રિસ્પેકટર સર હું તમને તમારા એક એમ્પ્લોય વિશે વાત કરી રહ્યો છું જેની જોડે મને ગઈકાલે પેટ્રોલ પુરાવ્યું હતું તારીખ 16 ઓક્ટોબર ટાઈમ સવારના 7:30 આઈ થીંક પેટ્રોલ પંપ નંબર 3 જે આપણે એવન સ્કૂલથી આવીએ એ ગેટથી અંદર ગુસતા લેફ્ટ સાઈડ જે લાસ્ટ માં આવે એની પહેલાનો પંપ આવે છે મને નંબર તો પ્રોપર યાદ નથી એ નંબર હું તમને કાલે સવારે મુકવા આવું ત્યારે ફરીથી જોઈને હું તમને મેસેજમાં લખીશ અને તમારા સેલ્સમેન બટકા સરખા નોર્મલ હાઇટ બોડી હતી મૂળ વાત એ કહેવાની હતી કે આજે અમે તમારા ત્યાં રિસ્પેક્ટથી આટલા વર્ષોથી પેટ્રોલ ભરાવીએ છીએ આ મારી જોડે સેકન્ડ ટાઈમ આ પ્રોબ્લેમ થયો શોર્ટ ટાઈમમાં હવે તમારે ત્યાં શું ચાલી રહ્યું છે ખબર નથી પડતી. આ વખતે પણ પેટ્રોલ પુરાવ્યું ત્યારે એ સેલ્સમેને તેમાં ભૂલ કરી કે હાથે કરીને કર્યું અને કર્યું તો પણ એ સ્વીકારવા તૈયાર નથી બોલવાની રીત ખોટી છે સમજવાની રીત રાખવી નથી ખબર નથી પડતી કા તમારી જોડે પૈસા વધારે થઈ ગયા છે તમારે ત્યાં પેટ્રોલ ફ્રીમાં આવે છે કાં તમે પેટ્રોલમાં ભેળસેળ કરી રહ્યા છો તો જ આજે તમે કસ્ટમરને પેટ્રોલ ફ્રીમાં આપી શકો છો આજે તમારો સેલ્સમેન અમને લોકોને જો ફ્રીમાં પેટ્રોલ આપી શકે કા તમારે ત્યાં પેટ્રોલની ચોરી થતી હોય કે ગમે તે વસ્તુ હોય જણાવવાનું એ છે કે એ વખતે મેં એને 3 લીટર પેટ્રોલ માટે કહ્યું એને પેટ્રોલ નું અંદર પોઇન્ટ સેટ કર્યા અત્યારના મશીનો લેટેસ્ટ છે અને વર્ષોથી પૂરી એને એક વાર સ્ટાર્ટ કરી ચલો સ્ટાર્ટ કરવામાં અમે નથી બોલતા કે ગમે તે કોઈ પણ પ્લસ માઇનસ દરેક પેટ્રોલ પંપ પર હોય છે એનો કોઈ પછી ત્રણ લિટરનું કટર એની જાતે જ થાય છે તો એને 2.90 આવે ત્યારે એને નોઝલ જાતે બંધ કરવાની જરૂર શું છે ચલો જાતે બંધ કરી એનો કોઈ જવાબ નથી તો એને મેં સમજાયું કે ભાઈ તે જાતે કેમ બંધ કરી પછી એને એક બે વાર અપડાઉન કરીને ત્રણ લિટર લઈને મૂકી દીધી 3 l લાવ્યા પછી મારી આર્ગ્યુમેન્ટ થઈ મેને શાંતિથી સમજાવ્યું કે ભાઈ તે કેમ કર્યું અને આ કોઈ જવાબ છે તમારી જોડે તમે આ રીતે કસ્ટમર જોડે વાત કરો છો તમને ખબર જ છે તમે મને જૂઠું પાડવાનો મતલબ શું છે મેં એને ત્રણ વાર કહી દઉં કે ચલો પછી મેં એને કીધું કે કોઈ મેનેજર હોય એને બોલાય મારી જોડે વાત કરીશ એને વાત ના સાંભળી મેં કીધું કે એક કામ કર તને ખબર જ છે ને હું તને 10 રૂપિયા ઓછા આપીશ એને મને સીધી રીતે લઇ જાવ તો બરાબર છે પણ મેં આજ સુધી કોઈ પેટ્રોલ પંપ પર દેખ્યું નથી અને કઈ રીતે તમારો સેલ્સમેન વ્યવહાર કરે છે કસ્ટમર જોડે તમને જાણ હોવી જરૂરી એના માટે ચાલે કારણ કે આટલો રિસ્પેકટર પેટ્રોલ પંપ છે કે જે દરરોજનું કેટલું કામ થતું હોય છે અમે વર્ષોથી જોતા આવ્યા છીએ પણ કમ્પ્લેન જો તમે ના સાંભળો તો કોઈ મતલબનું નથી કે વખત જતાં સુવાલે થાય એ તમને ખબર હોય દરેક વસ્તુની અને ત્યાં ઓલરેડી એક અંકલ જેવા હતા જે તમારા મેનેજ મીન્સ સંભાળતા હશે વાઈટ શર્ટ હતો કાલે બે છે હતું એ અંકલને જ કીધું પણ એ અંકલ એ સાંભળવા વસ્તુ શું છે તમે સમજો તો સારું છે નહિતર ક્યારેક ક્યારેક કોઈને કોઈ કસ્ટમર તો કહેવાનું જ છે દરેક કસ્ટમર આ જ અમારામાં કહેતા નથી એટલે તમને ખબર પડતી નથી પ્રોબ્લેમ આ જ છેઅને છેવટે તમારા સેલ્સમેને તો પેટ્રોલ ફ્રીમાં આપી જ દીધું છે હવે એ પેટ્રોલ ની જાણ તમને થઈ જાય કે નહિ એ તમારા ઉપર છે કે જરૂરી છે કે આજે પેટ્રોલિયમ ફ્રીમાં નીકળ્યું ક્યાંથી સમજવાની વસ્તુ એ જ છે કે કાલ પેટ્રોલની ચોરી થતી અંદર શું ભેળસેળ થાય છે કે પછી કોઈ સાંભળવા તૈયાર નથી એ તો હવે તમારા ઉપર છે અમારી કહેવાની ફરજ હતી જે અમે તમને કહી દીધું છેવટે પેટ્રોલ તો ફ્રી માં જ આપી દીધું એ પણ એને સમજાવ્યું કે ભાઈ તું મને ભીખમાં નથી આપતો એ કોઈ જ વસ્તુ સમજવું તું ભીખ આપે છે કોઈ જ વસ્તુ તમારો સેલ્સમેન સાંભળવા તૈયાર ન હતો. કંટાળીને મારે કોઈ બબાલ સવાર સવારમાં કરવી નથી. હું તો નીકળી ગયો પણ આજે એ ત્રણ લિટર પેટ્રોલનો હિસાબ ક્યાં

