way to approach this store is to visit the online catalog first so you know the exact item you are looking for by mane. If you have the name of the item the staff can find it for you super fast and you wont have to spend time wandering the maze trying to find it. over all the store is well organized and the staff are very friendly.
Large store but still very crowded most of the time. Typical IKEA store, nothing fancy. Staff members that we talked were not that customer focused and and had no much interest in answering questions. Either not trained or bad attitudes. Pretended they are very busy “arranging” the store. The meatballs were the highlight at the restaurant!
It was a good place to check things out and find ideas for desks and such. That would have been an easy 5 stars. However, an associate overheard my girlfriend and I talking about a couch, then proceeded to try talking me into either buying or looking at a certain couch. Not good. Only cost 1 star due to the rest of experience was awesome.
We should all appreciate and feel lucky we have an IKEA in Edmonton. Interesting showroom. Excellent cafe with great prices. Quality items and furnishings that last for many years at affordable prices. The online pickup/delivery options should be copied by everyone and whoever designed the system deserves the highest of praises.
Nice store but way too hard to exit quickly after buying what I came for. IKEA deliberately has it set up so that you’ll be tempted to buy more than you came for. If I do go, I never shop on the weekends and I go right after they open. Make sure your phone is charged up in case you never find your way out ♂️ …
Great place to shop all your home furniture. Service is great. Followed all COVID rules diligently including occupancy limit, often sanitation, mandatory mask wearing. Delicious tasting cheese pizza & veggie dog. But fountain drinks are tasteless. Feels like drinking sugar drink with no CO2 & extreme light flavour.
The one and only IKEA in Edmonton. However, the doing a good job. Never had trouble with purchasing or returns. The only problem, limited stock due to the still wrecking supply chain. By the way, did you know you can even get beer there in their buffet? Please note kids space working only during the weekend.
Ikea what wrong can you say about this place really lol the hots dog are delicious and for a buck plus they have the best milk chocolate lol i keep cominv back for that haha . The furniture is modern-day so that nice see what up now aday and the little show rooms give you a great idea on what to do at home
Nice that they've got the arrows directing you on the floor, otherwise I think I might have gotten lost. I like how the staged kitchens, and bedrooms have sq. Ft listed so you've got an idea of what your looking at. Takes a solid hour or two to peruse the store, but makes a good trip and lots of new ideas.
Life changing. The store is bigger than one could ever imagine, every type of household product and piece of furniture you could ever want, and more. Not the highest quality items you'll ever buy, but their prices make the vast majority of their stock a great deal. A must for new home owners/renters.
I need to prepare for overstimulation every time I come, but it's a great place for quality products and decent, cheap meals. We canned here for breakfast with Santa and the family enjoyed the experience. I wish they prepared more food though, because they ran out of ham, waffles, and yogurt.
Just bought a Fjallbo, drove 80km for it opened the box and the front of it is dented. The only way they can fix this is I drive 80 km to stand in a line and return it and buy a new one. Not impressed this is now an entire days project and adds significantly to the cost with gas prices.
Purchased a mattress and complete bed frame set. Went to exchanged it. The service was excellent!!! Not only was I able to return it for the size I wanted. One of the manager took me back into the show room and help me pick the right one for the space I was using. Excellent service!
Great store. Ample parking. Variety of furniture and dry goods. Dining area needs work as tables are not cleaned promptly. Kitchen needs one person dedicated to clearing tables and dishes, rather dishwashers taking turns. No visible sign of any management staff in dining area.
You can almost every house hold items. Prices are reasonable and lots of products are durable. Easy to assemble at home and ready to use. Products are simple and unique. Kitchen items are also available with reasonable prices. One day is not enough to explore the whole store.
Horrible return policy, for some reason I lost recipe, after 20days want to return 2items, Customer service said we cant find your records only option can give you gift card otherwise will not return your items. so They forced me to get gift card which is useless for me .
Best Carrot cake in town!! Went for shelves, that once upon a time came with the unit when you brought it. Now shelves, handles and hinges are add ons. Which of course turns out that nobody in the province have in stock. Wanna guess the price for shipping on $5 shelves??
