Post Office Employees - There are total 3 employees(2 Female, 1 Male), all are really nice in nature. - Specially the old lady, she is very nice person, Speaks multiple languages (Hindi, English, Kannada)

Went there to send medicince, asked lady and boy about the details. They said it's already closed we can send on that day . Then asked packing procedure It was told , I need to pack everything tightly with both address to and from on it . Then brown tape fully outside and again to and from. To be safer side , I buublewrapped with orginal medicine cover with above instructions. Next day went to office , they said they cant take . Reason outside bubble is nessary. The way they are handling is rude , first all they are thinking we got all the time in the world to entrain them . Employee should know the real procedure. For sending, a small package I need to visit 3 times leaving all other work . Because of such layback attitude and service , private sectors are taking undue advantage on us costing a bomb.

Now I am standing here and giving this review.. One lady staff is here she is so arrogant. We need to send one parcel to my hometown and it has Flipkart advertisement in the box they told to make it wrap with tape . So we thought we will do it inside the post office .. but she is asking complete it 1st noise is irritating.. what kind of behaviour is this.. these is no under rating if there is - also I will give to this lady staff and this post office.. i used to send from doorvani nagar post office that was so good and staff also good. I moved to marathalii now and choose to send here now thinking it's the worst service..

Small post office with 2 members only.Staff is a bit slow. Suggested to go at opening time to avoid rush and line. I had three envelpoes and to do speed post it cost me 124 rs as per the weight which I found very cost effective. They did not give me reciept and asked me to take picture of my envelopes with the speed post bar code for reference. How to reach: Walking distance from CMRIT bus stop. Get down and walk inside the lane beside cmrit and then turn right after 300 mts. or can ask somebody. If you are reading this review it means u can just take help from google maps for navigation.

Went for sending a speed post to Kolkata. I was not really aware of the packaging guidelines and the packaging I used has been accepted by Bluedart and DTDC so far. The staff were extremely dude and asked us to 'search somewhere' and 'find the packing material on our own' when we were getting a bit inpatient due to the confusion. The man at the PO was more rude than the lady and had a very bad attitude. This is why I avoid Government service, these people won't face any repercussions for this behaviour.

The staff of Kundalahalli Post Office is very rude and not ready to listen what customer is saying. I went for the same service 4-5 times and every time either the actual staff is not available or server is down. Today again I waited for almost 45min in queue and then the lady refused to server and told me that server is down. It was 1:30PM and they are in hurry to shutdown the work which should be at 2:00 PM as per the guidelines on the board.

I called up today morning to find out the procedure to open saving account. The Sub-PM responded politely and patiently to all of my queries to my satisfaction. I visited the PO today itself and opened saving account. Other 2 more staff members were also very professional and helped out in the procedure. Staff is very professional and their services are highly appreciated. My THANKS to the whole staff for showing great example of service....!

Small post office with may 20X20 sqft area, having facilities of post, saving accounts, postal life insurance (PLI) scheme, etc. Staff is courteous and helpful. We found it decently clean with 2-3 benches to sit in case you have to wait for long. Post office is just opposite to BBPM Bangalore one center at AECS layout. There is no parking for cars in this road, so if you visit use either 2 wheeler or park it somewhere else and go.

The post master Madam Padmaja is an excellent person. She is multi lingual and satisfies every customer by replying in their mother tongue Telugu , Kannnada , Hindi , English etc. she is multi tasking too . She works as if she has 8 hands like Durga Devi . In total so far have not seen any post master or a government servant like her . Hats off to her . May god bless her .

This reflects mostly on the timing and inefficiency of the government as opposed to directly being accusatory towards their individual employees. The fact that their phone number is not answered. The timings are not correct and their address is STILL not updated. It’s beyond frustrating. Here’s a photograph for those who might have to come in and don’t know the timings.

Small post office having facilities of post, saving accounts, postal life insurance (PLI) scheme, etc. Staff is courteous and helpful. I have some medical issues so need to close RD account but my saving account is in other state. In this branch Padmaja mam is there who helped in opening my saving account after her work hour over. So I am thankful to her.

Visited Kundalahalli P.O. today. Citizens can rarely find such a polite and cooperative staff especially Padmaja ma'am who is such a helpful govt servant in the true sense. She helps the visiting public by making them understand everything from filling up forms to the prevailing interest rates etc. Gem of a lady. Kudos to Postal Deptt.

