I recently had the pleasure of visiting Imperfecto Boutique in Vegas Mall Dwarka Sector 14, and I was very impressed. The food was delicious, the ambience was awesome, and the service was excellent. I started my meal with the nachos imperfecto, which were absolutely amazing. The chips were perfectly crispy, the cheese was gooey and melted, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. I also had the chicken tikka masala, which was cooked to perfection and served with a generous portion of rice. The ambience at Imperfecto Boutique is really something special. The restaurant is located on the 5th floor of Vegas Mall, and the views are amazing. The interior is decorated in a modern and stylish way, and the lighting is perfect. The music was a bit loud for my taste, but it wasn't too bad. The service at Imperfecto Boutique was excellent. Our waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. We went to imperfecto, vegas mall today for lunch. And it was one of the most disappointing experience i have ever had for dining out. We were given a table for seven in the hottest area promising a cooling within few minutes which never happened. We kept asking for a table in the upper portion but were denied basis that the are is closed till 1500 hours. Even though we had our elderly mother with us, our request went for vain. We were seated at 0215 and inspite of asking several times noone came to take our order. We tried getting up and leaving, but were atopped by a very gentle Mr syed who apologised and promised to take care. But things just went downhill. After our drinks, came the main course minus the cutlery. Starters never reached our table. At 0300 when i got up and asked for the cheque, the server gave me a bill with all the items ordered (and never served). Apart from mr syed, not even person in the place was apologetic about us having no food. After waiting for an hour, we got up. My daughter had a severe attack of indigestion and of-course we couldn’t get table anywhere coz by that time lunch hour was at the peak. Such people serving for a brand name like this should be ashamed and penalized. Zero remorse at seeing their guests leaving without food. But no shame in getting a bill of full order. Disgusted and disappointed to the core. Hope this reaches the management and a corrective action is taken. Attaching a pic as a proof of our presence.

My friends and I were frequent visitor at Imperfecto though the food out here is expensive. Till the last time when I visited with one of my friend and we had a bill of around ₹4000. When I paid the bill due to the pathetic network the bank did not respond appropriately due to which my friend paid the bill. Coz I was unsure of this I asked them to check if amount was paid twice. And they did confirm they received the amount twice. Rather straight away refunding the amount they asked to send an email with all the PROOFS wherein they themselves had confirmed it. Still I followed Their protocol and sent an email. Now it's been already more than a week rather I've received a single revert on email even after sending reminders almost everyday nor the amount is refunded yet. EXPENSIVE FOOD WITH PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

We had the worst experience at Imperfecto Vegas mall. Had gone for afternoon kitty party with a buffet package of Rs.599/- each. We saw the bar tender using the same spoon for stirring the drinks and tasting each and every drink with that same spoon before serving it to the guest. We also saw him spitting in a drink while preparing. We told about this incidence to the Manager on duty, he said he will check the cctv footage and just said sorry about the whole incident but he didn't believe on us. We told told him repeatedly to check the footage but he insisted that he will check it in the evening. None of us had food after that episode but the Manager charged us with the complete amount as he said he can't make any refund or discounts as it was booked.This was so ridiculous. I would never suggest for a such a place with pathetic food being served.

Inperfecto boutique is a awesome place to dine out for youngsters. Not recemended for kids. Food was good. Live performances were awesome. But service was slow. Mr sahil (waiter) was quite rude many times. He offered glass for water which is not clean. We told him to change, he started looking at glass and told me that its clean. Than at the time of billing we told him to remove service charge. He refused and entered into an argument and than when I told him to call the manager than the issue was resolved. It's quite expensive. Unwanted taxes they are charging. It the customers discreation whether to pay or not pay service tax. They cannot force it. They were also offering coupon of 15% off earlier along with bill. But after removing the service charges They took off that coupon as well. Such a small thinking....

I was at Vegas mall and for lunch decided to visit imperfecto. The ambience is super pretty with plants and slight rustic vibes. The service there was great as well. I ordered two mocktails peach la fizz and sassy berry. Both drinks were refreshing with a mix of sweet and tart flavour. For food i ordered cheese burst spring roll and garlic bread with cheese. The cheese burst spring rolls were crispy on the outside and cheesy in the inside and came with a honey chilli dip which complimented it well. The cheese garlic bread was stuffed with cheese, garlic and butter. It came in a load and very full filling. At the end i ordered a mile high mud pie for dessert and it was amazing. It had three different mousse layer on top of a fudge brownie. The mousse layer was creamy and smooth with the fudge brownie. Overall I had a great experience here.

Mixed experience. Chicken Biryani was steaming spicy and quantity was veey less. Pasta was like yukk. Told them to replace. Pasta was served in baby quantity which even baby would not be satisfied with and the experience was absolutely unacceptable in terms of taste.On asking they said this much is only served. I mean for 500 odd bucks this much with two people sitting on table. They considered us Tasters. They again replaced it with good quantity but quality was the same and not edible. Ambience is good and music is good but really food is pathetic especially pasta. They tried to make up for it using complementary dessert. So atleast they tried to make us happy. Only for that and the music revising rating from 1 to 3. Focus is on music show and ambience. But being a restaurant focus should be on food.