Did a walk through Ikea, its like being in a corn maze!!! Almost was overwhelmed by everything that your looking at all at once and then some..... I do like Ikea overall, just too busy for my liking make some people dizzy in that maze pathway. …
Absolutely love Ikea! Would definitely recommend this place. It is huge and you won't be disappointed. The self checkouts are easy to use and make the paying experience quick and efficient. You can't beat the food court prices. No food assembly is required, lol.
One can spend hours and hours here. Many nifty trending furnishings and easy to assemble. Some great decorative styling ideas for smart modern home and meeting your workout goals by hitting that step count is a bonus don't skip the As-is section …
Amazing food all the time i like the plantballs and amazing cashier Finay every sunday i always saw her good smile and positive vibes, that's why if see her no matter what long line up im still waiting to chat with her she always have a good thoughts of word!
Any and every IKEA is a great time! Perfect for adults who want to have some Saturday fun touching and gushing over all the dreamy, fun, and practical pieces of furniture and decor. The staff are always working hard and pleasant to answer any questions.
Quality of materials is good, but I always have problem in finding directions in IKEA. It seems that they want to force you to walk through all sections each time you want to buy something. I cannot find directions for "Exit", "Cashiers" and "Storage".
Great place for an affordable dinner, especially if you have kids. Kids eat free on Wednesdays if you sign up for Ikea family, which is free. It's rarely crowded here, which I really appreciate. Great for walking around and taking your time to browse.
Meatballs... always good. Now they have poutine with meatballs. Yummy. Shopping affordable, store clean even though it was very busy. Some of the staff in self checkout should be nicer, I saw one be rather rude multiple times while I waited in line
IKEA charged my credit card twice for an $800 online order. Their incompetent outsourced customer support service wasted my time with nonsense and false promises for more than a month, until I had no choice but to request a chargeback from my bank.
We had a delightful experience with ikea restaurant in south common the was food are really great and tasty. And i also want to commend finay for her excellent job she was very friendly and her customer service are really amazing. Thank you so much
Love the innovation of this place! A visit to the restaurant is always a highlight ! Not enough IKEAS around. And thank you for taking the big humps out of the floor to reach the dining tables in your Edmonton store! Have the others folloed suit ?
Wherever you go across the globe. IKEA is great!! Same layout except some small changes. Great place to shop and products are great. Enjoy shopping. Edmonton location is not an exception!! These days food is served as well for a reasonable price.
Great for everything needed for my kitchen reno. Including the online click and collect service. The planning staff we great too. Xxx would like better sales in Canada as my US account Family card gets better sales. It's a well run organization.
I went to Ikea Edmonton to purchase a kitchen pantry. I waited 2 hours before checking on my items, as I was told it would take half hour or so, no I didn't go check because I figured they were busy as the store was crowded. When the 2 hour
This afternoon (Sept 17, 2023) I went to return (with receipt) a dead plant (Dracaena plant, $2.99) that I bought a couple of weeks ago from IKEA - South Edmonton Common, and sadly, the employee at customer service and a lady manger refused
I love out of town and everytime I come in they have items displayed. I take the parcel number and go to self serve and it's never there. Shipping to my home is not available. Incredibly disappointing as I loved coming here to get furniture.
Hugeeeeeeee store, but once you've gone a few times its easy to navigate. They have everything you can imagine. Wish they had better canvas art selection (they have nice prints but need to staple it to a canvas yourself) but got a beautiful
Ikea Restaurant is the best. I like the service and food is amazing. Specially Finay at the cashier very responsive and she ask me if i have Ikea family member and when i said no. She explained very well. Before me she help the couples
Visited on Hej Day and there was the $2 breakfast! There was also a daily deal I got the Kallax 3by4 deal it was really a great bargain! All home furnishing products were 15% off as well! IKEA is always a wonderful place to go …
Bought Ikea stuff online for years. In store experience is an awful nightmare maze. One way escalators and elevators are designed to trap you. "Elevator around the corner" doesn't lead out either! Just an awful customer experience.