I am going to this branch from past 7 years, Amazing service, staffs are very helping, Since all staffs (Specially one lady who helps on NSC n all openings) are very helping and supporting I didn't change my branch after changing my home, I am happy to travel bit more for the best service. Location of PO is perfect to notice from a vehicle.. opens by 9 30 am. Speed post service is available. While packing be sure to wrap your packet with brown coloured cellotape so that no old markings/texts are visible. They don't accept packets/boxes with older markings , like amazon , flipkart boxes..

Staffs are strictly following COVID-19 guidelines and instructing the citizens as well. Kudos to the Higher staff in the office. They are kind and helpful in all perspective. We can send letters,couriors,parcels with reasonable price to all over the country. Maintenance of the place is appreciable.

Location is exact. Saturday from 9 AM to 12 noon. They do take speed post booking. Do not staple. Write "To" adddress in front of envelope and "From" address on back side(He told me to strike out from address from front side). Moderately helpful staff. Got my work done in 5 minutes. Overally good.

After one hour of reaching the place where google map showed as post office, I came to know the location is shifted!? They should correct the address/ display new address in the old place. Again difficulty for public and senior citizen. I found the post office at last; the staff are very helpful.

There must be digital payment available like Bharat QR code scanner for payments. Only cash they accept as payment afaik. Service wise it's good than other courier services. You must follow rules before going for speed post. Check out otherwise you need to packing of courier again.

The male staff is the most irritating among every1 there he is such a worst personality I have ever seen he doesn't know how to respect and treat people he just throws our parcels on our face fr rejections it takes so much of hardwrk to pack things he shld be thrown out the job

This was my first visit to this PO. First impression - was small PO, easy to be missed out, with just 3 staff members. But it was all just the aesthetic appeal... Post Master mam was very humble, polite and friendly. She guided all her visitors well. I was really impressed.

This post office is located at very convenient place. It opens sharp at 9am in the morning, detailed timings I have attached in the image. Rated 4star because staff is a bit slow & were not giving receipt, instead were asking us to click picture of the consignment number.

Ms. Chaitra had helped and assisted me at each step to get smooth approval of loan and disbursement to the school. She had proactively followed up in completing the whole process and has product knowledge to assist and keeping Client First as priority. Thanks Chaitra.

Kundalahalli Post Office DO NOT accept digital payments (UPI/Card). Only accepts Cash. This branch should also start accepting payments via digital channels and support Digital India and think about citizens convenience.

Do not open any SB or PPF account in post office. They are not interested in providing service to public. Very limited working hours. Only half day and most of the time their Finacle software is not working. See photo.

Don't use UPI to pay here. Google pay payment will be successful but the person sitting at speed post section will deny that payment is received. Using some useless application on computer. Use cash.

I prefer this post office over any other private courier service. It was more than 30 person in queue today and they cleared it in 20 minutes. An example for all other government service enterprises.

The lady postmaster is one person who will give 99% negative replies to anything you ask. She has a problem with each question you ask and the way you sealed the envelope to everything. Avoid.

Post office moved from AECS layout to place opposite Brookefield mall from March 2023. Padmaja mam is very helpful and very knowledgable and supports everyone and speaks all languages as well.

Very helpful and courteous staff of the post office (Kundalahalli). Especially Padmaja ma'am was extremely helpful and patient in resolving my account related issue and multiple enquires.

Wow just super, the guy working on the counter was awesome, and the mam who was handling transaction was super. It took only less than 5m to register my speed post details.

The people here are very friendly and do their best to help you with any issue in the post office . They treat you with a lot of patience . I had a very good experience .

Staff are cooperative. For international post, plz carry 2 copies of aadhar card, otherwise u will have to walk across 10 mins on main toad to get it near icici bank.

I went there to post some of my registered parcel. There is a guy who is the clerk there , he is quite helpful and kind person . He helped me in posting the parcel.

(13 june 2021 ) Post office is closed from last 10 days because of Lockdown. Now post office is open on alternative days - Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Great place very helpful staff. Only issue is that there is only one counter so the lines are sometimes long. Avoid the lunchtime rush and go early.

Wonderful to watch the lady Post Master, Ms Padmaja, who seems to have got special training in handling rush of never ending postalworks, smilingly
