Veri poor behavior of 1 male employee, I visited for NSC certificate at this branch (Saturday) but after taking cash,he was give me cash receipt without stamp and inform come after 2 days for certificate or at 4pm. I got message from post office that amount deposited than after 30minutes I visit again for collect Certificate and behave rudely and inform that his boss will coming and look clining work running and not provided certificate. Also inform that this is government office not private and inform Whatever you want to do. Also call police and doing wrong complaint. This issue also done earlier with my father also. My father who is sr secitizen going at this post office to withdraw money but this 1 male employee inform to come at 2:30pm.he has not money and also withdraw receipt not accepted he demanding cheque for withdraw money. Very poor behavior, rudely talk with multiple people which is uneducated.

This is one of the best Post office nearby  all Post offices like Chandlodiya , Ghatlodiya and as well as Ranip S.O. also... Best of best services are given at this office and also very co-oprative staff. And the statement which you mentioned that the senior citizens were suffered  due to this staff  is pointless. This staff is very supportive. And you stated about senior citizens, No one customers are facing problems never from this very supportive  staff. In any questionnaires  are getting satisfactory answers  by the staff.

I've send my courier in speed post as per them it has to be reached in 4days but now 15 days has gone still my family didn't receive any courier
