If possible please avoid this station if u dont want to get fooled. If you do visit make sure to first make it clear to them that you want see the 0 on the metre. It is a common practice in this station that as soon as you park they make sure that your car is parked such that you can not see the meter.Next they ask you to open the tank lid.and as soon as you open it there comes a man with wiper asking to start your car wipers on the windshield. And while you are operating the your windshield thinking that you are being given good service,the guy with the petrol nozzle starts pouring in petrol without you being able to confirm the zero. They try similar thing with bikes but with easy target who they think are gullible. Another issue which is also very common is if you want your tyres to be filled in with air they will tell you that the tyres valve body is not ok.and this happens every time.even if you take a new vehicle or just serviced vehicle.

One of your petrol pump attendant is a cheat, he started filing petrol in my bike without bringing the meter to 0, when I objected he said it had started from 0 which is a total lie. I asked him to fill petrol for Rs 500 wheras he started from 110 without bringing back the meter to 0. Kindly look into it so that no other person gets cheated at your station. This petrol pump we are seeing for last five years but now the services has gone sooo bad there is no one to take care of the queue employees are partial they give petrol to those first eho breaks the queue just because they know them we fill petrol everytime in our vehicle of Rs 2000 or Rs 1000 every now and then. Indian oil company should take the frequent visits to such petrol pumps Whether they are giving good services to their customer or not.

Worst petrol pump in the history of forever, Vehicle management is absolutely pathetic, staff people don't even know how to phrase a proper sentence if you are not attentive you are most likely going to get scammed. The sole reason this petrol pump is in business is because it's in the middle of a very busy market. If you want to keep your sanity do not even think of going to this station.

Pump having all the necessary things available bloke water, air and dissel and petrol. Staffs are well trained and providing good services. But this place is very crowded almost every time full with Vehicle. Card and cash Payment both options are available. Good for near by area patrakarpuram, vikash khand, Vishal Khand and Dayal paradise. my recommendations is high side for this place.

This petrol pump has corporative employes. They are polite and helpful. And according to me, this petrol pump gives you the exact amount of petrol what you ordered. This petrol pump is also on a prime location (in the market area), so we don't have to specially go in another location. Here, ATM booth is also available. And this petrol pump also accepts debit cards and credit cards.

One of the oldest petrol pump in Gomti Nagar and their service is also very good but the only con with this place is that in the evening it gets very crowded, though they have increased the number of pumps but this has little effect on the waiting time. Still the fuel is good and never had the issue with the quantity unlike some other pumps.

The staff is good but one has to be conscious while filling and ensure zero before start of filling. Sometimes they offer free windscreen wash as well. Very Nice place and only one Petrol Pump in Patkarpuran market. Public toilet available and just side Multi facility Hospital available and near very high tech market available . Very easily find and also use land mark for this petrol pump.

Always so crowdy. U need to wait atleast 10-15 mins of you wanna fuel ⛽ up your 2 wheeler. Very slow service. Sometimes they also try to con you by not setting the meter to zero. Do check it beforehand or look for other pumps if possible.

Being situated in Patrakaar the pump is almost full during peak hours that is morning 9-10 and in evening 6-8 so avoid during that time. Staff present is rude and don't have manners to talk. Only plus point is that it has SBI atm.

This gas station accepts all forms of payment method like cash, card, UPI. I find it okay because it's downtime is max if I compared to other filling stations. Sometimes unexpectedly it's closed for some reason.

Most unethical and arrogant staff and i have caught them stealing once but didn’t complaint about it still they are stealing. Worse fueling station ever just they are at a prime place they take advantage of it.

Being on the main narrow road, fueling is bit difficult at times. Also check their credit card machine working before getting your vehicle fuelled because many times their credit card machines are out of order.

There was a no deciplen and there was not a proper washroom and watercooler and there is no light in washroom and no free air and the nozelman can't clean the mirror of car and there was no lock in washroom

The owner of petrol pump is also very cheater, they cheated me by online payment. Once I payed them by upi QR code scane and they told me that the payment is unsucessful so I had to pay them in cash also.

It was very congested. Haphazardly parked vehicles created problem for smooth flow of the traffic. It did not take time to fuelling but it took about 15 min to come out of the patrol pump.
