These people are the rude, especially the guy at the order desk. They wouldn't order for me a new popular title and told me to go home and order it myself online. Well I did and now I got confirmation fours hours later that the order is cancelled and the book is no longer available...which is IMPOSSIBLE. And they have my money and there is NO ONE who is addressing this, not even head office!

Very cramped space for maneuvering if you are disabled. Also the ramp to use is in a very awkward place to get to the second level. But like everywhere no place thinks of those with mobility issues. Ended up not buying anything as I was worn out from all the maneuvering and making sure to not break anything, and the only cashier is back at the other end of the store.

There is a gaping hole in this store. Very unprofessional, ugly, and bad. My eyes are still sore from looking at that eye sore. Magazines were a disaster. Lots of tacky merchandise too. This place has gone way downhill since it was a Chapters. Now it is an Indigo. Why name your store after a colour? Instead of a part of a book? Makes no sense.

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and despotr the Christmas rush, took the time needed for me to find a novel as a gift for my partner. And despite the city-wide issues with Monaris payme t system that day, the cadhiers were cheery and patient. I walked out of the store happy and full of Christmas spirit.

Saw an item on sale but forgot my gift card. So the next day I went there, they had increased the price but the sale sticker was still on the back. I asked the manager about getting it on the sale price I saw previously. She blunty said no with a smile on a face. They won't see me there ever.

Indigo is a special place I love, filled with books, gifts, games, and more Though it's lost its Starbucks, I hope that soon, a new cafe will open up so that people can once again enjoy the simple pleasures of sipping coffee and reading a good book.☕️ …

Definitely a go to place to find bday presents for people and books and sometimes toys to read and especially for the kids. Nice you can order for pick up too and make a quick pop in stop. They have always been helpful.

Had some gift cards to use so we were browsing and came away with some great books. I enjoy going here and seeing what they have to offer. Also went by the foodcourt and had a great meal at Ferrgies Fish and Chips!

Literally the best book place i have visited ever in Canada... I loved it to the core of my heart. Just I thing that I want you to add is that please make a space for sitting and reading for some good times.

The most beautiful and enormous library that I had seen. You can find everything in here. There are many genres from fiction to mindfulness. You also could find books on sale …

I went in hoping to find some small gifts for people and found some great stuff. Some items are a bit more pricey, but I did well for what I ended up leaving with.

Staff are helpful. Good selection of books, interesting toys and other random things. Appreciate the convenience but often can get books online for cheaper.

The place was a mess and has barely any books or staff. I’ll be sticking with McNally Robinson
