Very little choice with fresh products vs other Iceland stores. Unfortunately, covid steps taken to protect customers is very poor. The isles are made smaller as they insist on stacking large volumes of items in the walkways meaning you have to get very close to other customers when walking. Many staff on the shop floor and on the tills either choose not to wear masks or have them just covering their mouth. Quite often they leave customers to queue at a single till so they can stack shelves rather than help serve and take payments. Very frustrating!

Some staff not very helpful and do not go for reduced food as always open or out of date already. It frozen so much sometimes you do not realise till you get home it already been opened and contaminated beware just went to buy microwave pies today and told would be £5 but at the freezer says 2 for £3 they having a laugh so said no thanks and walked out who they robbing definitely customers do not go there if you want to be robbed

Went when it wasn't busy with customers. Loads of Xmas snacks, chocolates, mince pies out already. Was just ruined by only having one till open & a queue of 8 customers. Someone in the queue asked the till lady if they are going to open another till. She said that they may do! Then 3 mins later they opened another till & everyone in front of me went to that till.

This place shouldn't exist. The staff are rude and careless. So I decided not to visit it for months. I wanted to give it a try by ordering instead. What a mess. I ordered over an hour now and nothing is happening. The app shows the driver is there for a while but nothing else since. Nobody picks up the phone. What a messy management. OMFG

Very good prices on non freezer goods too. Friendly staff. It's £1 bonus on £20 saved on the Bonus card is a brilliant idea. They remembered my birthday and gave me a present. Even after the hike in the standard of living, Iceland is still very good value for money on nearly all of their products. 12 large organic eggs are only £2.25.

This is really disgusting where we bought frozen food and it’s not come with their original standard this is what actually come inside think before bought any item from this store!! Bought this Vegas from Raynerlane Iceland complained but they didn’t even regret of selling this kind of products.

Like any other Iceland's they're very good the only thing that makes it run a little bit special it's opposite my local pub Witcher certain times in a year means I can have a couple of drinks and then go and get my frozen goat's otherwise you do it the other way around you're good to defrost

Good store to buy frozen food Although they also sell all general food and drinks as well as cleaning and laundry products it's the frozen that I normally buy from Iceland The products are keenly priced and well stocked The checkout service is a bit slow at all times

It was ok but staff could be better not like Iceland in Harrow was. it was a brilliant Store with lovely helpful staff brilliant range of goods and a very clean store before they closed it. Harrow should have remained open and closed another store

I went in Saturday 14th January and was really shocked by foul language used by staff members stocking up. The language was obscene and offensive. I felt sorry for the lady at the till who was courteous and polite. All the customers felt

Reminds me of Grocery Outlet back in the Pacific NW. Great products at discounted prices! Not cheap quality like the Dollar store, but similar quality to the big box brand outlets like Tesco or Fred Meyer! I mostly purchase vegan eats or

Good shop friendly staff. Lots of bargains. The only drawback are the aisles are very narrow so need to be polite with other humans so everyone can manoeuvre around. Will keep shopping there. Parking is hit and miss better when early.

  • thomas graham

The prices are the same as 2 years ago but the food is in smaller quantities. Some people think you're getting a bargain but you're not the only ones who are coming out good are the shops

  • Josephine Yusta

Good selection of fresh and frozen foods, good prices. No car? No problem, I really like the idea of doing my own shopping and have it delivered ( you have to register and spend £25.00)

  • Tina D'Cunha

Extremely rude lady at the till (short, middle aged). She needs some learning on how to communicate to a customer because of whom she even has a job! Disgusted!

  • Biju Dhyaneish

Good choices even though it's not a big store. Shelves are always full. Some new products have been stocked. Good collection of ice chocs and ice creams.
