Have been going to this particular post office for 3yrs.The staff over there is good but had an incident today which was very bad.The ladies sitting at the counters are rude and arrogant.They don’t have patience and manners to deal with the public.Really disappointed.

I went to ship few clothes to Austraila, Department officials were rude lack basic knowledge, don’t even know basic facilities which post office offered. Some Tamil speaking lady took us for idiots and said they don’t do international … ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು

5* for the staff there, they are very cooperative.But is no power back up for this ippb office.Its a bank it does not have power back up. I went there waited for 45 minutes but there is no power because of which staff couldn't help me.

This place maintenance proper rules and regulation. They are very helpful mainly Mr Govind he is amazing person. He love the job that bring happy to the customer. Thank you to all staff members. You guys rock.

A busy post office. Staff are friendly. Limited counters open so the waiting time was nearly 40 minutes. The app they advertise to pay and self-book postage isn't operational - that would be a great help.

They told me to come again next time worse post office and in google they wrote it’s open even in Saturday but it was close even in Saturday and very impolite people no respect for people worse survive

Came here to speed post a letter at 455 pm on a Wednesday, the guy at the counter was least bothered to interact and finally when he shared a round of laughters he told me the post office is closed.

My uncle sending me courier from Portugal it takes more than 2 months it already arrive in post office in 10 June my tracking id tells me but no yet delivered to me till 10 July.

Very bad customer service - first of all no one will receive the calls if a customer calls them. Customer has to run 10 times to the post office to sort out small things.

Waiting for last 30 mins and been told that internet is down, hence no post bookings.
