Beware!!! I decided to fill my petrol tank at IOC outlet due to the ₹17 price difference compared to my regular Shell petrol station. For reference, I usually fill my tank at Shell and always opt for a full tank to accurately calculate my mileage. I've noticed a consistent mileage difference of 0.5 liters between the car's MID and my full tank calculations which is acceptable. However, after choosing Indian Oil this time, I was quite surprised to find a mileage difference of 1.5 liters. This significant variance in mileage has led me to suspect that this Indian Oil outlet might be dispensing less fuel per liter. My rough calculations indicate that this difference may be around 50ml per liter. I plan to further assess this by monitoring my vehicle's mileage and will provide an update in due course. I believe it's important for fellow consumers to exercise caution when considering this Indian Oil as their petrol filling station, especially if precise fuel quantity is crucial to your calculations and budget. I hope this feedback helps in ensuring the integrity of fuel dispensing services.

It used to be a good trusted place for extrapremimun petrol. But now a days the staff have become very rude. Today I asked them fill my tank of my car slowly and when I saw the meter jumping to Rs 80 directly after 0 reading, I asked the guy who was filling it ( name Umesh , a 50+ aged person ). How come a meter reading go with such a speed when someone holds it at level 1. He answered very rudely, unprofessionally and started scolding in Kannada. And this happened early morning around 7am. Instead of clearing the doubts of customers, they start scolding us in their local language. I reported it to their manager but I don't think they are going to act on this. Plz avoid this outlet if u don't want to loose your self respect. I had a very bad experience.

Good gas station with various facilities provided for customers, they provide all sort of petrol disel and other motor or car related stuff, stuff is helpful and service is quick. They have an air check facility as well where they check tyre air and provide same.free of cost (you can always drop some tips to the guy giving service though if happy) Just to note on one of the entry edge they have couple of box shops one do give pollution certificate which is valid for 6months and just touched to it is a puncture management shop where service provider is really good in what he does. Hope this helps folks.

Very rude staff behavior by Cashier Suresh... Filling petrol of Rs 450/- Just he is chatting with the staff , even after filling the petrol he is least bothered to take the card for swiping as i was in hurry he is refusing to Tap the card for wifi option ... he is arguing that this card belonging to you or not... And asked for were is manager ..his reply was he is available only after 6pm. Very Very bad service. as i will fill petrol here for month around 4000/-. for next time will attach his photo. If camera is installed kindly check at 12pm to 12:15pm.

Consistently a fraud station. I’ve been their customer since 2013 and they play this trick where they fill petrol for less and punch in a higher figure on the paying machine and bank on your inattentiveness to make the ‘steal’. Happened with me more than once and I stopped going there. Again today I had to go there for some reason and they tried to charge me Rs 100 higher than what they filled. Need to find out how to complain to IOC about their crooked tactics.

Worst experience I have faced, without informing they are filling petrol full tank and that also not normal petrol, premium petrol and it's price was 160 rupees per ltr. When I asked without informing me howbu filled full tank of premium petrol...! All staffs are behaviour like rowdy. Staff was not educated and all staffs are using mobile phones. Behaviour and talking style also not good. All staff and management team was like local rowdy.

Since this petrol pump is close to my house so I go here often. Nothing great about. Giving 1 rating as the staffs don't bother to smile or even say thankyou after the payment. Off course, they get busy the whole day but in service and courtesy, compared to other filling station, it's not even there. Take a look at Shell Petrol pump. I mean that's the kind of service what people would be happy to go to. If not anything, they smile at you.

Though I go here but we have to be extremely careful while filling. Will get down from car and wait in front of pump and ensure zero is set. Always we should not talk to anyone during this time as it will be poly to divert attention. Also ensure the lock at nozzle is locked right from start. Cheated once but due the location I am going here. Buy will ensure of correct filling. If we are alert these guys can't do anything.

Yes it's just excellent.. altogether here 8 machines are there and is located in Hsr sector 4 agara.. within just few minutes you can get petrol or diesel...and services are also very good, quick..it's a big petrol pump.. All facilities are available for accepting payments.. entrance and exit have made beautifully for vehicles...so this is the first time I visited this petrol pump and quite impressed.

Stay away from this petrol pump. These guys are fraud. If you are registering for xtrareward membership they will collect otp and say sir our server is down will call you then after 10 mins ll call you to collect otp again. Basically they will redeem the points which you got by 1st filling with 2nd otp. Check your transactions and you will come to know how the fraud happening.

I don't use this place anymore after I got fleeced on the petrol that I put into my tank. Beware of the meter, they can run faster than it should. I found this place convenient for the quick traveller who might be running out of gas. Try to get the basic amount done here and then top up at a Shell nearby. You pay 5 rupees more per litre, but you get all that you paid for.

While most of the petrol pumps have a free air service, the staff positioned there are accustomed to charging. They argue about the air pressure in tyres (although its not recommended as per vehicle) and fill in whatever other 2 wheelers are filling for the sake of their convenience. Unprofessional and untrained staff. Rest is ok and pretty standard

Not upto the mark. This petrol pump is always crowded. The staff here is very talkative with themselves. They make the customers wait. And like always there is no one in the air refill section. Totally unsatisfied when you get your vehicle refilled with petrol but not with air and then eventually you tryn get to find a another petrol bunk for air.

I see a lot of negative reviews for this pump but never faced anything personally. This has been my usual fuel station for the last 4 years. Never had any complaints. Only negative thing I can mention is that the attendant at the tyre pressure station asks for money every time. But never made a big fuss, so not going to reduce rating for it.

Generally the place has rude staff with simply zero customer centricity. The jet privilege account recharge due to full refill also doesn't work most of the time with PoS terminal having problems. There are lot better maintained IOCL petrol pumps compared to this one. Hygiene is also pretty low though the location is great.

Horrible experience. Daylight Robbery. When petrol is 100 Rs in Bangalore, they are charging 160 Rs per liter. Yes, you read it right. I do not know if Indian oil is adding gold to Petrol. Such bunks shall be closed .No display also to tell the price . You come to know only when you pay.

After shell petrol pumps, this is one place i can go with confidence. Though I have never faced any malpractices, be vigilant while going to any non shell pumps. Their service also is pretty fast. There is a puncture shop as well just outside.

Superlative ingress and egress and straight-line layout of pumps. Excellent location on the service road of ORR. Easy to turn into at the 19th Main entrance of HSR Layout and then exit on to the service road and rejoin the ORR.

The emission test guy is a cheat. He took 150 instead of 115 saying that 115 is for 6 months only. After confrontation, he returned the balance amount but not sure how many people have been cheated this way.

They try to distract you when the meter reading starts. I made a hue and cry when just before the reading starts a person would approach with an leaflet for windscreen wash. …

So far no issues. Staffs are prompt. Rate is fine. Don't expect much as it's not pvt. They don't provide Bill until asked. Air station guy expect some money though don't ask

Guy, denied to guve petrol at 5 am. Just visited the pump. Pathetic people who lie on your face to open it at 7 am. I will not recommend anybody to buy fuel from this place.

Too many vehicles will be there but very less waiting time. Place is wide, so that it can accommodate more vehicles. Nitrogen is available along with normal air.

The employees behaviour is utter rude. The organisation should teach ethics,morals, communication and behavioral etiquettes to the licencee before issuing.

This the popular Indian oil petrol pump at Bangalore near HSR layout. Many bikes, cars and buses and lot of luggage vehicles filled petrol and diesel.

Usually all petrol pump offer air filling free of cost. But the person at this pump demands money and that too rudely after filling air.
