Expensive - rather buy online at Takealot etc. Other than that, the staff all hover around the tillpoint and are reluctant to assist, I bought an xbox one s which was in an unsealed box, was assured it had not been "opened or used" but on unpacking it a week later when my son came to set up, it had been used. Although it was noted that the box was unsealed on purchase it was a trying process to try to get them to find me a sealed one at another branch (they made no effort) and an interrogation to try to get a credit.. I ended up buying sealed unit at Game for same special price. I only ever buy here when stuff is on special as normal prices far in excess of other outlets and online retailers. Oh and to top it all, they charged me R2 for a bag on a R5599 purchase That stumped me

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I have been trying to get a device on contract for about a month now. The whole process especially took long because the communication from the staff is especially pathetic. I had to drive to the actual store multiple times because they wouldn't pick up their phone or respond to their e-mails. Petrol is expensive, and it is especially frustrating if you go all the store only to get disappointed because you aren't getting helped. Then, I get here today and wait for hours for them to open, just to get told that I have to wait even longer because they prefer helping other customers first. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!??? You seriously need to work on your customer service. I am truly beyond disappointed in this Table Bay Mall branch.

Until this branch opened I did not like Incredible Connection and would go out of my way to avoid their stores due to previous bad service and feeling ripped off. This store however is amazing - they go out of their way to give as much advice as you need, present you with all the options across the price range not just the most expensive, and even when I just called for advice which meant they were not even guaranteed a sale Kevin returned my call within minutes and proceeded to give me exactly the advice I needed. Safe to say, they did get that sale as well! This Incredible Connection is now my first port of call - beating i-Store and I am exclusively an Apple user!

I made a credit application online. And after being approved for a huge amount ive had the worse experience ive had in a retail store in years. Was assisted very quickly when the application was approved but since the deal was processed the turn around time for final approval has been ridiculous. 5days and counting after i was told by three staff members that it only taken s a day. The manager Munier took over my application and with as little help as possible and NO!!! communcation on why it takes so long ( besides backlog and loadshedding) i have never been so dissapointed. For all the hope i had regarding doing business with them i am loosing hope

Poor quality. I have bought several products from Incredible Connection, including a near twenty-four grand laptop, and most of the time, the products dont't work properly. We've had countless issues with the laptop that they neglected to fix three times. Even when they did, they only repaired it after expicitly asking for it to be replaced. Now recently with headphones that have horrible audio quality, it's a fifty-fifty on whether what you buy works as advertised.

This shop is one of the smaller Incredible Connections I've been into. As I went in just after it opened, I was lucky enough to get a knowledgable member who gave me 3 options to resolve my issue with my new fibre router. As far as the shop goes, if you've been into 1 Incredible Connection you will be familiar with the layout as I've found these ones I've been into to have the "company" standard.

I got my contract forward to them and man, I am Impressed! they helped me and went completely out of their way to assist me. Munier who assisted me really helped me to the end, despite having endless loadsheeding, he really is one of the Best! no way around it! I appreciate his help and his friendly and professionalism. Originally I gave a bad review, however they reached out and addressed the issue efficiently and within the same day resolved my finance application. 5 stars for the service delivery from Incredible Team, Its not always that companies act on bad reviews and resolve them. Thank you Incredible, I definitely keep supporting the brand and store.

Returned a faulty controller after 1 month of use. Had to keep phoning for updates and after weeks was told that the supplier will not honour warranty as usb cable was damaged (seperate to controller) bought another cable at my expense and dropped at store. Have been calling for another week but no answer or cannot get hold of technical.

I have, today, and previously had the need to make use of the tech. services at Table Bay mall branch. I am very happy to convey that the service and friendliness of the staff is exemplary. My issues were sorted methodically while communication regarding my pc problem was explained in layman's terms. SUPER Service guys!!!

Very poor selection of laptops available. It's much better to use online sites that have plenty of options available. Incredible Connection are also ridiculously overpriced and the staff didn't really seem very interested in trying to assist me. Check out Evetech instead.

Stored is closed at 3PM in the afternoon and when asking why it's closed the answer I got was: "the store is just closed". This store is badly stocked and staff are always extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. Stick to buying goods on takealot!!
