My family is one of the oldest customers of Imtiaz Store when it was just a small general store. Imtiaz Bhai was himself there, with his welcoming smile, humble attitude and friendly dealings. We were anxiously waited for opening of Lalikjan outlet, Lahore and remain connected till we opted for Karachi again due to sudden passing away of my wife. The biggest negative about Imtiaz Mega here in BTK is it's entrance, which is way too far from parking, even too far from drop lane. Not good for elderly! The Imtiaz staff are not as professional as in Lahore, here, mostly they chat with each other, even in the presence of customers which is annoying. If any customer need guidance, they just pointed out and don't bother to give personalized support with expresion-less stoneface. Smile on the staff face helps for a repeat sales. Beware management of Imtiaz Mega, the moment any good store emerges in BTK, you'll be a loser. Try to make a special entrance from the huge parking area, to store.

The thing which caught our attention in the outlet of Imtiaz, is the vast and state of the art "Live Kitchen" which offers an amazing range of baked items, snacks and other freshly made confectionery products. All are offered at an amazingly low price. > The whole store is organized on a single floor with neatly aisled sections. But these sections can be classified and labelled in a more prominent fashion. Right now almost all outlets lack proper price tagging which is really annoying. > Although the interior is really nice, but the ambience can be more comfortable if the centralised air-conditiouning is improved. > There is no proper parking space, but still you can park in the improper space..hahaha

Ample parking but might get crowded with time. Entrance to parking doesn't look well thought off as single track used for vehicles and same road used by people to walk towards the store. Walking from parking to the store is hectic as very small passage for both incoming and outgoing people and becomes more hard when coming out with trolley. Inside the store is spacious but product shelves still placed in a conjusted manner and not manageable with large crowd. Most products are without prices which should be their priority before opening the store. Overall if you are going to Bahria Town for fun then you could drop by for quick groceries.

The setting was not neat. The setting was random. The things were not placed as they should be. The clothing area was taking too much space in the middle.. right beside the trash cans there was the butcher's area.. things like pepper could not be found in the spices area and I had to go to the other end of the shop to get pepper... But the quality is good. The staff is helpful.. The market was also clean.. just a little messy and the space was less.

We can find all living essentials from here in a single roof. Very huge area. Cooperative well trained staff. Reasonable price. Negative issue is poor Cooling which causing losses for their business. Customer wants to checkout as early as possible to get rid of hot environment. If they improve the cooling system, customers will spend more time inside the area and definitely customer will buy more.

The store is wonderful, the quality and prices are also very reasonable. I enjoy shopping there. But there is a problem, there should be at least one such place Where people can sit down and have refreshments, if we want to call a pizza burger, it will spoil the food by the time we bring it home, it will be cold. Like any other Imtiaz BUT NO parking issues NICE space / walkway between shelves NO rush NO wait on check out Clean Aisles Staff was satisfactory, could do much better .. Full variety is NOT in stock yet, I honestly felt .. 4 Stars ... Groceries were Great Rates are reasonable.. Does not deserve 5 stars... but its a work in progress so maybe someday

It is one of the proper Imtiaz store with proper parking space and within store - thank to Bahria town. Prices are good as rest of imtiaz stores in cities. In Bahria Town imtiaz store you can find many stuff those have been out of sticked in cities stores because here buyers are selective and from only bahria town and nearest areas.

Imtiaz BTK was a different experience when coming to shop at Imtiaz from the Karachi locations since there is actually parking spaces and room between aisles so you can find what you are looking for! Overall good experience for the things you are looking for unless you want vegetables or fruits then you are out of luck …

It is the cheapest shopping spot in BahriaTown Karachi, but more expensive then it,s city branches.I remember one guy in my school and I bought identical notebooks from Imtiaz from Karachi and BahriaTown respectively on the same weekend.But the price of BahriaTown notebook was 50 percent more from the first one!

Staff is rude and unhelpful, always chewing on pan. Zero initiative. AC never gets turned on, and it gets extremely hot, making you want to leave. The meat and poultry area smells rancid, and the parking isn't conveniently located. Always avoid when I can and prefer the local stores in the shopping galleries.

They also have a huge toys section and cosmetics area.

Huge super market, bigger than Gulshan branch and much less crowded. Way better travelling 20 minutes on super highway for Imtiaz Bahria than getting stuck in internal city traffic and then a mile long check out queue at Gulshan branch. Smooth check out. Valet parking. We got everything that we needed.

They have stuff, and probably only store in bahria that's why everyone in bahria has to go go there. But this Imtiaz has no variety of anything. They just have leftover of other imtiaz stores. Also the sandwiches and samosas are super oily, cold, stale and tasteless.
