A very professional way of handling vendors and vendees. I had great personal experience with Mr.Ahmed and Mr.Hussain. They have one stop solution for all the property dealings right from agreement of sale till the day of registration, BGV, Loans, site-works etc. Not only that they will even call you post your registration and ask if you are comfortable with the property. They have lots of patience listening to client needs. The good thing is they deal with genuine properties only. Charges are very optimal as per the market standards.

Overall experience with IQRA was superb, agent Hussain got the best deal and able to close within 2 Months, it was very smooth process of closing deal and they looked after most of the things from getting the deal till closing with registration, thanks a lot to the team IQRA

Worst experience with Mr.Ahmed. He is very very unprofessional. He has made our life difficult by leaving the renovation work unfinished in between. Poor quality of work and horrible service. He takes 90% advance payment and he doesn’t even finish the work.

Not at all happy with Ahmed. He is careless, does fell the need and urgency of the client. Takes the advance and disappears. Have called him multiple times and no response.

The worst choice I ever made was to give Ahmed a contract to renovate the kitchen. He is unreliable, useless, no work ethics, not committed, unfit to run a business.
