I walked in for a threading today, the lady who did eyebrows and upperlips was super polite and good. Later on I asked her if she can do trimming of my hair, she said ok. However after few second another lady came and started shouting at me that another customers are waiting for the haircuts, we cannot do your haircut. I said ok, I will go. She started shouting again that you came in for the eyebrows and upperlips not for the haircut, I again politely said, it’s ok I am going. I took my phone out for the payment and for some reason my Apple Pay needed a setting to do, she again started shouting at me that you are taking a picture, I saw your camera flashing at me. I was so embarrassed, I wasn’t even taking the picture, I showed her my phone to prove it. She was still shouting at me and on the lady did my eyebrows. Extremely rude. Would never ever go this salon in my life. Wish I could have given a 0 rating

My favourite place to get my hair colouring done. Shobna is very professional and gives helpful tips on hair colouring and styling. Shobna took a moment to analyse the type of hair and suggest ideas on what will suit me. The interior design for this salon is beautiful too - Always tidy and inviting. Got my eyebrow threading done here couple of times. Always done with precision which makes me leave the parlour with a smile on my face. When you go to a salon being your first time there,You get a bit skeptical as to how your hair will turn out,In saying that Shobna the hairdresser was absolutely on point,I showed her what hairstyle I wanted, And she made it look more beautiful than the pictured in the magazine,The price was reasonable She was very professional,She made you feel comfortable ,I got so much compliments at the wedding I attended that day, definitely will go back there again... Sadly, every time I do a walk in. The lady is always busy doing hair and makes you wait a minimum of 20min or to come back. I let it slide a few times but it happens every time no matter what day/time. You either need extra staff or maybe put a sign up for no walk in's as those who want beauty services are of no importance. When I have had my eyebrows threaded, they are average wouldn't say its the best work. Wont go back to the Emerton store sorry.

Worst hair cut I’ve ever gotten my hair was past my butt and now is above my hips she took off a good 10cm probably more and it’s uneven, tried to call multiple times but no answer how ridiculous I knew it looked short but I thought I’d go home and straighten it then see and it’s still above my hips I have a picture from before the cut even if I were to be refunded it won’t make my hair grow back faster girl was to busy talking on the phone

Just got my hair done today from here and they did an amazing job, I got my fringe died abit red, and hair wash and cut to medium length and blow dry and straightend and turned out very nicely I love how my hair turned out, the one that did my hair her name is Shobna, I highly recommend to go to her to get your hair done at Indian beauty secrets emerton!! I booked an appointment for my wife's facial a day before for 10:30 in the morning as we had to attend a wedding. Went to the shop and 10:30 and shop wasn't ever open. Waited till 11 and was still closed. Called the number numerous times but no answer. Horrible experience. Very unprofessional people. Woudnt recommended to anyone. Please avoid this place.

I popped by to see about getting my eyebrows done. The lady tending the shop front asked me what I wanted to get done. However, before I could even say a word, she told me she was too busy and to come back another day. She didn't check to see what it was that I wanted to get done, or if I wanted to book in. Poor customer service.

Shobna did a great job with colouring & cutting my hair, my second colouring in two years after dying my hair back to black and i was just as happy with the results the first time as she did an amazing job & she was able to get my hair back to the colour & style exactly how I wanted! I would definitely recommend :)

This is what you will get for 45$ valued hair cut in 10 minutes. I did not know that money can be made that easily. Haircut is uneven or poorly done, so hair comes out in ugly chunks. Will never revisit again.

Ive had my make up done twice by Mayada and both times it has looked amazing. I highly recommend anyone wanting make up done to go to her!! Such great, friendly, helpful service, can't wait to come back :)

Had a shampoo blow dry and it looked awful apart from being flat they really don’t know how to blow dry also charges $25 just for a shampoo!!
