Good afternoon I was recently visiting store in South Park NC for the first time and I'll tell you this I've never felt more uncomfortable in entire life. The VP April really knows how to make a "black" person feel at home. For starters I love the store and products I specifically came to Charlotte to come by 8 pairs of shoes but also wanted to see the treatment and the customer care I would receive. Unfortunately I will have to redact that idea of ever purchasing and spekaing to my colleagues as well about this experience. My experience: I was in mid conversation with a sales associate and out of nowhere April the Vp barged into the conversation while with another sales associate was helping me she then began to berate me after I asked why would she mistreat me and her employees like that. After the sales associate went to help another customer (who in less than 20secs said they didnt need any help) she began to become argumentative with me while also displaying passive aggressive behavior , hardened tone and constantly cutting my sentences off. After 3 mins of this I began to explain to her I felt uncomfortable and disrespected she then began to gas light me in front of her employees. She was non apologetic and unfairly judgemental. She accused me of soliciting my religious views. I'm still offended by that statement. After that I asked for the supervisor phone number as anyone would be offended by such treatment. she said their isnt one I'm in charge. She refused to give the owner public name.she said she isnt allowed too. I informed her that i will not be making a purchase from this store. As the mission statement of the company doesnt say to be rude or disrespectful regardless of skin color. It says "Impossible Kicks’ dedicated staff, dynamic environment, and commitment to exceptional customer service all provide a unique experience for buyers and sellers." For 15 minutes in the I was the only black person in the store. April spoke to no other person in the store but me. Although I appreciate the attention it was nasty, rude and a terrible display of leadership for her staff to follow. Overall I am disappointed at this experience and hopes this doesn't happen to another innocent patron. I know me and my followers will find another quality vendor who value our buisness

Impossible Kicks is sketch!! I took my girl here after she saw some Air Jordan 1’s she wanted on their webpage. She called to verify they had them in stock and in the Seafoam color she wanted. They told her yes they’re in stock at the South Park location and said the price is right on the webpage.. $382 and that it will be the same in store. We get there, they had them but they said the price is $480! I told the guy what the person on the phone said. He said “They’re always getting stuff wrong.” I told him we’ll pass. When we were walking out, we heard him say “You didn’t plan on buying them anyway!” We were able to get them from Nike for less than $150 and they look better than the ones Impossible Kicks were selling!! Impossible Kicks is trying to drain your wallet.. they won’t last at South Park.

Came in while the store was empty- Staff (two black men, and one caucasian behind the register) totally ignored me (middle aged black man) while being attentive to every white person that came in AFTER me, not knowing I was ready to buy several pairs for my daughter starting high school so she could be fresh with some hype for the year. I also have have 25k in sneakers including several off whites and T. Scott exclusives. Honestly the only reason I’m writing the review is because when I confronted one staff member to let him know they missed out on a sale, he was rude, so I got rude as well. They judged the wrong book. This should be noted before you spend any money here if you’re black.

They sold me a pair of shoes that had dirty bottoms. My wife tried them on and they didn't fit so when I took them back they wouldn't accept them for the dirty bottoms. I went home and used 1 baby wipe to get them clean. They should have accepted them because it took 2 seconds to clean. Also, they need to clean their floors, that's why the bottom of the shoes get dirty. Also, why are they selling Jordan 1s for $300 when they cost $200 on StockX? I recommend trying on the shoes at the store to see what fits and then buy the shoes online for half the price. The terrible customer service and terrible return policy and terrible pricing is why this store gets 1 star review for me.

My son went in today to buy shoes. On the website it said the were $269. When they rung him up in store they charged him $380. Didn’t tell him. So when he saw the receipt while signing he argued the price was wrong the “manager” said “it’s more in the store because you get to take them home right away”. Are you kidding me? He told them to refund his card. Shawn the manager said “yeah we cant do that”. HE NEVER LEFT THE STORE. Never moved from the counter and you can’t refund a card? This place is beyond SHADY. BEWARE

Amazing customer service!! Went in looking for the UNC 4s and no one had a size 9 in the city. After a frustrating 4 days looking for them happened to walk in to Impossible Kicks and within 10 minutes was walking out happy. The customer service team was magnificent and they supplied me with great discounts. Management was more than accommodating to my needs and made me want to come back soon. Thanks IK you found a customer for life!!

Ordered shoes from here and they never got to my house. This was back in January. They told me to file a claim so I did so and nothing was resolved. I call back 2-3 times a month to get an update and I just always get told that they will fix it and follow up with me in a week and they never do. I just want a refund or the shoes I paid for. I’m out $300 and haven’t heard anything. It’s been 5 months!

people stay complaining about prices, at first i was a little skeptical because of the mark up. but if you look at Goat or StockX. But by the time you get the size you need, plus paying all the fees your only paying about 20$ over which IMO is worth it. You don’t have to wait a week or so technically speaking just look at it as premium shipping ;)

Very nice broad selection with awesome shoes and usually the hottest new releases but for an incredible ask. They may negotiate but their starting prices are $100-$200 over the open market in sites such as stockx or goat. Frankly, its a cool place and good spot to check out shoes you might like but not the place to go if your looking to buy

Nani helped me look for a shoe that’s perfect for a birthday gift. Gave me a discount as well which was very appreciated and thoughtful from Nani. If you wanna get shoes make sure Nani is working one of the best retail employees I’ve ever met. Hard working.

Didn't see anything impossible when I visited yesterday pretty simple and overpriced shoes ,that they have for retail at other stores . It's ludicrous spend hard earned money on shoes you can get better deals on elsewhere in The City.

Wow! Great service, the sales person was very helpful as soon as I came in the door. I don’t know much about sneakers but they helped me find the right sneakers for my style. Store is well organized, highly recommend shopping here.

The store had an amazing appearance and vibe. The sales associates helped me find the right size panda dunk I needed for my mom. She’s a womens 8.5 and they brought me a 7y that fit perfectly! Thank you impossible kicks!

I will give them 0 star if I can. Yes, they offer u great service and so called "good deal"&"discounts". Because they sell fakes. Enjoy paying the real money for fakes.

The manager, Sean was so amazing. Staff immediately greeted me. No other sneaker store had the shoe I was looking for but Impossible Kicks sure did! Highly recommended
