I booked an appointment for 9am today. There's nobody there. After 10 minutes I called and the guy on the phone said "she supposed to be there. I'm gonna call her." So he did. I could listen she saying "yeah, yeah, yeah. 10 minutes" and then the guy said to me "you have to wait" I'm sorry, but you don't treat people like that. Everybody can get late someday, but minimum you apologize and don't pretend that's ok I don't know if they are good accountants or not, I know they are not respectful with clients.

I feel very confident with ITP doing my tax returns. I saw Simon a couple a weeks ago and he definitely knows what he is doing. Even better, I didn’t have an appointment! I just walked in to book an appointment and I was able to be seen on the spot! No hesitations recommending ITP Rockdale.
