There are two parts of my experience. 1. As far as quality, availability, access and cost is concerned, you would find this place on top rank. All needed items are available ablbd displayed in professional manner and in sequence. Both local and Imported items are available at reasonable price infact at discounted prices. 2. Their billing mechanism needs improvement and special change is required in staff behaviour and professionalism. I found staff wearing untidy uniform and dealing unprofessionally.

You can find all what you want from groceries, confectionery, crockery, electronics items and other basic necessities of life. Also equipped with state of the art pharmacy where you can find varieties of medicine at cheaper rates. Most people book their monthly medicines over there to have significant savings on their monthly budgets. Moreover, groceries, food items and confectionery are also available at whole sale rates. Overall a very good experience.

This Imtiaz is at a really prime location but has a pathetic variety. Half of the items are usually unavailable and its a nightmare to navigate the small store. There are no self checkout counters and extremely long lines are there on limited checkout counters. Only necessary items, a few drinks and groceries can be found. For stuff like stationary you'll have to go someplace else

Being a 24/7 place it's absolutely necessary for such a place to consist of Junk food and prospective eatables. Unfortunately there's nothing which would satisfy your tummy in the middle of the night. Unless you're suddenly out of condoms in the middle of the night this place doesn't serve great purpose. Still has acquired good success in an area like this.

Imtiaz Express is one of the best Imtiaz stores. It is well equipped with all the necessary household items. It has different sections for all items. There is separate medical section where you can buy your meficines and medical equpent. There is traffic congestion at this outlet which is a negative point. Store is neat and clean and air-conditioned

My daily grocery place. This one is 24 hours open. Almost every FMCG product is available at cheap prices. Dispensary is also open 24/7. Meat, vegetables or fruits are NOT AVAILABLE. Rest almost everything is available. I am so habitual of their prices that I find other retail stores expensive than this. I always try to get things from Imtiaz.

I live in nearby area where Imtiaz Express is, it has always been more than convenient to go there and buy groceries in reasonable rates with peaceful ambience. A friendly suggestion: some staff members needs some sort of training or crash course on how to be polite with a customer and avoid personal discussions with their colleagues.

It's usually crowded, not the best option also because they have very limited items available. They have increased number of items available but still not enough. Trolley is supposed to be left on the spot plus there's no parking available so you literally have to carry all the groceries. Only good for those who live nearby.

Once again I have noticed that despite of various complaints directly or over online posts their staff and management still not following the No COVID 19 protocol. Specially when the daily count is on high. It rightly said by someone lack of educations directly influence civic sense and ruins good society ethics.

Cozy shopping experience at reasonable price tags. It's a superstore of normal size. It has following but not limited to under one roof: 1. Groceries 2. Home items 3. Electronics 4. Toys 5. Cosmetics 6. Medicine and much more. They have good customers dealing. Ample car parking. Central location. Good variety.

Great store. A one stop solution for shopping of daily use and fat moving consumer products. The staff is friendly, however the number of counters needs to be increased to accommodate the influx of consumers. The best part about the sure is that it's very organized and neat and also opened 24 hours.

This IMTIAZ MART is different by others because it's mostly offering discounts and it's validity is also very new about things. Recently I bought LIVITY powder by Getz pharmaceutical at there, and yes I got a 10% discount on the whole value. The behaviour of all the staff at there is super nice.

Interesting thing about the Xpress store is that it doesn't have all the items that you would generally find any other imtiaz store. Because it's relatively smaller. But on the plus side, it's open 24/7. Probably the first ever. It's a huge benefit especially for people living close to it.

The Class of Superstore. Very Economical. Medicine and gadgets section are very satisfying. Parking is albeit big big issue and there is none of their men to guide about parking. Front remains occupied by staff vehicles and their loading and unloading trucks. Billing sofware is old.

A lot of items were pit of stock on mu visit. This place is only suitable for shopping of items that are found in general stores. Grocery items are not available. The pharmacy has only those medicines which are very common and easy to find at other medical stores.

