I recently visited IKEA Rhodes, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. Right from the moment we entered, we were greeted by a friendly and helpful staff member at the main entrance. Their warm welcome set a positive tone for our visit. One of the first things that caught my attention was how clean and well-maintained the store was. Despite being a busy and popular location, the cleanliness of the aisles and displays was impressive. It made navigating through the store and browsing the various products a pleasant experience. The highlight of my visit, however, was the staff. Throughout our time at IKEA Rhodes, we encountered several employees who were always ready to assist us with any questions or concerns we had. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth shopping experience, providing guidance and recommendations when needed. Their helpful and friendly nature made us feel valued as customers. Overall, I would highly recommend IKEA Rhodes based on my recent visit. The combination of a welcoming staff, a clean store, and a helpful atmosphere made it an excellent IKEA location. Whether you're looking for furniture, home decor, or just want to explore the latest designs, you're likely to have a great time at IKEA Rhodes.
I am a huge IKEA fan but the Click & Collect operation which I used the first time is a joke. They did not have items available which at time of purchase were available. The gentleman serving me said they would refund it, which I was fine with. I then expected to get a receipt for the refund, and the gentleman argued with me I would not get one. He was quite rude and aggressive, eventually I asked for the manager, who also was not very happy about my request. He explained I would get it later once they will process all the returns. So basically, he expected me to walk away without a receipt that would provide me with proof that the store promised a refund. Unprofessional and bit like the wild west. In addition, I could also barely understand the first gentleman serving me. He had a very strong foreign accent which may have been okay had he put in a bit of an effort trying to make himself understandable rather than using it as a means of getting rid of people. NOT an IKEA experience! In the end and only because of my persistence I was refunded on the spot. Also, an item was missing in the C&C I had to call out and wait for.
We bought more than we could handle. Kudos to Ikea delivery services - items were purchased on Saturday, and delivery was received the very next day, a Sunday, and at a very reasonable cost (delivery costs vary according to location and weight of purchases). The Ikea reps manning the helpdesk were very helpful and so easy to interact with. The very friendly deliverymen who delivered our purchases also very kindly brought everything up to our apartment, and not just to the main building entrance like many other suppliers/delivery companies tend to do. Naturally, 5-stars!
I am extremely disappointed at the level of customer service after a recent online purchase. Having paid by credit card and received a receipt , I have been notified I still owe for the product. Delivery is due on Sunday and I have no idea if it will delivered as I have tried to contact them by live chat and phone 8 times and have had no luck. Waiting time on the phone has been around 30 minutes each time and live chat has never responded in less than1 - 2 hours, at which point I have needed to leave the chat!! Understand they are busy but this is ridiculous!!!
A great place to find your household stuffs with a reasonable price. Quality of the products are good. The stuffs inside the stores are welcoming and very helpful. There are help screens available inside the store which can help the customers to find the location of the items they are searching for. At the entry there is a restaurant and ample seating arrangements available.
Really bad customer experience. You can stand with your returns for hours while there is absolutely no queue... nobody cares. There was only 1 customer before me (6spoons to return took 20min - no kidding), and then the only one employee left the section for 5min again. Other employees were behind, not moving. Wake up guys... customers are not transparent!
Came here on a Thursday morning and it wasn’t too busy, most things were in stock and when needed the staff were friendly and helpful. The parking is usually good although the lifts can get a bit crowded with everyone using a big trolley. If you take a train, it’s quite a walk from the station and the the trains aren’t always reliable
Don't waste your time with their Click and Collect process. You're better off going into the store to grab your items. Waited an hour for 2 flat packs to be picked for an order. Order had been placed the night before. Told numerous times order is being picked and take 10-15 minutes. Would have been faster to go in and purchase.
I would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to team member Maria who so kindly assisted me with purchasing and transporting items from the shelf to my car. Maria was an extra set of hands while I pushed my pram and nothing was too difficult for her. Thank you so much Maria for your assistance today it was so greatly appreciated.
Single stop shop for all your household needs - indoors and outdoors. Located at a walking distance of 7-8 minutes from Rhodes station. The staff are friendly and humble. Very courteous. One can self check out items conveniently. Also you can schedule your delivery for a future date at your residence.
Man with long hair in the “as is” department is rude and obnoxious. Dismissed me after I was sent there from another staff member for a stock check and he couldn’t be bothered checking the system and just replied “yeah we don’t have that in
I had a fantastic experience with IKEA customer service member Amra at Rhodes recently. Her professionalism and expertise were evident as she assisted us in arranging the vanity parts we needed. Amra’s attention to detail and helpful
This IKEA shop is one of my frequently visit place in Rhode area, because we always find something our house need to improve for comfortable living. On the other hand, their lunch is usually overvalued their price, …
Friendly helpful staff. Service has improved over the years. While interpreting some construction instructions resulted in resorting to YouTube, overall I found my order to be complete and straight forward to install
It is Something for the whole family who loves to choose variety of items in affordable price , however it’s bit confusing as the floor is split into two . Average quality with so many options.
Beautiful shop. I love all their displays. Everyone seems to be having a good time there looking for and buying the ikea furniture which is very modern and comfortable.
Great store. Well presented and friendly and helpful staff if you can find one. Easy to park, browse and shop. Great ideas. Leave plenty of time to take it all in
I wish there was a price tag with the product. It is too cumbersome to check each product individually with numbers. I liked the kindness of the cashier staff.
Love this place has everything from a meatball to the kitchen sink. Friendly staff best times to go there is weekdays after 6pm as it is nice and