Sainik Seva at Dmart, shyamal is good place, good staff, good management, I apologies to say them, they have to improve service & staff quality for new branch opened at ANJALI, VASNA. previously before name as "saink seva" we almost avoided that pump for fuel, when we hear "sainik seva petrol" manage this anjali petrol pump, we are very happy, because already we have to good experience at D-Mart, Shyamal & Satellite. but the ANJALI staff have not management & they mis-behave with customer specially, whoes pay by PHONE-PAY. My humble request to management, in this tuff time during the crisis, if Phone-Pay offer some discount & so you have to fully manage that customer, I don't think you have any loss to get payment by Phone-Pay, because customer already pay you full 100 & insted of that 100, customer reward 40. I hope you understand the concern & avail full time someone to who operate phone-pay, smooth. I write in full here because, I'm fan of sainik seva, #D-mart, & hope those trust keep always keep as it is for new Branch, #ANJALI CROSS ROAD.

Petrol pump is good as I am using it from more then 10 years, But today I face a very bad experience from them as petrol pump is on turning and stop signal is thr one car is standing ahead for air pressure in queue, the staff is standing thr but nobody came for move that car as traffic was block, when I shouted on them after a long honking they came for the same. Manager is thr name mr. Rathod was telling that no need to shout and not accept them mistake.

I regulary come here for fuel and puc even though it is out of my way. The staff is courteous and fuel pumps are not tampered with. Though it is always busy here, there is always someone from the staff guiding you to a particular spot so that long and haphazard queues are not formed and it always keeps moving. Even the staff checking the tyre pressure are courteous and though I usually tip them, they don't act like it is their birthright to be tipped.

Poor service, poor staff behavior.. Payment area is worst.. you have to pay (PayTm/PhonePe etc) in advance because they are not sure about their "own system".. if you are lucky to made a successful advance payment, than you have to stand in queue to collect receipt and than staff will write the amount and do manual sign to refuel and than you are eligible to refuel your vehicle !!

Very good petrol pump. I used live near the petrol pump but now I he shifted tho Vasna. Still I body this petrol pump for refueling my car and scooters because of the good service. There are separate points for charging of air for cats and scooters and they are appeals manned. There is a PUC centre, tyre vulcanizing centre etc. I am customer of this pump for more than 25 years.

One of good staff member always tells me Jai shree krishna while i am receiving a cash slip and i appreciate for that but there are two staff members(last raw of two-wheelers & Front of CNG) always be in angry and getting rude answer to customers. It happen to many times with me. I giving 3 Start for only for that good staff member and for others staff.

There is no mixing of other substances in petrol/ disel. Their staff is very cooperative. Even during peak hours, their waiting time is less than 5 minutes. However, sometimes the Indian Oil point card does not work.
