I came here for an alteration that the owner (korean lady) was happy to do. When I came to pick it up, a different lady was there. I looked at the work and it was done sloppily, incorrectly, and incomplete. The lady agreed it needed to be re-done and even mentioned it would not be an additional charge which made me feel at ease. All of these encounters so far were positive and I thought nothing of them! People make mistakes and I was totally fine with having to come back. However, when I came to pick the re-altered item up, the Korean woman completely berated me saying she never wanted to do my alterations in the first place and that she would never alter my clothes again. Had she ever told or shown me she was unwilling to take my alterations for whatever reason, I would have gone elsewhere. Thankfully, the other woman who I’d originally picked up from was there to try and explain to her why the re-alteration was needed, but the Korean lady quickly shut her up. The lady threw up her hands and backed away. I felt so bad for her and told the Korean woman she shouldn’t be so mean to her employees or customers and left. I have never felt so attacked and hope the employee does not have to face further negativeness and nastiness from the owner :(

I'm not sure I have ever left a google review but this place absolutely warrants it. I dropped off my coat on Monday and was given a pickup time of Wednesday evening. I went back today (Thursday) to pick up my coat, to find out it had stains. I asked why this was so and was told they "didn't have enough time" and I had to leave it for 2 more days. I leave town tomorrow. I tried to show another attendant the stain, and the main guy at the door dragged the coat from me, hurting me with the hanger, and threatened to call the police because I was refusing to pay - which I never did. I simply said a stained coat does not warrant a full price. He wagged his fingers at me, threatened me, insulted me and was unspeakably rude. The manager came and offered me a 20% discount because of the stains, but that doesn't nearly make up for the insult, disrespect and terrible service I received here. I do not recommend this service, please take your business elsewhere.

I've lived in Chicago for 10 years and have not found a better dry cleaner in the city. I travel from the south loop to their gold coast location once every couple of weeks just to drop off dry cleaning. Their customer service is exceptional and if you spend 30 seconds to introduce yourself and talk with them, the next time you come in, they remember your name. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for quality dry cleaning, laundry, and incredible customer service.

Picked up my mohair couch cushions covers only to find white spots on both sides of all three. Sarah, the owner ,said it was cleaning fluid. When asked if her insurance would cover it, she said the plant where she sent them had no insurance and her deductible was too high. Really disappointed since mohair is a very cleanable wool if washed properly.

They did a terrible job dry cleaning my suit pants. They are straight fit, and they added a crease to make it look like they are pleated. They also took out the permanent crease and made their own, leaving 2 creases in my pants. With so many other options, why go here. I know I never will be.

The staff there is so nice and accommodating. In terms of the job they do, it was also really impressive. I had a few dress shirts with stains on them and they looked brand new. Affordable, nice, and they do a great job. Overall, A+!

Been going here over two years and never had a bad experience. The service is excellent, the white shirts never come back with even the faintest tinge of another color, and the hours are good. Would highly recommend.

Enjoyed the fish...table too small for 4 people. Full slab was ordered to take out....very disappointed in the bb ribs...some were very tough and did fall off the rib.. Will not order again. Thank you for asking.

Outstanding cleaners and the owners are wonderful people. I moved out of the Gold Coast to Lakeview four years ago and still take all my dry cleaning to them. Highly recommend for both cleaning and tailoring.