Experience with chain of Imtiaz Super Market is always great. It is suggested to add some additional sections at 24 hours Express Centre like grocery, meat sections etc which will provide enough satisfaction to their customers like me. Any how 5 star is deserved.

I don't have photos here bit the place is too small for a supermarket it is the size of a convenient or general store, it has only one floor and offers only general items like food, groceries, diapers, cleaning equipment. Does not have garment department.

This place was good when open 24/7. Now its just like any other grocery store, so reduced the rating. During my recent visits I saw gross violation of COVID-19 SOPs by staff as well as public, so all should be aware of it. Also, there is parking problem.

Such a bad experience. It was my first time here. All aisles are flooded with cartons and flour rice huge packs. No space for walking. And at the last, there is NO slide to take your trolley to your car. Never going there again. Such a congested store

Imtiaz is betting big on 24x7 retail stores, this one is not at spacious as the Tariq Road location, therefore has very limited variety more comparable to a large general store. The pharmacy takes up a considerable area and is nice to know

It is behind my house within walking a distance of 200 meters. This store has made my grocery shopping very convenient. This imtiaz do not offer vegetables, meat, stationery and many others but usual items of grocery can be found easily.

Very Few Items are Available. If you're a trolly shopper then this Xpress store isn't for you. Only for buying few things here because of limited shelves and limited stocks. For a big store please visit Bahadurabad, PECHS stores. Thanks.

Excellent quick stop shopping place for daily use grocery, medicine and utility items. Location is very convenient and ample parking available on street. Cash and cards both are accepted. Price of items is comparatively less then market

Yes it was nice. But the trollies were ridiculous and disgusting. One has to bend till ground level to take items out at payment counter. Must replace immediately. Manager was informed but he too appear clueless and stupid with apology.

Very awkward & inconvenient while exiting with groceries in your hand to show bill at exit & get it stamped. My question to the management why should anyone produce bill at exit as same already been settled at POS Counter. Disgusting !

Lovely experience. Well managed store. Prices at Imtiaz are always less than local grocery stores. Advantage in lockdown as Imtiaz express store was open till 10PM. However main store of Imtiaz got closed at 6PM.

Yes it's 24 hours, but the staff and the organization of all products needs serious improvements, this place needs to keep an eye on cleanliness too, there's usually empty boxes just laying around on the floor..

Ot was good but it's too small as one cannot easily pull card all over the place very small and crowdy. And variety that is present in Imtiaz mega shall not be available here like oils, and other basic things.

Great for quick stop... everyday essentials are present very easily including medicines and OTC & wellness! Even some electronics gadgets and disability products also available i.e wheelchair, sticks etc...

Like going to imtiaz express mainly because of its smaller size, lesser footfall and convenience. The range however is limited here. You'll find more variety and stock depth both at other bigger branches.

A nice and spacious store. Neat and clean. Found almost all the stuff I needed there. However, it lacks the variety usually found at the Awami Markaz n Gulshan outlets. Shopping bags provided were good.

It's okay, they dont value thier customers, u have to find your desire grocery, sometimes it's so congested that you have to leave the store, no que management in billing Lane because of space shortage

It is good if you want to pick some quick items As it is express so not all items are present like their normal stores Parking is limited and you might have to park away from stores of no space there

Place is cramped up for the amount of space available and walking in between the aisles is very difficult bcz of extra stuff lying in boxes,also they need to keep more variety & stock of icecream

Suitable for day to day grocery shopping, many items not available. Few counters for billing usually remains engaged. For bulk grocery, choose other big stores in the city.

Good place to shop even for top up by mid or end of the month. In eve parking seems to b an issue there. Store is open for 18 hours a day. Pharmacy is well equipped

You get All the items that u need in an emergency especially from the pharmacy here. Not a good place to shop for grocery calmly, js when u need things in a rush.