Tried to order online, it says everything I want is in stock, but when I call because I can't check out, what I'm looking for isn't in stock. Wasted an hour picking out what I need just to go to a different store in the end.
Good place to buy furniture, or even when you hungry you can just come in to have meal there, plenty spot for parking, love seeing the showroom for bedroom, or kitchen, it can give you inspiration for decorating the house...
Went there earlier this year looking for something, seen their plant selection and totally forgot everything, even my phone was left there. Lol. Awesome place, staff were great. Best plant selection I've seen so far!!
Excellent customer service and easy shopping experience from online to store products. I always check for Ikea to have what I am looking for first before any other store. Absolutely love Ikea! ❤️ …
I mean, it's an IKEA: they're all pretty much IKEA. So, an excellent collection of furniture you put together yourself, assorted housewares, and some decent food. Plus, some very helpful and friendly staff.
Shopped for our granddaughter's first birthday gift. Found parts of it. The art easel didn't work because it wasn't magnetic. Enjoyed the food at the restaurant. Nice to have healthy options to choose from.
My favourite part of the IKEA experience has to be the 45 minute drive in just to find out that what I need is never in stock Guess I should check the website first hey? Oh wait, I did. …
I love Ikea. This location had a Cree First Nations room and I'm sure other locations did as well. It was so cool to see! I ordered a standing desk and the lady working was really helpful.
IKEA has gotta be one of the best designed furniture store I’ve ever been to. It’s very captivating. The return policy is very nice and straightforward. Didn’t expect it.
Its ikea, they have lots of stuff. Check out was a small nightmare, but we got through. The kids club was amazing according to all of our kids. They didnt want to leave.
Easy to find items from the website with plenty of amount of stock in the market hall, lots of staff walking around the lineups move quickly in the express checkout.
Mmmm meatballs for supper. Love the computer system they have where you can text your phone your items and it shows the location. Makes for a quick trip if needed.
BIG store a lot of stuff if you are looking for furniture and their restaurant is really good a lot of opinions and there also an cafe with hotdogs pizza and etc.
Mint little spot for all the decor for the house, pretty well priced. Love the setup they use for easy shopping. Don't forget the Swedish Meatballs …
The food court needs better staff training. There have been several occasions that the clerk has no idea what they were doing, resulted in long queues.
I see the best place for furniture. The best part is they have show rooms to showcase the furniture. Complete bedrooms and kitchen and washrooms
Low quality furniture, where you don't usually notice the defect until it's 90% assembled. Holes drilled in the knobs were all crooked. Awful.
Wonderful evening with kids at Edmonton IKEA. Separate playground section for kids. Large selection of quality items. Will visit again soon.
My partner has never been and it was a good experience. Picked up some smaller things like shelves and trolleys. Always great pricing.
Washrooms were a bit unkempt. Appreciated the charging station and building areas. Huge parking lot. Close to other shopping as well
A good place for first time home owners to fill your house. However as you grow older you will seek out higher quality furniture.
Hectic at the holidays, but the store was clean well stocked. I was also able to have a quick lunch while doing my shopping.
IKEA IS ALWAYS A FUN TIMES GRAB SOME SNACKS AND WALK AROUND FOR AWHILE LOOKING AT CHEAP/GOOD FURNITURE. PLENTY OF PARKING.
The store was incredibly cold and made my shopping experience very difficult. If you plan on shopping here bring a jacket
lots of cool stuff but easy to get lost. When i woke up after sleeping on their beds they threatened to kick me out.
Watched the well trained staff handle a crazy lady today with tiptop professionalism. Also the breakfast was great!
I am someone who is lost easily, but atleast everything was clean and beautiful. Staff were nice and kind to me
Great value Items are easy to find and if you get hungry there’s two places to eat Plenty of parking
Very busy and too crowded if one is in wheelchair. Food was good but not near lethal temperatures
Lost right now... Ikea is like a maze got lots of sweedish meatballs though (this is a joke)
