Worst place. My mom who is not well versed with filling form, requested the counter guy to help him. But they straight said, no it's not our job. Useless people. But their plight is also bad. Sitting in such a pathetic place. Basic light n Fans also not working properly. This can be adding to their frustration of course.

your delivery boy doesn't have a sense to talk with customers. Nitin (Delivery Boy) he was very rude and unprofessional. Plus Your helpline Numbers are also helpless, they don't even receive calls from there customers. I want to give ratings in negative because of all the Misbehavior done by your staff members.

They are creating their own rules for delivery, they are saying aadhar card,pan card is not valid proof.only rubber stamp is valid proof (which anyone can make in 70 rs).Post department also needs privatisation to streamline the experience.

Service is a bit slow. Sometimes, there’s only one person to attend more than 15 customers. It takes more than half an hour to speed post one document which is a waste of time.

Post office timing is till 3pm and not 5pm ..they stop all processing post 3pm but Google says it's open till 5pm very misleading and disappointing