Yesterday we went to imperfecto for our kitty we were sitting near their bar , the bartender was preparing mocktails and he was tasting each and every drink one after another without washing or cleaning spoon ;we were shocked and surprised to see this so we complained this incident to their manager he said sorry and said this is the regular routine for bartenders all bartenders follow the same procedure. I have not seen this kind of thing anywhere !We felt very uncomfortable to see such unhygienic behavior so we didn't eat or drink anything after that but they still charged full buffet amount that was 499 person . We are very upset we have visited many places but this the worst experience we ever had .so be careful whenever you go to this place

So I went here with a friend and we had a really great time.For starters we had mushroom crostini. It was small round shaped garlic toast that had a really good topping of mushrooms on top, along with melted cheese. It's definitely a must try for people who love mushroom. Next up we had burnt garlic fried rice which were spicy and were topped with crispy garlic chips. I love the flavour of garlic and it has a spicy kick in it as well. For drinks we had 2 mocktails one was Elder-flower based and the other one was sassy berry which tasted similar to a virgin sangria and for the dessert we tried their mud pie which had brownie at the bottom and was topped with chocolate mousse. Loved the quick service, rustic decor and good music.

Vibe: Cool experience for people who love music. Live performances are djs are present. -Food: main course has little variety but the starters are absolutely delicious and have good variety too. Must try the mint lemon mojito too. -Service: The staff is very helpful and polite. Great service. Specially one of there staff member is Miss Harshita Dogra she is very sweet and polite she make sure that her guest will be comfortable and give all the services on time so that no one can wait for their food or any other thing. -Ambience: The places is decorated like a cool retro museum and has nice and aesthetic lighting. Imperfecto Dwarka surpassed all expectations in making my mom's birthday celebration truly unforgettable. The Thai curry was a culinary highlight and we also had some delicious starters. What truly set this dining experience apart, however, was the friendly attitude of the entire serving staff, especially Mr. Abin and Aman. The servers were not only knowledgeable about the menu but also eager to assist and make personalized recommendations. Their genuine smiles and willingness to accommodate our requests created a warm and inviting atmosphere. Kudos to Mr. Abin and the entire team for making this celebration extraordinary. Good place for a get together with friends and family. They usually have live music till 10 pm followed by Bollywood/Punjabi DJ Music. The food is okay. I liked the margarita pizza. Plenty of indoor and outdoor sitting.

One of the best imperfectos I've been to. I went here for my sisters birthday and wasn't disappointed... We ordered a margarita pizza, sprite, sangria drink, quesadillas- veg and non veg, Mac and cheese and meatball spaghetti. Overall food was great Ambience is really pretty and food is damn delicious, there was live band when I entered, and later I noticed that stand up comedy was also scheduled which I missed as I had to leave. Rooftop sitting was available too. Must visit once. Quite an aesthetic place

Unsatisfactory lunch buffet experience. Delayed staff response. Did not accepted payment through Swiggy dineout. Food quality was average. Even the fresh lime soda was not good. Overall disappointed with the service and food quality. Even with just a 100 rs more in the buffet price I have experienced better quantity food and service at other restaurants. I would not visit next time.

The place have amazing vibe! It is situated inside Vegas Mall in Dwarka, Sector -14, New Delhi. It can be easily located on 5th floor, where people rarely reach. One can find other good restaurants too at the same location. The restaurant is a bit costly as compared to others. But definitely a good place for a dinner date. Last but not the least- they host music night as well with live music. They also have space for private parties, which is a good option for a group to enjoy.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Ms Harshita with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor was charming and simple, with just the right amount of light's. The menu offered a wide variety of delicious snacks options, as well as great shakes. I tried their many items and it was one of the best I have ever had. A recently opened, beautiful place, located on the 5th floor, Vegas Mall, Dwarka. Amazing vibes and beautiful ambience. Quite an interesting menu they have. They have a lot of variety. Tried their Tiraki Chicken Skewers, Chicken Pizza, Kiwi Mocktail and Red Wine. Tirraki Chickcen was amazing, chewy and soft. Super tasty. Pizza was super cheesy. Many things in the menu were not available, that was a bummer. But overall a nice experience.

No doubt they have beautiful aesthetic inner design but the customer service is really not according to price list of menu. You need to call them going to counter to take order or need anything. Overpriced food, waited 1 hour to get served. They need to get lessons on how important customer service is. Won’t go back anytime soon.

The place has beautiful ambience. The food served is also delicious! We ordered a lot snacks and were satisfied will every one of them. Their fries are the best I have had in a restaurant. Only problem is that there service is too slow. My advice is to take a table near the bar so that its easier for you to grab hold of a server.
