Good morning: Today I had the best experience in 20 years in this country doing the laser to my skin. At the Madinaty branch, the receptionist was friendly, helpful and nice. Dr. Salma Mohamed, attended me promptly with high professionalism. The laser removal machine gives a cold air at the moment of the pulse, that decreases the pain in the skin. Much better than “Candela”. I didn’t wait. It was a punctual, profesional, clean and careful treatment. Definitely, I will recommend it. thank you.

I've made a reservation yesterday and they scadual me at 5 pm 10 of june . And I went and later I waited more than 10 mins . The recipients told me we are sorry but the doctor is working now doesn't check men so we apologise and we are going to scadual you for other time . I left . Anyway it is a bad experience I just feel I'm in Iran not in Egypt

I had bought a package for Laser in my first visit they burned my skin I don’t think they have any experience so how I don’t recommend it when I went to ask for a refund they said why didn’t you come so we can give you a cream for the burn we couldn’t have treat you over here I’m like what after you burn me I don’t trust you
